This shop has a really great friendly vibe and is family-owned. Roger, who usually runs the front desk, is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. You will receive respectable service here and they even will match their Groupon prices if you call them directly which is actually better for them.Their prices arent the most competitive to other shops or Groupons in some aspects but the type of treatment and service you receive here is what matters. They have decently low wait times as well.

Roger is a friendly, honest, and reputable mechanic. I have been going there for over five years and have never had an issue. He is concerned about your safety and only wants what’s best for you. I’ve bought parts off amazon and have had him install them as well to save a couple of bucks. Highly recommend.

Rodger is great and always takes care of me. After he couldnt fix a problem he recommended I go to the dealership and didnt charge me at all for the time spent on it.

This shop by far is the best place i have ever gotten my oil change. They exam your car thoroughly and will let you know of any recommendations without pressuring you to buy their services. They do a thorough inspection of your car, from the engine to the seat belts and lights inside the car. They have superb costumer service, from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you step outside to retrieve your car. I will definitely be going back for my oil change and any other services my car may need in the future. Great job guys!

Roger and his team excel at good customer service. I have been taking my older cars here for many years. Roger always points out things that he is monitoring that may need replacement in the future, which really helps with budgeting! He shows me the parts he has had to replace and patiently answers all of my questions. I have not had any major problems with either vehicle due to consistent maintenance, and Im so happy about that!

This place is terrible. I came for an oil change for Groupon and I always do an inspection of my car before. 1. they didn’t even tighten my oil cap it was just on my engine?! 2. They rotated my tires and now my car vibrates which means they didn’t even put the tires on right. The mechanic seemed like he didn’t even care. I came from Groupon but I will never return and I told the people I know to never come here. 1 star service. Beware people

I came here today for my MBZ B3 service. I was greeted by Micheal who is very polite and helpful. Rodger is the owner and Mercedes certified technician who worked on my car. Stadium Mercedes is owned by Roger, His an awesome mechanic and diagnostician.Roger cares about you as a customer and your wallet.My wife and I recently had a series of mechanical issues with our Jeep Cherokee.The issues were tricky and multiple but Roger persisted and was able to resolve all the problems. He even spent some of his own personal time at no charge to insure the issues were resolved.Roger gets the highest praise for customer service and satisfaction.

Customer service was a total joke!!! Stay away from this store as far as you can.I purchased the groupon for full synthetic oil change which was $45 and I even called in the store the day before my appointment to make sure if there will be any extra charge and I was told that I will need to pay $10 extra.Long story short, they told me to pay $49 on top of the groupon instead of $10 when I actually arrived the store in person. The person I spoke with was lying that heve never confirmed the price before when I came in. The woman in front desk was pushing me to pay more without clear explanation.This place is a scam!!!! Just dont go there or prepare EXTRA money to be stolen by them!!

Great place! Bring your used car here! In 2017 wed been looking online at a used car in the OC area, so I researched a good nearby mechanic shop for a Pre Purchase Inspection. Id read all the great reviews for Stadium Automotive & had some questions about buying used cars in general, so I called the place & Roger happened to pick up. He was so pleasant & willing to talk to me in depth about anything I asked about buying a used car & getting a PPI. Our great conversation confirmed the great reviews Id read. The car wed looked at fell through, were not from the immediate area so I didnt think wed be using his services, but what do you know, in 2018 we ended up wanting to buy a used Mercedes SUV near his shop & scheduled the PPI with him and are we glad we did! It all went very smoothly. He told us wed picked out a good used car to buy & informed us of all the things to look out for & how to properly take care of it. Weve had the car for a while now & its lived up to his assessment. We pass through the area regularly to visit family & since we were so impressed with Roger & his service we are planning on having our car serviced there regularly from here on out. Thank you Roger for helping to make our used car purchase such a pleasure! We look forward to your good care of our car!

Ive been a customer of theirs since our oldest was a toddler, and she will be turning 28 this year! That says a LOT for any business; that you trust them! Its good to see the same mechanics year after year, even after ownership changed! Right now we have a new car, so as soon as its dealer warranty is up, we will be taking it back to Stadium Automotive, as I will always call it!

When asked if you trust your auto mechanic most people would say no. But I do, because of the honesty and experience of Roger & Camy, owners of Stadium Mercedes. Recently we had a substantial problem with one of our vehicles. When there was an issue with the manufacturer of the parts Roger ensured that we were taken care of by standing behind his works, fixing the mechanical problem although it was not his responsibility to do so.
