I purchased a Jeep from Ali and Driveville in Oct 2020. My bank paid them and they delivered the car. Ali said he forgot the paperwork and my cash deposit ($1000.) He promised to send it with my paperwork. It is now May, 2021 and I still have no paperwork or deposit returned. DMV has never received registration or title paperwork from Ali or Driveville. Do not do business with them. If you have also been defrauded by Ali, and/or Driveville please contact me.

Top-tier customer service without the associated extra cost and fees!This place knows how to treat customers. I didnt expect to have a person answer the phone at 8am on a Sunday, but they did. And stayed on the phone with me for almost 40min answering all of my questions.When I commented that I would need to find a ride down there (I am almost 1.5 hours away), they offered to send a car to pick me up!They were 100% honest, extremely helpful, and I am super happy to drive away with a great car and a great deal!

So I wrote a review about a month ago in regards to the Mercedes Benz c300 I purchased from Driveville and complained about issues with the car, as you can see in the initial review the owner responded and said they would make the repairs however as of today no repairs have been made I can’t even get a response via text email or phone and now the car isn’t even running..... mind you I have already came out of pocket for a few minor repairs and I purchased this car on 11/23/2020 so now I’m making payments on a car I can’t even drive but the dealer got their money so now they could careless!!Also the dealer told me they would return the difference of the amount of my tags out of the $500 I gave them my tags were $253 so I would be receiving $247 back and haven’t even gotten that!!!

I got excellent service from this dealership. My car is in perfect condition with warranty from BMW. Transaction went very smooth with my credit union. I highly recommend this dealership.Thank you for being honest, fair and making car buying process so easy!

SCAM ARTISTS!!!! Absolutely DO NOT recommend purchasing a vehicle from this company. I bought a vehicle from them on 11/3/2020 and have not received my license plates. I contacted the owner Ali multiple times over the course of 6 weeks and have been unable to get a real response from him. I went to the DMV today to try and figure it out myself and it turns out that he never registered the vehicle in my name and that it hasnt even been registered since 2019. Now I have to deal with the police, better business bureau, my lender and hiring a lawyer to sort out this mess. DO NOT BUY FROM DRIVEVILLE.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership. Both transactions have been very smooth and the cars were in perfect condition. I bought a 2012 Toyota Prius and 2012 BMW 328i. 8/27/2018Payam and Jarrod made a scary and stressful process an absolute joy! I never expected that. After spending weeks shopping online for my vehicle, I found the one I liked most at Driveville. I feel like in the last few years Ive been mostly on the defensive an unable to trust anyone as a consumer in the business world. I expect to be disappointed and Ive rarely been wrong. Prepared for the worst and no longer hoping for the best, really. Just wanting to get it all over with and back to my life. These guys changed all that, at least for a day. They know cars, and more importantly, they understand people. Payam walked me through the entire process of purchasing in a dedicated matter of hours and master mechanic Jarrod prepped my 2014 Ford Escape SE with great thoroughness and expertise. I recently found this dealership via true car website through my credit Union and while my car is visually beautiful and the customer service is great there have been a few issues with my “new” to me car. One all the aftermarket equipment doesn’t stay updated(time, date, etc) connected and the radio continually “toggles” instead of staying on screen being used. Two even though I was told it was throughly looked over by a mechanic there was no wiper fluid(which is so basic), the ac smells super funky, theres a small ding in the windshield and no caps for air gauges for tires, all which I noticed while driving the Vehicle home which of course was too late when it’s an “as is” purchase ...... I know these don’t seem major but when you buy any car you aren’t expecting any issues immediately, or having to go to a mechanic ASAP, so now i am just hoping these are all the issues that will come up*fingers crossed**Ali- I’ve attempted to call 4 times since seeing your reply to this review with no answer is there a better way to reach you? *Update: I was told by Ali that he would reach out to his service center about bringing my car in Saturday or today Monday and I heard nothing back and even text Ali twice with no reply! I will update this if there is any further info but at this point I don’t think they are going to help me fix the issues with my recently purchased vehicle*so I was informed by ALI that the whole company came down with covid so they couldn’t fix my car at the time (Convenient) so I gave them 3 weeks abd attempted to reach out and they were non responsive via phone text and email so I have to pay out of pocket $2957.70 to get my “new” car back running and safely! With that said I’ve also dished out money for a few other things and I still need a few more fixed on a car I’ve had for 2 months!!! So I have submitted my complaints with proof to the BBB and DMV, please do no buy from this dealer!!!

Customer service was good, very nice, semi professional. But they never called me back with a update. I had to call them to find out what was going on with my appraisal. After they said they would call me back.

I have to say that my experience here was great, at first it was a bit odd that it wasnt like a traditional dealership but that made it feel unique in its own way. I knew I wanted the car I went into to go look at the moment I sat in the driver seat. Absolutley no hassle, I was having trouble getting my financing and they offered to help after about a week and on their part I appreciate the help. I am happy with my purchase and reccomend you at least give them a chance if they have a vehicle your interested in.

I purchased my summit white camaro 2ss with the adrenline red interior. I purchased the car with 18,700 miles on the odometer. The total was 38k out the the door. The car was in excellent shape in and out. I have put 4,000 miles into it. The car has been an amazing experience so far and Im very pleased with it
