AGAIN DO NOT DEAL WITH BOSS LADY Becky.Furthermore, after the vehicle was there four days, and when I called to prepare to pick it up, to my surprise, I was asked did I want to put the logo back on the vehicle. I DID NOT leave my vehicle without a logo and it was not mention on the contract. We walked around my car the day before to write the estimate and the next day I dropped it of and the logo was on the vehicle. Therefore Maaco removed the logo

I keep my cars so over the years they need a little TLC, Maaco in Anaheim has done three of my cars. I didnt want to spend a lot of money but wanted a paint job that would last a good 5 to 8 years. I am very happy with the way they turned out.

Same day they were really short with me. Im good... Everytime I asked a question it seemed like a hurried answer trying to get me off the phone like I was bothering them

Got my car painted and it was definitely not the color I picked out but it is a beautiful color and I love it so that’s fine. The only thing I don’t like is that somehow the inside of my car got all sorts of heavy dust in it, maybe from sanding it? I had just detailed my car so that was annoying. Most bothersome of all they sanded the outside of my windows that I opted to keep black instead of paint (because I guess it’s the normal thing to do and they suggested it, once I started looking I realized that many cars have basically the top of the door above the windows black and the rest of the car colored) and didn’t bother to refinish it so now my car is subject to rust all around the windows. To sum it up, customer service is great, quick turnaround, not the paint I wanted but still pretty, and they ruined part of my car.*Edit* I went back and they buffed the part of the windows they sanded. They were very nice. It looked better for the day but now it’s scratchy again. I also noticed that EVERY Single one of my rims have freaking paint on it!!!!!!! Are you kidding me?!?! All the decals that they took off and glued back on have an absurd amount of glue all around them and it is just ruined. Also, they sanded my freaking window and chipped my windshield in two places. Will never recommend Maco.

They did an excellent job fixing and repairing the body of the truck and the paint was perfect. The best part is the talk you through everything to get exactly what you want.

So every time I have had my car repaired here they have always made things very easy. Unfortunately I seem to be accident prone lately, but this shop seemed to be the most fair price and always makes an effort to work with you. I was really happy with the work they have done, so much so I have been back 3 times and referred 3 of my coworkers. It is right down the street from us, which makes it easy to pick them up from the shop.

If the bottom line is regarding the paint job, that turned out fine and happy with outcome.. however, overall, there were many areas of opportunity. 1) customer service and time: it took over 3 weeks to replace a bumper and paint the car.. original quote was less than 5 days.. the lack of communication is what was awful. Mind you I did miss one of their phone calls and messages and as I kept calling back to check on the status, I was told “I’ll call you when the car is finished.. fine by me, so I waited another week and a half and no call. Finally I called again and then they told me “we left you a message, because we needed another part?! Message?! I did not get any message and then I was told it’s my fault bc “I left you a message like the first time you didn’t answer?! Really?! You’re going to blame me again because I never got back to you after the first message and so now you’re going to use this excuse against me? Can’t you just call back the next day or the day after?! I was shunned the first time calling therefore I left it in their hands to call me when the job was complete or if any problems, their lack of communication and time to finish was a disaster.. 2) quality of work is par.. once again the paint job is fine however the body work included was mediocre.. the front bumper does not seem to have a smooth connection with car and fog lights are off centered.. I had asked to fix my rear tailpipe and they could not do it and asked me to go to a “muffler shop”. Isn’t Maaco an auto repair shop and shouldn’t they be able to fix a tail pipe? Last, I had a new front grill since my old bumper/grill were damaged in the accident.. they could not put on the after market grill.. I got a second opinion, and they were able to attach the grill.. overall, I get frustrated thinking about the money, time and trust I spent here. A little under $1300, I got a decent paint job, mediocre auto repair job, and service id probably look elsewhere for.

Was looking to get new paint on my 1968 chevy pick up truck. After looking at several different paint shops, I chose Maaco mainly because of the honest information I got from Virgil and Becky.Virgil walked me through the process,Showing me some of the projects his team was working on. I didnt expect a show truck as this is a daily driver so I knew what I was getting up front. But i was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the work.It did take a little longer than expected but it is a busy shop.Thank you Becky and Virgil for putting up with me when I came to check on the progress. Always friendly and nice. It was a pleasure doing business here. Would recommend to anyone needing a good quality paint job.

They painted my 2012 Honda Civic and did a fantastic job! The cost to paint entire car was affordable and completed in a timely matter (1 week).I would reccomend Becky and the team at Maaco for any paint job needed.

Very pleased with the results of my paint job. Better than expected and better than previous experiences with other paint and body shops. Both Becky and Virgle went above and beyond to ensure a good experience and outcome.

Virgil did an excellent job. There’s a couple things I should have done before having my car painted, but it Looks Great for an old 1969 Plymouth.

Honestly, this place is simple and perfect. It’s not super bougie and over the top where you get reamed$ a little harder because they have espresso and Voss waters in the lobby! Paint was good ....the problem was the overspray on pillar posts and wi dows... obviously no masking was done....

I was so pleased. my 2003 car had dozen of scrapes, blotches, etc. Fine customer service, even drove me home. Estimate of completion was on time. I could not believe all the dents were fixed, even with the basic painting! Unbeatable. Wow.

Best price around for a new rear bumper, clearly outlined what costs were going to be, and did it pretty quickly (3 days). They even washed my entire truck on pickup! Awesome.

Really great customer service - when my bumper wasnt damaged enough to warrant repair, they took out a couple of wrenches and locked it in place, and then refused to take payment. It left me smiling and really grateful:-)
