They only take cash here, but there is an ATM inside the restaurant. This is my goto spot when I am in the mood for skewers, the pork bbq sticks are bomb delicious. Paired with the Thai style papaya salad and stick rice.It just hits the spot for me, there also have food ready to serve Panda Express style for those who are in a lunch rush and cant wait for them to cook. This is a hole in a wall restaurant but it has won an award for its food. The owner/lady reminds me of an older sister or aunt, shes very friendly.Stop by and try the steamed rice and banana treat. Its wrapped in banana leaves, a perfect dessert.

This is where my mom and my grandparents go. My grandparents used to go here long time ago years. This is the Thai place to get authentic groceries- fresh, frozen, packaged, you name it. I love the family that owns it theyre so sweet. And did I mention next door has the best Thai food in Orange county!! I really love this place its right down the street from the 91. Ill always come back to this place to feel like Im back home!!!

Everything you need was very easy to find. Affordable prices for all items, groceries, meats, and fresh produce. And also, this place is very conveniently located and the parking area is very spacious. All of the staff as well are always happy and willing to assist you. I highly recommend this place to others.

The market is ok.The restaurant is possibly ok if you have no idea what real Thai food is.I live in Thailand. My wife is Thai. We visited here with some family wanting to eat Thai food after weeks of typical Cali fare, and ordered panang curry. What came out instead was very sweet peanut buttery soup, which was probably supposed to be mussaman curry. When we asked the lady about the panang in Thai, she just said no have. She made no further mention of it, and we were charged for it in full... Which is actually as authentically Thai customer service as I have ever seen, so props for that. But food-wise?Stay away from the curry, and stay away from mystery meat.

Best Thai/Lao restaurant. Not just locally, simply the best outside of Thailand itself. Whats good here? Everything! Today was pork jerky and sticky rice for the drive home, cant turn down some snacks to go with it as well..

Ive been going here for 15 years. Since before my son was born. This used to be our go-to spot and then we moved out of town. This was the first Thai food I ever had and I instantly got hooked. Today my son is turning 14 and he wants Thai food for his birthday. Were picking up to go because of covid. But all that to say... This place is the best

Not much of a variety of foods to choose from like most Asian markets . The owner is never pleasant, or smile, & has no concept on how to make a customer happyThe store is very old, & not well lighted either . It has been this way since the 80s . Shop is not very attractive, or inviting to even want to shop. Owner does not care, as they think people would want to shop there anyway !

Cash Only. I didnt see any signs. Maybe I over looked the signs. The 2 stars more for unfriendliness of both the restaurant and the grocery store. Went to grocery store to see if there were interesting items from Laos/Thailand. The store was dark, I guess to save on eletricity. Not very interesting or welcoming. Saw stuff I could get at any of the larger Vietnamese grocery stores. Wanted to support the store but the place is depressing. Maybe the food is good. Didnt have enough cash to try.

Review №25

Unbelievable. This 30 year family run institution is by far the greatest Thai food in socal outside of Thai town Hollywood. It is the way Thai food is meant to be for Thai people, not sugar addicted Americans who want sweet noodle dishes. Look at what the elder Thai patrons are ordering. Get the black pepper garlic pork on rice or ground chicken basil on rice.

You get a lot of bang for your buck with this place. $9 for chicken Pad Thai that was more filling than other restaurants in the area.Heads up that you need to know your Thai dishes before you get there because the menu doesnt have English description or pictures. So if you dont know the names of the plate you want ahead of time, you might just have to guess and hope you made the right call.

This hole in the wall market has become my go-to when preparing any Thai related dish. Not only do they have high quality ingredients, but a high level of expertise considering they also own a connected resuraunt. Their service is always quality, and Ive received especially excellent service from Karen. Highly recommended.
