I came for a brake change and was helped with in a timely manner. There is a waiting room for you to wait while they’re working on your car with comfortable seats. The mechanic helped me find out additional problems with my vehicle and offered to help fix it as well. Overall staff was friendly and happy to help with whatever you need. Will come back for future services :)

I came to see One Way Auto Repair because they were recommended for fixing my tire/wheel stud. In addition to doing that promptly, they also noticed that a different wheel had a broken bolt and needed an alignment in order to operate properly. I had gone to 2 other places about that undercarriage, but those places didn’t find a problem. All along I knew that something wasn’t right because of the way the car had been handling. I’m so happy that Marco noticed this problem independently of my saying anything to him. I didnt even really get my car done here but when I found out my Triple A guy had left 4 out of 5 of my lug nuts completely loose (2hours later🤯) so I simply pulled into the 1st place that I could find. Man what can i tell you if your ever need ANY work done on your vehicle, this IS the place to go, very professional, our car broke down while we went on our trip to Disney, called 1st thing in the morning, they open at 730 id thought id try to call a bit earlier see if they answered and the owner answered, honest man very kind, very humbled, i explained my situation to him, he assured me to have fun enjoy myself and my family while we are out and he’ll have the car check out and let us know what the issue is and give us an estimate. So he did and got it fixed we picked it up the next day very helpful! I want to thank him and mark for helping my family out and relieving our stress bout the car while we went to Disney. Marco and his team are great and professional. I came in with the concern that my thermostat may be going out. After Marcos diagnostic test he informed me that with my cars age, mileage at 190,000 and informed him that I had changed the thermostat within the last 2 years, the actual issue is that my instrument cluster was going bad. Marco is very thorough and educates his clients with their vehicle and its issues.

Came in since I got recommended from the tire shop that replaced my tires on my 2017 Subaru Forester XT. Was worried about a vibration on the front of my tires. Everyone is super professional and are here to help Mark test drove my car and he noticed that my vibration and recommended to go get my tires balanced again and told me to come back and do the alignment and I am so glad I did exactly what he told me. Once balance my tires stopped the vibration and when I came back to get my alignment he showed me how bad I really needed to come in. I would recommend this shop any day. So glad I came back.

We were visiting from another state when our car died. My sister-in-law recommended One Way Auto Repair. I called and they said to bring it in. I had it towed in, they fit us into their schedule, figured out the problem (bad alternator) and had us fixed and back on the road quickly at a very reasonable price. Staff is very friendly. Tesla Model 3 Alignment: Mark was very helpful and responsive. This is one of the few places that can do an alignment on a Model 3. The facility is very clean, nice waiting area, great service. The cost was significantly less than the dealer.

They did a great job I call they said to bring it in said 45 minutes they where on time . I like the service and helpful I do recommend.

When I came in to ask about having an oil change, the guy told me it would be hours before it would be done because I called 15 minutes instead of his expectation of 30 minutes before coming in. The guy repeatedly reminded me that someone else would probably come in a couple minutes after me to have the same service done as if to reiterate that my business was not important. Don’t waste your time with this place. They don’t schedule appointments so it’s pure luck and favorites on when you will get your car done. The guy in line ahead of me was having several issues looked at yet was still promised to have everything done hours before when they could do my oil change.

I came here for a wheel alignment on my car, this is a nice shop. Customer service was great, price was more than fair, and the waiting room was clean and well-kept.
