I called to have my capers cleaned and they quoted me $70. They said the cleaner may suggest a different service and would tell me the price when they got there (I was expecting an up charge.) employee was nice but came in an unmarked van and no uniform or badge. He immediately said we cant steam clean, HAS to be deep clean. Did some measurements and quoted me $175 for two rooms... Less than 400 sq feet of carpet. I said no and he said he would do it for $150. I asked him to just do a steam clean for $70 and he said no... And left. I wasted half my day, plus last night moving furniture for them to clean. Thats what you get for trying to save a buck!

With kids, dogs, and everyday wear-and-tear the carpets have seen better days, but now we know that we wont need to replace the carpets before we sell.
