This is the biggest store of its kind in orange county. The store associates are always quick and efficient to help out with your experience, so take advantage of that. Easy conversation, moderate prices, good selection.

Never have any of my sizes and the customer service is garbage. I will never go to this store ever again.

Customer service was next to non-existent. When I did have someone come within my vicinity they would just stare and not say anything causing a 5-10 second drought of uncomfortable silence.As for the shoes, I wear size 13 which all the size 13s and up are compiled in the back corner of the store with an unappealing selection of shoes. Some of those shoes in the time out corner also look used.

We were only customers in store, no greeting or offer to help, no have a nice day when we left. Lots of shoes to choose from, prices were average among other shoes stores.

Decent shoe variwty

The location had a good variety of shoes but certain sizes (like mine, of course) are scarce or sold out. Although, I did settle for a pair that will suffice. What I really enjoyed about the store is that they dont hover over you constantly or stare at you the entire time while shopping. A couple employees did ask me if I was doing okay/if I needed help finding anything, which was nice and proper customer service, in my opinion. But they werent overly aggressive and/or didnt try to upsell me. So it was a comfortable shopping experience. And thats just the way I like it. But I do wish they carried more of my size ...which is probably the most common womens size, hence commonly sold out at other stores too. So im not holding it against Shoe City. I actually really liked this store.

Came to Disneyland with the wrong pair of shoes stopped out off at Shoe City and I found a great pair of shoes

The store was well stocked and very clean. The employees are nice friendly and helpful.They have a very big selection of shoes. They have a big selection on thier clearance section. Easy to find on the corner street. Parking is good her they have enough parking stalls here. Left very happy and will come back.

I won a pair of free shoes on the roulette wheel

Horrible! I was watched by the end of the aisle by an employee. He watched over me and my partner. As we exit the store, he resumes at the register. There were other people in the store and were not watched. This is not acceptable. Please avoid!

They spin the wheel for me landed on free they said I didn’t win there liars so I reported them to corporate don’t go here not worth it won’t be back

Why do they put shoes out in display outside of the store when it is too dam hot outside like you would think of selling at least sandals when the weather is 90 degrees or more right.

Lots of sizes; more than a few brands. Plenty inventory. The prices were phenomenal. Bought steel toe boots at a great price. Its all self serve absolutely no service accept at checkout. Cheap, decent shoes. I was in- and-out on my lunch hour break. Best shoe city Ive ever visited, I felt like they did appreciate my business.

My son agreed to purchase the last Nike pair (display). As display shoes, only one shoe was displayed and the other was in the storage. The associate started walking away with the displayed shoe to the cashier. As she was walking, she tossed the displayed shoe up in the air, back down to the box, up and down, over and over for 4-5 times. I went after her and asked why did she do that. She smiled as if nothing she did wrong. Her act was unacceptable. She was the young one of the two associates. The older one did not say anything. I decided to buy the pair anyways. General Manager, please train your employees not to damage the item, be respectful and friendly.

My dad bought a pair of shoes, tried them on, almost got extremely hurt (he kept slipping) and the people who work st shoe city (the manager) said he COULD NOT return them or exchange them because of a small crease, come on, my family has been buying shoes there for a long time, I find this rude. But as always, the manager said they were too damaged.

I went to buy some convers for my daughters and they did not have their numbers, we looked for another brand, they did not have a regular tennis shoe either and only for 1 girl and we decided to go to another store where I could find for the 2 girls it is supposed to be a store only for Shoes should have all the numbers and a lot of variety but not so I did not like it.
