I got 4 brand new tires and an inspection done. Jeremy and his guys do great work and are very personable. I have brought many of my vehicles here. It is always a quick turn around, but you know the work is done right and they arent going to screw you out of money.

This shop is the best place in the city to go for routine maintenance on anyone’s vehicle! Jeremy and his team go above and beyond to service the vehicles and are quick yet efficient. Fantastic customer service . I bring vehicles here frequently and their customer service is always amazing.

I am a years long repeat customer who is always happy to see the guys! They are always helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable and willing to help me figure out what the problem is that I am having. Never ever ever have any concerns that I am being sold a service I dont need. I am ALWAYS treated with respect and courtesy. If ANYONE has a negative comment to make about their service they are probably ignorant, rude, or generally a difficult themselves who wouldnt have anything nice to say no matter what happened. I have myself seen very appropriate handling of inappropriate people, jusayin.

They are always quick and honest. Beinga single woman sometimes you feel you are being taken advantage of. I never feel like that here. Jeremy always tells you what needs to be done now, and what can wait. All of the crew are extremely nice and respectful. They have also fixed slow leaks and tire issues for me at no charge. Incredibly poor customer relations. I purchased four new tires from this place less than two and a half WEEKS ago. Yesterday one of them blew out as I was driving up the road. I did not run over anything - the tire just blew out as I was driving.. I have pictures of the hole in the side of the tire. They refused to replace the tire at no cost.... Suggesting that I may have had a slow leak...Uummm HELLO... the tire literally BLEW UP. I was quite obviously sold a faulty tire. I could understand if I had gotten these tires a while ago, but two weeks ago??? Really ridiculous, and I will be contact in corporate because of it. There should be absolutely no question that I should be given another tire at no charge

The gentlemen that was there was AMAZING . I came a little close to them closing and he still took me in with no issues . He did my oil change and air filter in less than 20 minutes . I recommend this place .

When I need a quick tire or lube, I go here. Don’t be fooled by that other shop with a similar name. Adirondack TIRE is honest, won’t break your car or sell you things you don’t need, and they have a nice waiting area, too.

Not sure why anybody would go to their competitor down the road (Monro). Have found the manager and workers at Adirondack Tire in Amsterdam to be honest, prices are fair and work quality is excellent. Exact opposite of Monro. We take all 3 or our vehicle here a 2000, 2004 and 2006 and all running perfect. Shopped around and found tire prices are best around.

This is my go-to mechanic. I bring my car here every time there is an issue. They are reasonably priced, and it they dont know exactly what the issue is, they dont make me pay for something. Instead, they have me go to a dealer, get the proper diagnosis, and then come back to them for a cheaper repair. You see, Im a student, and I dont have a ton of cash laying around. They understand this, and they dont want to make me pay for things unnecessarily. Im still under my power train warranty, and often, going to the dealer is cheaper for me (if its covered under the warranty). I have never had a bad experience here. They honestly are my favorite. I have never felt gypped, and the guys there are insanely pleasant and nice.

I go to Amsterdam Adirondack Tire. Theres one guy named Mike thats been there and hes very very good at what he does and they are not high priced.

I went to Adiroundack tire repair for a mufler repair today. Ive been going there for over a year after a friend recommended them to me. I am always very happy wth the service. They are prompt, always discuss the problem and price with me BEFORE they do the work. Ive had oil changes, replaced drive shaft and steering repair done there. In this area its hard to find a mechanic that wont rip you off. These guys are the real deal. They get the job done. I would highly recommend them. Usually a few days wait time to get in, as theyre always busy. Thats a good thing, as they have a Lot of returning customers.

Had a very bad experience here with my lifted Silverado and black aftermarket wheels. They screwed up by alignment and scratched my wheels. Manager gave me a very hard time trying to get my refund back. The manager from the Saratoga store that manages this store said the solution to my scratched wheels was sharpie!!! So unprofessional!! Extremely disappointed.
