Wow, what a great body shop. This is the second time my car has gone to this fix auto, and they have stellar quality of work, and even went above and beyond and completely detailed my car when it was done. When I came to pick up my car, they even handled the return of the rental car. Color match was perfect, outstanding work everyone!!

This place is amazing! My parents recommend it to me, and they are the best! They communicate quickly and clearly, they took care of everything including dealing with insurance, they got done even faster then they estimated and everyone was so nice! Can’t recommend them enough!

The first thing I notice is at the office was run by all women they were so courteous so professional they did everything they said they gave me an update step-by-step accounting of my time the vehicles time that was there where we were at with the process and I just can’t say enough good things about Fix auto! I’ve had two experiences with them now at that same location and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. absolutely exceeded all of my possible expectations for body shop and paint highly recommend them to anybody

The service was very nice and helpful. Does get a bit busy so takes awhile for them to get back to you. My car was in an accident and Fix It Anaheim was able to come pick my car the next day and gave me updates about my car. Really did help calm my nerves. Overall made my experience quick and easy. Would recommend to others but will say the entrance to the place is very narrow so be careful!!

I left my car with them on Monday and it was returned to me on Saturday. The quality of the work is outstanding. My car looks like it was never damaged. I am VERY VERY happy. Someone hit my Grand Cherokee from behind causing a fender bender. Fix Auto was able to deal with their insurance, preorder the part needed so I wouldnt have to have my car stuck in the shop waiting, and then once the part was in, they installed it the same day in just a few hours. Was quick and easy to deal with unlike a lot of other shops Ive visited in the past.

I dealt with Sarahy that day and for every interaction with Fix Auto since then. Shes awesome! She seems very committed to customer service and goes above and beyond. Shes very friendly and makes sure she gets everything correct. She made the process painless. I received daily phone calls from her with the status of my car and its repairs. She called the rental company to have them come pick me up that first day. When I picked up my car she offered for me water and coffee while I waited for my credit card to be charged. Now, on to the actual work on my car. Today is Friday, the fifth day after dropping off my car, and it was ready. Their work completely exceeded my expectations. You never really know what youre going to get when you take your car for repair somewhere. To be completely honest, my car looks brand new. It was detailed inside and out when I picked it up. They even found something I had lost in my car a long time ago and didnt realize I had lost in there. This place definitely lives up to all the positive reviews. Nobody likes being in an accident or having to take their car for repairs. If you are stuck in this unfortunate situation, do yourself a favor and go to Fix Auto Anaheim.

My car was damaged in a hit and run accident. They took my car right away, emailed, texted, and called with frequent updates, and got my car repaired, repainted, and returned to me a whole week before the original estimated return date. The staff was kind, helpful, and proactive. This is where I will bring my car in the future. Excellent service and experience!

My daughters car was damaged at a local car wash. Needed a Honda certified repair shop and was sent here. Stephanie greeted me, got my estimate and understood what I needed for my daughter. Absolutely ABYSMAL customer service.Chose this shop through my insurance, the shop called me to verify that the car would be sent to their shop on Tuesday, when the car got towed there on Thursday THEY REFUSED TO TAKE THE VEHICLE suddenly saying they were At Capacity EXCUSE ME??They had the work order, they KNEW the vehicle was coming and yet they turned it away?!?!If I could give negative stars I would.I will NEVER let ANYONE I ever speak to about car service shops use this company.

Only friendly if you leave your car and still charge you a fee even though they never put the car back together. Read the pages they make you sign. The job was comprehensive so I dont understand why they took it apart to begin with if I never agreed to start the work..... was just waiting for the adjuster. Brought a different car in and they forgot to reconnect buttons like the one to the gas tank... emailed and never got a response back.

I received my car extremely washed, not just in the outside, but in the inside as well. My carpets looked clean, my interior was polished and my wheels looked spectacular! It looks like a brand new car, not a 2014 Nissan Versa!
