Not sure why all the bad reviews I was from out of town easy to find I emailed the label to them which they printed for me and I happily paid $1.71 for the nice young girl to put in on my prepacked box for me.

Im always in the ups store. Friendly staff and service. Up to date on all shipping mailing copying and computer and fax and copy machines. Info on all kinds of printing and postal services.

I always get good service when i walk in. Once a month for the last 5 years or more. The staff is friendly, and they even get my package when they see me walk in, so its at the counter before i am

If youre walking in and expecting a warm greeting this is not the place. Crossing the threshold into this business full of grumpy curmudgeons who might have reached their limit for the customer service business in the past years. I get it, I do. The day after day of dealing with people has taken its toll and instead of offering the warm and fuzzy greeting, you prefer the cold stare of desolation. I dont know what made you so angry. You are in the business of shipping packages, not explaining the who what where when or why. The feeling your store gives off is get in, get out, and dont ask questions I feel uncomfortable in your store and Im actually quite delightful as a person. You literally made me feel so awkward that I didnt want to ask you any questions. I wish this store existed with different owners.Thanks for coming to my Ted talk.PS: look at your Google reviews. Theres a trend that youre not addressing. Please retire.

Had a situation where I was selling a large poster and the owner did an amazing job of assisting me packing it up and sending it off. The owner Chuck is very loyal to longtime or good customers. It feels like a mom and pop shop while being a chain store for UPS.

Rude overprice and not helpful at all I felt I was being reprimanded like I was in the second grade. I am going to contact Amazon. This is happened to me three times in the store. Three strikes you’re out.

Today is May 30, 2020. We are in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. I walked into the store to do some self-service copying and stopped just inside the door... in horror. I was the only person in the store wearing a mask...correctly. The two men behind the counter were not wearing masks. One customer had a mask around his neck and when he pulled it up as he prepared to leave, he only covered his mouth. I could not safely make my copies in the crowded space. I told the employee why I was leaving, he just nodded.

Terrible Customer Service! I brought a large item in to the store to be crated and shipped UPS Freight. I have used this service in 2 other stores in other parts of the country with great service - items shipped safely within a day or two. Not this time...Chuck takes in the item and says hell call when crated and I can give him a credit card for payment...Im thinking later that day or the next day...19 Days later he finally says its ready to be shipped! During that time, Im calling and begging him to make the shipment - I had no idea it would take that long.So on the 19th day, I give him my cc and the shipping is charged to my card. I call a few days later and ask for my receipt with the tracking info - cant email it to me their scanner is down (really?) so I ask Chuck to mail it. Several days go by - no receipt - I call again - scanner still down - I beg Chuck to mail it...Several more days go by - I go to the store - Chuck says I mailed it a few days ago. After 14 days, I finally receive the receipt in the mail - postmarked the very day I stood in the store - the receipt has no tracking info and the shipment didnt go UPS Freight - they used another carrier???I complained to UPS, but all they want to talk about is that it was delivered in good condition - that is true - but that is the only part of this transaction that was handled properly.This was a business transaction (not that it should matter) - I shipped this item on behalf of my customer...Try explaining this 33 days of nonsense...I will avoid using UPS at all and will definitely not use this store again...

The staff was very efficient and friendly but I feel that during this pandemic that the staff should be weari g masks. Neither of the 2 employees in the store were weari g masks. Its for their protection and and the safety of their customers.

Ive never known of a single other national chain business that hasnt been able to establish internet service for 4 days. Especially without notifying Amazon that theyre not a viable return option, and still allowing customers to come in unbeknownst just to be turned away. Plus the customer service manner is abysmal.

Absolutely AWFUL. Thieves. Went in with a few small items to ship, asked for a box. CHUCK decided he was going to package it how he felt he wanted to package it, despite me only asking for a box.Shipping for the box (ACTUAL UPS CHARGE 10.95)He says total is 10.95, I just gotta add the packing materials(NOWHERE in the store are posted prices of the packaging materials)Chuck pushed a few buttons on the register and feeds me a total DOUBLE what UPS charged to actually ship the item,FOR PACKING MATERIALS?That I didnt Even Ask For?Who Do You Think You Are?I was stunned at how easily he legally robbed me for $10, for tape and a box. and FILLER MATERIAL THAT I DID NOT ASK FOR,THAT YOU TOOK THE LIBERTY TO ADD TO MY BILL.NOR DID I SIGN UP TO PAY FOR IT.CONSUMER BEWARE. SHADY.THEY ARE PRIVATELY OWNED AND DO NOT ANSWER TO UPS, THEY DANCE TO A BEAT OF THEIR OWN, AND MANAGEMENT IS THE VERY SAME PERSON WHO JUST SCREWED ME OVER.So, theres that.Knowledge is power, use a different place!*In response to owner- I said I need a box for these You went off into the back and came out with a sealed box. I did not ask you for bubble wrap, I didnt ask for a pack and ship guarantee, I didnt ask for any of that, and as the consumer who is shipping the device, how I choose to pack and send it is ultimately MY CHOICE. Not yours. If damage occurs, thats my problem.I asked for a box, you doubled the cost of shipping by adding your fees (Which are not transparent and are certainly not posted for the purchaser to see) ITS NEAR THE SAME FOR YOU TO PACK IT AS WHAT IT COST TO SHIP IT, and I didnt ask for any of it, point blank period. truth be told, my wife ran into the same situation with you previously in which you refused to ship sunglasses and a watch if she didnt buy packing peanuts. You dont call those shots Chuck, You can make this about covering your rear end for ups claims purposes, whatever the case is, you werent clear about the costs, you didnt disclose what you were charging me for until after you had already done it. Business works like this, I the consumer, tell you, The business, what services I would like, and you as the business provide me those services for a fee. I asked for a box, you gave me a packaged box with whatever inside...I already told you I am a driver for UPS. While you may be an Authorized Agent of UPS, you arent UPS, furthermore, If you call UPS with a complaint about you, the store or the transaction, they will just refer to the store manager which in this case sir, is you.So no, you dont answer to UPS, you answer to you.This isnt the first case, and im sure wont be the last & This isnt about cost of supplies to run a business, that isnt even a topic of conversation here, I said I need a box to ship my stuff in not can you place this in some magical packaging and charge me a small fortune to do so.You dont decide what I want, I do.End of story.

Not sure how they define customer service at this location. I walked in and both employees were with customers. The woman finished with her customer and started sorting packages while the man was still helping his customer. I stood there for 7 minutes listening to staticky country music before she went back to her register and said, I can help the next customer now. I was the only customer. My transaction took all of 63 seconds. When I worked in customer service, we always took care of customers before handling backroom issues. I was going to ship my holiday packages from here but now I cant risk the potential amount of time this will take during my half hour lunch break when there may actually be a line of customers.

I would give zero stars if that was an option. Sad business practice to blame a customer for undertrained incompetent employees. Lack of communication from the sales person and inability for the person that answered the phone to take any responsibility are my reasons for this review. Someone needs to teach them business and communication skills for a successful business. Not recommended.

Went in to return two packages through UPS. Wanted to charge me extra to tape the box, a download charge for getting a shipping lable and charge to print it. Just a little help would have been nice. If you need any tape I left a roll on the counter. Next time Ill drive somewhere else.

Personally I have had a few problems with this ups location. On one occasion that stood out most was when shipping a t-shirt and a pair of earrings to my sister, I brought my own box and requested that I not need the bubble wrap or peanuts...chuck insisted I purchase. When I requested not to, they aggressively pushed the sale of their materials and to say the least felt as if they bullied me into buying shipping materials I originally requested not to have and that honestly were completely unnecessary (packing peanuts and bubble wrap) for a shirt and a pair of earrings? They made me feel uncomfortable these were not nice experiences. I also feel after reading other reviews that chucks “apology” to other customers are to say the least very insincere by saying he is “sorry they feel that way” rather than he is sorry for the poor service or experience the customer/s had. I always support local business first because that is how we keep our community alive, but while I am doing so I do not like to feel as if I am being beat in the head for my money. I also did not like that I was not shown or informed of what I was paying for until AFTER payment was made. Why do you operate in such an aggressive way, I personally feel the forced materials are disguised as care and concern. I maybe wrong but that is certainly the demeanor I felt from this business and chuck. Some self analysis may do your local business some good, take in some constructive criticism and take time to listen to the issues your customers are having rather than apologize for how they felt as if it their problem alone.

The people that work there (specifically the woman) are very rude. Make you feel like you have ruined their day just by walking into the store. I suggest some customer service training or at least hire someone that at least knows how to crack a smile, just saying.

My package, which cost me $78 dollars was lost for a week in Mississippi when it should have been in Houston TX. I called the 800 number to request a refund and was told to call my store directly. When I did this, the man was very rude and told me I needed to bring in paperwork. I asked what paperwork and offered my confirmation number. He replied angrily, I have people all over my counter here, can you call me back later!? Their company made a mistake and I felt as though I was bothering them.Went into the store today to resend the same package and they were very nice. They resent the package at no additional cost. Maybe they just dont like phones

I went there to return 5 items the woman that waited on me was extremely rude and had a huge attitude. Horrible customer service 3 employees all just looked at me when entered the store not one smile or welcoming hello. I wont return and will tell everyone I know to stay away too.

I came to do business here and was completely ignored so I just walked out after standing there for ten minutes waiting to be helped. Not even a (hello or a how are you doing I will be right with you.) Nothing at all I will take my business elsewhere.
