You are greeted with free samples of PEPPERMINT WHITE CHOCOLATE MOCHA!!!!!!!! YOU ARE TOLD HOLIDAY DRINKS WILL BE AVAILABLE IN 3 DAYS!!!!!!!! Your day has changed for the better. You now get to start your day with a peppermint white chocolate mocha in the crisp morning air. The birds are singing. Thr Star Wars theme song plays majestically in the background. You are home. You are at peace.Fatema, you are an angel sent from heaven above. Thank you for my sample. Thank you for your kindness and A+++++ customer service. I am so sorry I didn’t get the other barista’s names but pretty much anyone you meet here is angelic and holy. Thank you.

Beautiful inside. This place is huge with very high ceilings and so much room. The Craftsman architecture and decor match Disneys Grand Californian Hotel.The line was long but we decided to wait and use our Starbucks rewards and - they do not honor rewards for free drinks at the Starbucks inside Disneyland or California Adventure. Inside the parks you can use your annual pass discount but you cannot redeem rewards.They have a dedicated line monitor to prevent people from skipping the line which is helpful the have about 10 people taking orders and you pick up at one large window.There is a large outdoor seating area under a really big tree. Shady and nice place to take a break.Overall, very beautiful place, line monitor is great and the line moves faster than you would think.This is definitely a unique Starbucks experience

I love my Starbucks! This one is really a really nice one. It’s located in downtown Disney. I love the look and feel of it! The vibe and atmosphere is hip. But there’s room for kids and adults at one time. The service is awesome (friendly staff) and very fast service. I love the TV with art like picture! It was a great distraction for the kids haha. And most of all there’s lots of seating! Love ❤️

This Starbucks never disappoints when it comes to their customer service. While waiting I was struck by their scenery inside. If youre ever in Downtown Disney visit the Starbucks closest to the park entrance.

Great Starbucks! This particular SBUX is located at Downtown Disney. Their Starbucks Reserved Coffee line is on display and is available for purchase.

Regular breakfast spot while staying at the Paradise Pier Hotel. Sometimes it got too busy and we had to wait a while but for the most part it was fine. These delicious egg white bites were the best, couldnt get enough of it. Yum!

Astonishing interior. Loved the high ceilings and open feeling. The lines were crazy long, and we laughed at the You Are Here Las Vegas mug instead of an Anaheim or Disneyland or LA version, but maybe someone wanted one.Gorgeous wall where you wait for your coffee. I had to wait extra long for a simple latte and a guy behind the counter chased it down when he realized Id been there awhile. I was patient as its a day of waiting when visiting an amusement park. Think this team could use some help getting organized as they seemed to be picking up cups and rearranging more than making them.Flipped when I saw that a moving chalkboard was actually translating me into a chalk image as I stopped to take a picture. What unexpected fun.

This is a beautifully decorated Starbucks with high ceilings, lots to look at, an electronic whiteboard for kids and a large outdoor seating area.The bathrooms are busy though (this is Disneyland folks) and dont smell so fresh. The food items are lacking prices although if youre a Starbucks regular, the prices seemed on par with regular prices. The service was decent but not perfect.The reason Im giving this Starbucks four stars instead of five is that they dont have chonga bagels. What garbage! The everything bagel is NOT a chonga bagel and doesnt compare. At least this place slightly redeemed itself by offering Nitro!

Bad Service. I had to wait very long. I noticed my order is already made and told the Door guy that I believed my order was ready and he said not yet. asked the 3rd time and finally the lady from the inside said to the guy that my order has been ready for about 20minutes ago. the Door guy is very unfriendly and annoying.

Positive: A very clean and modern-themed Starbucks. A convenient place to stop for caffeine after a long day at Disneyland to make the drive home more bearable. They seem to handle large crowds very efficiently.Negative: Very crowded pretty much all hours of the day and evening.

This place is massive. Make sure you use the mobile application to order because the lineups can take up to 20 minutes to go.

So glad this Starbucks is open. Its a great place to grab a coffee whether you are heading to the parks or traveling to the hotels and parking. Filled with freidsn staff to help you out when you purchase a coffee throught the Staruck app or waiting in line. I also has a small display area for all the fun mugs. Parking for this place is locatied at the Mickey and Friends parking, Simba parking or hotel parking. Cant wait to get my next cup of coffee here when I visit!

I mean the hot chocolate toast like water and chocolate but not in a tasteful way. In N outs are way better for half the price. But the breakfast egg sandwich was pretty tasty. Just dont get the hot chocolate. Its a waste no lie. Unless you like hot water with a small hint of cheap chocolate the. This is up your ally

Very friendly and helpful staff. It’s quite busy, given its proximity to Disneyland. However, the staff was able to handle the lines to ensure that everyone had an enjoyable experience. Someone usually stands near the line and directs customers to let them know which cashier will be serving them as well, which helps alleviate stress and confusion. I highly recommend this location!

Large & spacious, with great decor. Several cashiers make waiting in line relatively painless, and the seating layout is interesting (lots of outdoor seating available). They even have nitro cold brew + Reserve coffees. Added bonus: wi-fi!

This is probably one the the prettiest Starbucks Ive ever been in. Its a Starbucks Reserve store. They offer the typical Starbucks items along with the international specialty blends.As you walk in, you are greeted with the aroma of coffee in the air. The cashiers are to the right of the entrance. This location has a good variety of merchandise.You can go to the specialty coffee section near the back of the store to order the coffee & the baristas make it in front of you. You can even ask for samples.The customer service here is always great, very friendly & professional. They go above & beyond to make sure youre happy.This Starbucks is located in the Downtown Disney District next to World of Disney, across from Naples Restaurant.Recommended!

Small yet abundant in this Downtown Disney close to Disneyland Hotel location. Staff such as Sarah, are very friendly and ensure even large orders are correct. Fresh yogurt cups with granola, organic milk, bananas, and more are readily available. This is meant for those on the go, theres no seating inside and a few spots outside. The only downside is you have to go through Disney security just to get to a Starbucks, but hey, at least you should be safe! :) Definitely would come back

Sometimes good, but waited for a half hour today for ice water while several line lengths of people passed through. They forgot. No one asked me why I was standing at the counter. While there, I watched them correct a very large number of incorrect orders. Everything was kind of a mess. Little accountability.

7E3217: Since it is in Disney downtown, it is always busy. Good fast service with coffees. They have large touchscreen TV with camera on top, which takes video of people sitting in front in negative. It has some software which allows for kids and sometimes adults to scribble or draw on screen on images. This keeps the kids entertained.

Im not sure Ill ever see one that good again. It was perfect. Very fresh though. But there was no denying it was good. Im not blind. I stuck with it until the tram, and simply couldnt keep away from it. So good.Its also a decent Starbucks.

Ive been this this Starbucks for the past two mornings sense Ive been staying at the hotel right next door. Each time Ive been there something was wrong with my drink. Its just an iced coffee with cream and no classic. The first day it was sweetened, no big deal just remake it. Sadly it took 15 minutes just to my drink back out. Okay, maybe theyre having a rough morning, I understand. The next day I went in, they charged me for Breve. When I asked about the charge the girl at the counter said thats what they always do. No. Nope. I was a partner for 8 years and never changed for cream in an iced coffee. You would think with all the baristas wearing the black aprons (meaning that they are all coffee masters) that they would know how to make a basic drink and charge correctly for the products. The level of incompetence is impressive. Close your doors. Reopen when you have some people that know what the heck they are doing.Worst Starbucks ever.

Even though the line was very long, we got served pretty quickly. The cashier was friendly and took a minute to visit with our group. Our drinks were as good as at any Starbucks, and it was a decent way to start our day at Disneyland.

Great Starbucks location!Even though they always have a rush they always make my drinks correctly and in a timely manner. The cast members here are a bit more attentive and theres definitely a difference in customer service compared to other Starbucks locations.This particular location has awesome décor. Their world coffee map is beautiful! The hand carved wooden bench within the store is completely overlooked.Be aware this location is a bit pricier compared to other locations and they often dont offer the same specials as other locations. They do have a great selection of pastries and sandwiches typically (and theyre usually in stock).

If you take way all of the Disney magic this still is an amazing Starbucks, the line to order was long but our drinks came shortly after ordering. The staff was beyond friendly even right before closing. I used to pass it up as I walk by but now it has become a must stop.

Spent here 3 hours working. I did not get even one hint that I am over staying ;) I had few hours to pass, and I was looking for cool place away from the heat wave. Had 2 coffee and a Muffin, they were all good. I can say that if it wasn’t so busy, I would come more often when I just need to get my coffee and run.

Smaller, slightly less busy starbucks in downtown Disney. Staff are friendly and fast, highly recommend stopping here.

My family and I went to this buisness today. We all wanted whipped cream in our beverages, but when we got our beverages, we noticed that there was little to no whipped cream on them. So we asked the same employee that gave us our drinks why there was no whipped cream on top, she told us to take the lids off our drinks so she can put some on our beverages, she sounded annoyed or irritated by us. We came to enjoy a nice and relaxing vacation but we got, this. 🙄

Drink was fine but it took 2 attempts for them to get my order correct even though it wasnt even difficult: Earl Grey tea with steamed soy milk. It took them a full 14 minutes until I got my drink. Thats pretty ridiculous, even for being busy. Avoid this location and go to the other ones nearby.

By far, the better of the two Starbucks stores available in Downtown Disney. The baristas are remarkably friendly and upbeat, even when they’re absolutely slammed. My last visit, Kimmy, working the register, was friendly, patient and helpful as I struggled to convey my order. The barista who made my drink, Kristina, even swirled (or stirred as the espresso was pouring in the cup) my drink without my asking!! The drinks we got were perfectly made! Even the Kids Temp option I took was actually cool enough to drink right away, which is something we struggle with at other locations. I’m so glad this store is back open and hope to keep coming to this store for a long time to come!!!

Wrong order items and no effort to correct. I can understand there may be difficulty at busy periods but the place was half empty and only a few people in line. ...my regular location is busier with less staff every day and doesnt drop orders to this extent.

Staff were on point at this location. Theres lots of room and they are very organized. Drinks and food came out quickly. There is also a coffee reserve area to check out some of their special coffees.

Cool design inside. They also have a computer-enhanced wall that kids can draw on. My kids love it. Beware, always long lines. Hopefully a second Starbucks in DD will help.

Use the google analytics to find the non peak times. Skip the line as well with the mobile app order or table side service featuring wine, beer, personal size entrees & the original menu. Johnathan and Jessica made our experience golden, we will definitely return for a night cap every time we visit.

Tried a basic Cafe Lattę. Coffee beans either not roasted properly or stale. Two different roasts tried on consecutive days had poor flavor and left an ash tray after-taste. Milk also scalded and not stretched properly.If this is normal, it is probably why the company has not done well internationally.Third try asked them to heat the milk to 140F aparently they normally heat it to 160F .... WRONG! The coffee was sub standard but drinkable (the milk wasnt stretched and beans lacked flavour something definitely wrong with the way they do the shots)

I gave this location a 2 because the store manager dealt with my situation incorrectly. For a company that is based off customer service, the store manager that I spoke to should get reevaluated for her role. I had to call corporate to be taken care of as well as complain about the store manager. Very shocked with how she dealt with my situation. The staff is super friendly and helpful, they must care more and understand what Starbucks stands for and thrives off customer service more then the SM does.

I dont drink coffee, but boy do I love a good lemon pound cake and Starbucks makes some great lemon poundd cake.

Its a luxury coffee shop.That being said, they have like 20 baristas all the time to keep up with everything, and still the line is big and takes up to 15-20 minutes to get from the back to the front to order.Good luck trying to find a place to sit. This place is always beyond crowded. Everything is so rushed you cant relax and simply enjoy your coffee.

This Starbucks is outrageously busy but what I really appreciate is when they call out the order they compile the order with all items before sending it out. The store itself is massive and grand but there is no indoor seating this is strictly a grab and go insanely busy location!!!

This Starbucks completely messes up orders every time. Wrong coffee, wrong food, wrong everything. Typical attitude of I deserve a better job can be sensed by everyone working in this place.If you hate your job, then leave. Double check your food and coffee before leaving to make a trek back to your resort room - something is assured to be wrong.

This is a beautify Starbucks location. Even if you dont but anything, stop in and take a look inside this store. It is a one-of-a-kind location. The baristas are very helpful and fast when it comes to making your drinks.

I ordered the gluten free sandwich from the app, when I got there to pick it up the lady was very rude about the sandwich being discontinued. She acted annoyed that I didn’t want another sandwich instead. This location is always crazy busy, but really isn’t an excuse to be rude.

Great Starbucks with lots of Barristas to get you through the line quick(ish) at 7am as you stagger towards the Disney gates with your hyper excited six year old in tow. Patio outside is a great spot to sit and avoid the mid day heat for a while.

Really unique starbucks located in Disney Downtown. Has a really cool setup with multiple baristas and coffee not found at other stores. Indoor seating is lacking though!
