Professional & Friendly. Store/ office clean. I would refer them to you for new tires and engine work (not sure what all they do bc I had a main tune up for car that sat in storage a little over a year). Showed up early to get help with my flat tire. Although they did not have my tire, Daniel offered some advice and options for me. Was treated very well and would not hesitate becoming a customer.

I was on a business trip and had 2 tires that went down on my trailer and I called them to let them know, when I got there they got me in right away. They fixed them within the hour and got me back on the road. Very friendly crew

We were starting to have a flat tire (which we didnt know at that time) they fixed it so fast we would of blown a tire been stuck on the freeway we had a 10 hour drive the saved us!! DO NOT GO HERE! I took my car in for a shock replacement and wheel alignment. They quoted me one price, but when I went to pick up my car they raised the price! And wouldnt let me have my car until I paid the higher price! They are incredibly dishonest and dont honor their estimates. STAY AWAY!

I dont know all of the employees or how Becker Tire is ran but I will say, any place Johnny works at, I trust. Johnny has been my mechanic for years. I use to go to Johnnys shop in Lake Forest. Since his business merged with Becker, I will now be a life long customer of Becker Tire. I know I will get a fair price and the work will be done correctly. I have referred a lot of people to Becker Tire since Johnny has moved over there and their experience couldnt of been better. Trust is hard to come by when dealing with a mechanic shop. This is a place you can trust.Ps. The work my friends had done on their vehicles: rear main seal, new tires, brakes, tightened their lift kit (which loosens after time and vibrations), and much more...

Going to disneyland with a family of 6 can be stressful. When we were on our way out of the hotel heading to disneyland, we noticed a huge nail sticking out of tire. We called Becker and tbey said they can get us in right away. The owner took time from his day to reassure us that everything was going to be just fine! We were there no more than 15 minutes. They made us feel welcomed and well taken care of! Thank you Becker tire service for your OUTSTANDING services, we will not for get it! Customer service was amazing would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
