Our experience was exceptional! Randy was our salesman and took care of us in our purchase of tile, a great price, service and beautiful product, but the story does not end there - on the day we were installing the tile we came up a few tiles short (my error not Belmonts) and a frantic afternoon call just before closing hours to Randy (who answered his cell phone on his day off!!!) resulted in his calling his coworker (Maria) to rush an order for us. Maria had paperwork ready to go when we arrived with directions on where we needed to go to pick it up (just down the street). We could have easily been told that Randy was not available on his day off, or that they would place the order but it wouldnt be available until a few days when they pick up their product - but we werent, Randy & Maria went the extra mile and helped us so that our tile guy will be able to finish the job first thing in the morning! What an excellent experience I had today we picked up about a 1500 sq ft of wood flooring and a guy helped us a loaded into our van with just the upmost energy on a Friday late in the afternoon which surprised me to give his bottled waters thanked us for our business Id highly recommend this location for buying your next flooring Job.

I really Recomend this place. I went to 3 different places in the same street, and I was surprised on how I was treated differently. Minerva Rescalvo was the sales person who took care of me. Never pressure me. Very patient, and great personality. Thank you for your service.

Updated: Initially a 5 star review, but beware of the quality of manufactured stair noses. I really wish I did not order them. The grove was cut wrong, the surface is barely prepared and very rough in places, the finish falls off if a mouse sneezes next door. But the store itself does have a huge selection of engineered hardwood and prices are good.

One star is far too generous. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Initial salesman not cordial or hospitable. Said he would call and provide me pricing, which he failed to do. Second visit to showroom yielded the statement that my 34.5 foot / 12 foot job was too small for them to really want to do. However, the salesman consented to a visit. Made the appointment, but failed to remember to come. When contacted, he was very amused by his error. Game over. No sale here!

Linda is wonderful. She met with me on a short notice for a tiny project (just one room needed carpet) that is probably too small for most people. She then took a considerable amount of time to finds an appropriate remnant piece for me, which saved me a lot of money. Her installer was on time and did a great job. Thank you!!!

Belmonts store has some of the best prices and products available in Anaheim. Their staff is full of very knowledgeable, experienced, and enjoyable employees. The store is always kept immaculate. Highly recommend! It was a pleasure to do business with them for over 4 years!

Return policy states that you are subject to a restocking fee. Makes sense. I buy from belmont, I dont like what I bought, there is a small financial consequence. But belmont leans on a loop hole that makes their return policy null and void on most purchases. If they DO NOT carry the materials it is called a special order. Majority of belmont items need to be ordered. This nullifies the return policy and they say you get NO REFUND. As consumers we all know that you dont 100% know if the floor will work until you can take it home and see it in real life. This is very sneaky and they shouldnt be able to get away with this. If you buy from belmont, make sure the item you are buying is in stock .if not, get ready to deal with inflexible, condescending, and conniving people that want your money more then for you to be a satisfied customer. Starting from Ron the manager on down the line.

Bob Shultz is a very good salesperson. First, he completely forgot the floor style we selected. Then he will tell you he will take care of everything but screw you and his installers over. He came out to survey the job site and was informed the slab is not level to a significant degree over a large area. He was shown the slab was off up to 1.25. He said his installers could fix it and they could use liquid leveling compound to address the problem with an added cost. The installers came and removed the floors and said level the slab was beyond the scope of their work or expertise..liquid leveling compound was something they dont use. I was left with 750 sq ft of bare concrete slab over my dinning room, kitchen, and family room...and without a stove for over a week and had to rearrange my schedule drastically as a result Bob was slowed with his communications and said he couldnt help. So I was on my own to find a contractor in short notice to level the slab.After 1.5 weeks later, the installers came back to do the work. After the job was done, I phoned Bob and basically told him he failed to follow through and caused his installer a wasted day as a result. He became indignant. He subsequently sent a crazy and illogical text to me and said I was trying to strategize on something.Stay away from Bob Shultz at Belmont Carpets and Wood Flooring. He talks a good talk but will leave you high and dry when there are issues. He screws his installers over at the drop of a dime. Will never do business with him. Typical salesman.

Straight commission salesmen put their commission before customers satisfaction.

Because they post in the internet that the place is open from 8-6 Monday to Friday but is wrong they open from 9-5.I arrive to pick up some materials 5:10 PM and they told me that the place closes 5.
