Poorly installed doors. Took multiple calls for them to even come out to even check the misaligned doors. Sent multiple people on separate occasions and doors still had gaps allowing air and light through. Finally called a professional door installer who said the doors werent installed properly. Had to pay extra money to have custom doors installed the RIGHT way. Big hassle and headache. Now only deal with professional door installers who since then installed additional doors in my home which have been perfect. Doesnt matter how nice or intricate your doors are unless they are installed CORRECTLY
