Great parts store. We needed a wheel hub they had what we needed and were able to press it in for us. The price was better then two other places we checked and the big online part store. They were very helpful on the phone and in person. Im so glad we still have great local stores like this one.

A great place to buy parts.if they dont have it they will order it for you, the employees are nice friendly & most of all very helpful.i use to travel to Clarks auto parts in bellflower, but after finding out about tops it has became my one stop shop for auto parts.

I never had a problem with parts until I bought brake pads.When I paid for the pads they had to have them brought from the warehouse, that took a couple hours. When I ordered them, I was told they are American made, when they showed up they were made in China. I put them on and they lasted less than 5 months way less than 10k miles. When I went back to complain about them the older guy there tells me its poor driver habits, and he doesnt understand mart discontent and that those are the brake pads ALL mechanics ask for. Thats BS. Average brake pads will normally lady me 40k to 60k hi end closer to 80k. I drive freeway mile minimal traffic in my directions.

Very decent prices, easy to get what you need if they dont already have in stock, which they probably do (90% of the time). Was recommended to me years ago and their name comes out of my mouth every time some has asked me where is good auto store

There are currently some younger adults working at the store that are not too knowledgeable on parts. Visited the store several times and consistently had a bad experience. Management had an attitude. They treated us like they had so many customers they didnt need our business and didnt want to spend the time to help us look for a part. They advised us to call the manufacturer ourselves. Do not recommend anyone coming here.

My wheel bearing was damaged/worn out (the shop offered a $350+ job but its a fairly simple DIY) so I called around and found a shop that could press it. When I went in, however, the shop (Pepboys down the street from Tops) was a huge disappointment. Not only were they not able to press it in (missing parts, they said), but they also thought there was a part missing (there wasnt). Oh, and they didnt call me to notify me of this problem--they were going to wait until Monday!They recommended me to Tops since they couldnt do it (the bare minimum of service they gave me), but since they had waffled I had to come in the next day.I called up Tops, they tell me their techs will be in early tomorrow, and to bring it in.$45 ($5 more than Pepboys) and ~1.5 hours later (they had previous appointments) and I walked out of there with a brand-new bearing pressed in neatly as can be.Here you can expect good service, no nonsense consults, and...well, their prices can be beat, but I would pay an extra $5 for competence any day of the week.

Hmm, Auto Zone failed. But just across the street (by luck) Tops had exactly what I needed...

Theyre supposed to close at 5 and they closed early I got here about 4:55 ish and they were already closed and gone stupid even talked to the guy he said they would be here till at least 5 what a waste of time
