They are constantly out of everyday items. They send you different milks from what you ordered and expect you to be ok with it.Received a box of broken bottles and cut my hand. I had to get stitches. I called and left a message but never received any call back. When a mistake you made causes lifelong damage, you should return the call.You are better off at Restaurant Depot than using BTG

Constantly shorting products even if we call ahead of time to double check that it is in stock. They use to be great, they had responsive customer service and active service reps. That is not the case anymore. Our last order was missing several cases of macadamia milk but, we sent the full check amount with the driver. We never received the milk or a call or email back from customer service when we reached out to them. The only reason we still use them is that they have a couple products that we can not got from other distributors in our area.
