I have been traveling upstate for 15 years ... This is by far the best liquor store in the area . I recently moved up here and am a more frequent shopper and find the prices are the best on my favorite wines and Everyone in this store is extremely helpful and pleasant. I have places closer to home but it is definitely worth the trip

Good selection. Really high prices on allocated items like bourbon. Charging $600 for GTS and $200 for Weller 12. Its the nicest place in the area, just wished they didnt jack up their prices so much! Probably better for your every day items. Not a place to get that hard to find stuff!

What a great service in these trying times! To shore up our dwindling wine supply, we placed a rather detailed order online, and requested to pick it up the next day. When we arrived, we called in, and in only a minute three masked men marched out of the store and placed our order in the back of our truck. When we got home and sorted through, the order was perfect! These are strange days, indeed. But Route 30 Wine & Liquor are providing an excellent selection at great prices, with friendly no-contact delivery.

Am an avid customer for all kinds of liquor. That being said, what is the sense of having a store if you only want certain customers. Dont bother going unless you just want to get kicked out for browsing. They are only interested to anyone with money that will buy right then and there. Broke til you get paid? No worries, Forget about explaining any reason otherwise. They will just kick you out because they feel like it rather than listening to anything you have to say. Talk about liquor showing your true self, these guys clearly didnt need to take a shot for that. Theyd be happy to show you first hand. Slogan should be excellent customer service to those who buy now. Thank you for your hospitality. Much appreciated.

I placed a curbside order, so this guys just BRINGS ME MY WINE so I dont have lug these kids through the arctic to get it. I mean, wine. Right to me. My new favorite person.

Hands down, in the City of Amsterdam, NY...The Best Store to purchase Wine or Liquor is Route 30 Wine & Liquor Depot. The prices at Route 30 are the lowest in the city for a standard bottle of Wine or Liquor. Route 30 also has a nice selection of expensive Wines, Champagne, and Distilled Spirits for customers looking to experience the taste of high-end Wine or Liquor. **5 Stars**

The spot to find what you are looking for. There is very much to choose from. Rare and least found can be here. If you want something specific they may be able to source upon request. The staff is very helpful, especially when you are not sure what is your taste. There is a plethora of liquors, wines, and what pairs to dine.

Every time my husband or I come in and dont really know what we are looking for Donny and Darren(DJ) are right there to help, they should be commended for their attitudes it is never a bad experience when dealing with either of them. They are the perfect example of superior customer service and their knowledge of the products in the store. You have a great store and an even better staff, you should be absolutely proud of not only yourself for hiring the people you have but for how they represent you while they are working .

For the best service here I always ask for Matt or DJ they know what theyre talking about and can offer Insider information on all of their deals and pairings their fantastic I do not suggest you deal with the woman who works here, instead of really listening to what you were looking for she is constantly trying to upsell you and makes you feel bad if you dont buy the top shelf liquor when youre only looking for a nice bottle of wine, if that wasnt enough she will give you dirty looks and never rings you out correctly so always check your receipt if you absolutely have to go to her. The prices that they have cannot be beat and they have a huge selection although they dont carry Mead

I ordered online, using both the ad in the Gazette and their website as guidance to prices and rebates. They called AND emailed to let me know the order was ready, also advised me that I might want to order another bottle or 2 to qualify for one of the rebates.The order was processed very quickly, and I paid online. Either in store or curbside pickup is available at no extra cost.At pickup multiple receipts and all rebate forms were also ready with my order. Service with a smile.I love this place!!

From the moment you walk into the door you are truly welcomed. The selections of Wines and Spirits are plentiful and at great prices. If you need assistance or advice there is always someone who will guide you thru with the great knowledge and experience. Total joy shopping and they have fantastic product samplings events as well.

Good deals and great selection and generally great employees but there is one woman who is always just simply miserable! Atleast pretend you like your job lol jeeze. Didnt know it was that bad lol. Ive seen her working a few times and she generally ignores me. Ive tried to ask her for help with recommendations but she simply couldnt muster one ounce of interest. Idk if Im the only person whos experienced this but she is quite an unpleasant human to encounter.

I continue to buy here for three reasons:1.Very good selection of wines and spirits2. Exceptionally friendly staff that offers in depth advice, when I ask for it. They are not pushy at all.3. Very reasonable prices-perhaps the best around.

Excellent pricing and vast selection. Most importantly, the staff is ALWAYS friendly and ready to be of help, I’ve also enjoyed attending their tastings and informational seminars such as their scotch appreciation evening. So glad to have this in our area!

Had more than I was looking for. Organization was good and everything was properly fronted and faced even at a busy time of day. Pricing was competitive.

Welcome to the only place you will ever have to buy liquor ever. These guys every everything! And if they dont, its on its way. The owners are very nice and very knowledgeable about their stock, you could walk in and grab any bottle off the shelf and ask them about it and they will tell you everything you need to know. What if the owners arent around? Well they have very precise labels that describe the drink, its price, and any minor details you might want to know. They are very keen on checking ID if you even look a bit young, however my old man just dont pass for a teenager now so they dont bother asking him; so if your an older lady or man dont worry about being embarrassed by being IDd like a kid. The store is always clean, and the product is all well lit and easy to access. Only a few larger and much more expensive bottles are kept under lock and key, so you wont usually have to hassle with asking an employee to get a bottle you want. More then often there will be samples of some of their newest stock inside, which is very nice if you see something that catches your eye but arent sure about. Dont take my word for it though, head on over and see for yourself!
