His patience and integrity is truly an asset. The day after I drove home hearing a noise in front brakes I called Chris to ask him about and with no hesitancy at all had me take the car to his mechanics to be checked and he told them to just replace pads and rotors on both front sides. I was very surprised and grateful for this as I knew he did not have to do that! It just shows this mans willingness to offer his clients the best service and great car prices.

Waste of time, energy and money. Very unprofessional and not willing to negotiate or compromise at all. Cant even do payments if the car is too old. Says on their site you can get a warranty on the vehicle, then once you arrive they say they cant give you the warranty for the vehicle. DO NOT bother going through these people for your first car. The seller (Chris) I was in contact with about the vehicle I was looking at couldnt give me a response at a reasonable time, nor notify me that he would not be there when I arrived. The seller we did see about the vehicle (Aaron) seemed like he didnt care to even be assisting us and was hardly talking to us about the vehicle. Sat inside while we looked at it instead of informing us of anything about the vehicle. Made us feel like he didnt want to be bothered with us. We had to ask if there was any issues at all with the vehicle. My family and I drove an hour out from home just to have to turn around without a vehicle, which we NEED. I need this vehicle so I can get myself to work. Very disappointing and NOBODY was wearing a mask on the site, so dont even bother coming if youre at high risk if you catch COVID.

Just purchased a Honda Odyssey for the family and I am very pleased with the cost and quality of this vehicle! I found my Tacoma searching online and contacted Chris, the owner and GM, and he was very responsive and honest when answering all of my questions about the car. I liked the interaction right away because he wasn’t pushy or salesy...just very helpful and accommodating. I made an appointment to see and test drive the car. Chris notified me that his Sales Associate, Aaron, would assist me when I arrived at the lot. Like I experienced with Chris over the phone, Aaron was equally helpful and professional in person. We walked around the truck, talked about the features and then Aaron had me test it out solo...no awkward dealership test drive here! Aaron had a great attitude the whole time, was extremely patient with me was just an awesome, friendly guy. The negotiation was seamless, quick and within no time at all, I was driving off in the Tacoma. Aaron and Chris were great to deal with and I will DEFINITELY be recommending my friends and family here. They even gave me a really cool logo’d t-shirt with my purchase! I’ve been shopping around for a used vehicle and have visited many dealerships in the last week. Every dealership is the same. Not that clean, salesmen who approach you at in the moment you step foot on the lot, salesmen who think they know everything and know what you want and so on....I went to Autohub and perused the lot like I usually do and try to avoid the salesman. I looked around and figured out what cars I wanted to check out. I went up front and talked to Aaron the salesman who was knowledgeable of the cars I asked. He pulled the cars around so I could test drive them and I did. I felt I wasn’t a burden on Aaron and I could take my time checking out the cars without a salesman yapping in my ear about nonsense they read in a sales book.The cars were great and they fit my needs but I wanted something else. That’s why I’m shopping around. I didn’t get a chance to negotiate prices because I wasn’t prepared to make an offer on a car I didn’t want. However, the customer service here is unlike any other dealer I’ve been too. They didn’t put a business card in my hand, they didn’t ask for my phone number for future business. I talked to the manager Chris who asked if I wanted to leave my number and they could call if there was something close to what I was looking at. He asked instead of demanding for my number and yes of course I gave it to him.The customer service here is unlike any other dealership I’ve been too. Very polite, not aggressive and not pressuring in anyway like most dealers. The dealership was clean and welcoming unlike other sleezy dealerships in the area. I did not buy a car and I feel bad because I felt like I should have. However, I hope I can buy a car from here because it’s unlike any other spot I checked. This place seems legit and the guys seem very honest without pressuring you. My mother was a realtor and she always said homes sell themself and you just have to let the home sell itself. I feel that’s what the guys at Autohub do. Well done gentlemen.

Great & honest dealer. I brought a 2001 Honda Accord from this company back in 2017 & it is still running and in great condition with no mechanical issues. The only type of work that I have had to have done to my vehicle was maintenance. I get mechanics/service men complimenting how clean and how great condition my vehicle is in. I mostly dealt with Aaron on my visit but Chris also helped with our purchase even though he was not working that day. These guys were both really fair to my wife and I and did not at all attempt to pressure us into anything. Ended up buying our Acura from them and absolutely love the car, very fair deal. After months of being carless, saving, and hassling with private sellers, I found what seemed to be a perfect fit for me through this dealership. I came in to view the vehicle and thought it was amazing! The experience however left me unsure of the buying through them and left a bad taste. I was set on buying the car after the holiday but once I asked to take a mechanic inspection, they informed me that someone bought it after I took a look! They did have a similar model to the one I was interested in but I asked to see another salesman. Instead of replying just yes, Chris asked about the experience for more details. He apologized for the and offered a discount as well as reimbursement for gas to see the vehicle. I declined in order to keep searching but Chris had talked to his salesman and venmoed me money for gas when I came to look at the car. That totally left me amazed at Chriss kindness! I found a car that seems to pay off the patience but thank you so much!

I have been in the market for a lower-mileage commuter vehicle for work and did a lot of searching and researching on what I wanted to buy and from where to buy it.I came across Auto Hub and a few other places I was going to check out. I knew I wanted a “reliable” brand like a Toyota, so I pretty much narrowed my search to those (Scion included). This criteria led me right to Chris at AutoHub. He had this white 2009 low mile Scion Xb on his site so I decided to give him a call and make an appt to see it in person.Talking to Chris on the phone beforehand really helped because he knew every single detail about the car, which made me more confident in who I was dealing with. He was knowledgeable, professional, and polite...unlike other dealers I’ve unfortunately dealt with in the past.When I arrived to see the car, it was out front ready for me to check out. The car was 100% as advertised which was very nice to see. This place is TERRIBLE. Communication was the worst. Could not get a hold of anybody. Showed up and nobody was there. Had to wait 2 hours just for somebody to show up and they were no help.
