Great experience getting my X5M a software flash. Tom gave me a thorough walkthrough of the app in the car in the blazing heat. Explained the differences in engine mapping mods, allowing me to make a better decision to save serious $$$. Of course, that just means more mods and work I can get done there from now on! Shout out to Kevin for the great service, too.

So glad I came across European Auto Source! I had been wanting to upgrade my tail lights to blackline LCI since I got my BMW F33/430i convertible. Did my homework by researching different companies and requesting quotes in SoCal... I was surprised at how a lot of companies were trying to up-charge significantly on the product itself, then the installation, and some didnt even include the coding!I loved that European Auto Source made it so easy for me. They were essentially a one-stop-shop. I was able to purchase the genuine BMW LCI tail lights from them, and they installed and coded them on my vehicle same day (I had made an appointment via email with Kevin S. week prior as I drove from Palm Springs). Its only been a day since Ive had the new tail lights on and I love them immensely! Aesthetically, the difference is day and night.Not at all related to their job well done, but they have two of the CUTEST frenchies in the office named Wesley and Frank! They made the 2 hour wait time pass by quickly and were so fun to hang out with. Wesley loves head scratches! As a mom of 2 pugs, I really enjoyed these adorable dogs company while I was hanging out at EAS!I wish EAS was closer to me, but Ill definitely go back for any future BMW mods/needs that theyre able to help me with, and recommend them to others!

Really nice staff - great expertise - easy to work with them via email or phone - and if you are in OC they are a great place to get installation work done. Had them install my new rims and tires and will have them do all new big brake kits shortly. Highly recommend!

They accommodated me with open arms, a great quote, and provided detailed update emails with issues found while performing services in specific areas of the engine bay. The pictures and explanations as well as solutions were well thought out and they had the ability to replace everything in a timely manner. They completed all the work very quickly and called me as soon as it was done to help me set up a time to pick it up. The shop always has a lot going on and is very active on instagram. I am very surprised they were able to keep up with the lengthy service whilst also providing service to many other cars. Will Definitely be coming back to continue preventative maintenance!

Great shop to bring in your BMW. Came in to get my i3 coded and the service was excellent and fast. Although you do need an appointment you are in and out very quick. Great pricing and highly recommended for anyone looking to modify their i3.

I bought a new to me BMW and wanted to get it checked out and make sure it was in good condition. I brought it to European Auto Source and had a great experience. Overall everything checked out and they also did some maintenance on it. I was very happy with their service and the best part is I never felt that I was being told I needed something that I didnt or that I was being ripped off. Totally trust this place and will be my go to for anything BMW related!

Took a chance and ordered some pieces for my E46 M3 from EAS, Downforce USA brand diffuser and side skirt extensions. Not only did the parts take 3 months to deliver, but the diffuser doesnt fit at all. EAS wouldnt offer any type of help after the fact and basically told me to deal with it. I cant do anything with this $800 over priced piece of plastic, since it wont fit my car let alone another e46 m3.

These guys are top notch. They did some coding on my $100k BMW M3 CS and the experience and professionalism exceeded my expectations. If you are looking to have work done and have never been here you are going to love this place. In and out in a little over an hour. Everything went perfectly. If I could leave zero stars I would. The issue I had was that I brought my e92 n54 335i to their shop in order to replace the engine belt and fix the leak in the the oil filter housing gasket. Kevin said they fixed it so I drove it home. Its been mostly parked because I havent gone anywhere since COVID. Less than a month after I got my car back, I noticed it was still leaking.I took it back to EAS and instead of actually fixing the problem they told me the leak was coming from a crack in the water pump. The water pump was recently replaced and only had 20,000 miles on it. They also said the leak was due to the O ring on the oil filter. They slapped me with another invoice to fix the problem that they never fixed in the first place.I took it to the BMW Dealership and had them diagnose it, they told me there was nothing wrong with the water pump and it was, in fact, the oil filter housing gasket that had not been fixed correctly.I spoke to the owner of the shop, Tom, who was unprofessional and rude. He told me theres nothing he can do. His shop was the one who made the mistake of giving us false information, giving extremely poor customer service, and wanting me to bring the car back in to charge me again after I had already experienced their incompetency. I wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone. Save your time and money.

Recently revisited eas and it was more pleasant this time. Gathered more information and the staff was very helpful. Open on Saturday is a plus. Kevin took care of my 135i I recently purchased. Got an inspection to see what needs to be done for maintenance. Friendly, didnt up sell, and gave me an idea what to keep an eye on. Nice to find a euro mechanic thats minutes from the casa. I will be back to chip away at the list and to reflash my Dinan tune. While your waiting there is a massive amount of cars to check out and saved auto shows on the TV.

I have been a happy customer since 2011. The owners Tom and Steve are knowledgeable and helpful, great guys. Kevin and Robert in sales is excellent and response times are great. EAS provides OEM/dealership level work without the hassles, high prices, and pressure to conduct unnecessary work. They have been my go to shop for supplementary oil changes, parts installs, tires, battery replacement, coding, and a complex rod bearing replacement. They are honest - for my out-of-warranty vehicle, I’ve inquired about many fluid (differential, power steering, DCT) and parts (suspension) replacements to be told they are completely unnecessary at my mileage. There’s a peace of mind factor in having a shop of this caliber in SoCal.

EAS installed a pair of Recaro Sportster CS seats, that I bought from them, in my M3 yesterday and these guys were great! The seats are installed perfectly, they set me up with the right seat mounts for my car, and the customer service was excellent.After the install they were able to fit my old oem seats in the back of my car (I have fold down rear seats) and they carefully wrapped them in a blanket to protect my interior.Shout out to Wesley the French Bulldog!

I drove from Phoenix to Arizona with my 2013 BMW 335i F30 just for these guys to work on my car and they did not disappoint at all! They spent time not only installing a bootmod3 tune, H&R sport springs, and Macht Schnell wheel spacers, but actually walked me through and answered a lot of questions I had. The typical experience with a shop is they wouldnt really care to field all the questions I had, but I walked away a lot more comfortable and also gained some insight/knowledge. I strongly recommend the team and shop for all your performance questions and needs, big shout out to Kevin, Tom, Steve, and the rest of the EAS team, you guys did awesome!

Originally messaged Kevin regarding some suspension options. After a little back and forth I was able to place an order for my Ohlin coilovers and set up an appointment the following week.When I arrive they greeted me right away and took the car into their shop. Talked to the guys a little and watched top gear for a few hours.When all was said and done the car was set to the height I requested, and the install looks good to me. Ive dealt with European Auto Source for a long time, its a big disappointment that I am writing this review right now and have given it 1 star.I took my 2014 BMW 335i in on October 2016 to install the rear LCI tail lights, I knew they would do a great job since I have done the same with my previous car with no issues. Last month we had a rainstorm and was driving my car and suddenly my stereo goes out, no sound at all. Radio doesnt work, interior warning chimes dont work, Bluetooth doesnt connect and could not make any phone calls or listen to music on my phone via Bluetooth. I thought this was a blown fuse that needed replacement which was an easy fix. Took the car in to Crevier BMW and they came back to me and I was shocked. Apparently the way European Auto Source wired those LCI tail lights, they ran the wire through the grommet that holds the tail lights in place, and when it rained hard, that caused a water leak into the bottom of my trunk which took out my amplifier, and in order to fix that I had to pay $3,300 to replace my amplifier including labor!! After receiving my car back from Crevier BMW, it clearly stated on the receipt/work order that the issue I had is due to the wiring of the LCI tail lights going through the grommet, they found a water leak and my amplifier was filled with water and therefore the water damaged it.I have tried contacting European Auto Source multiple times and tried to find a friendly resolution to this issue, I have also sent them the work order from Crevier BMW stating the issue. In the end they have refused to take responsibility and refused to work with me to try to come to a fair resolution to my problem that they caused. Customer service is great with them as long as youre paying money to install parts to your car, but I guess when something such as this happens, their poor customer service is what they truly have. The fact that they cannot claim responsibility for their own work that they performed on my car is absolutely disgusting, they have horrible business ethics and I certainly would not want to deal with a company that is claimed reputable and has been in business for over a decade. Since they are being uncooperative I have no choice but to start the process of filing a lawsuit against them, I will not be held responsible for paying that enormous amount of money to fix my car when all evidence points back to European Auto Source for their poor service work.
