These guys here are Amazing. Customer service was beyond great. Sold me exactly what I needed after being told by multiple shops, as well as the dealership, no one could get the parts... they ordered the part and had it shipped right away. Will shop for everything large and small parts wise from them.

Finally a parts counter team that knows what they are doing! Wether you talk to Pete, Matt, Joe, or Harry -always in good hands to find what i need. Small engine parts, auto parts, hydraulic hoses, exhaust, and heavy truck parts all under the same roof. What impresses me is that they dont stop at the computer and a typical “nope dont got it cant get it” - unlike others they still have books to match seals, bearings, marine, and lawn mower parts. If they dont have it, they can get it. Thank you for being a cut above!

Always enjoy using napa to get hard to find items. Unfortunately today my part didnt arrive as ordered, but its usually a 1 day wait.

Been trying to pick up parts I ordered for 3 days, every time I go they have closed early. Today is Friday, sign says open till 7 they are closed at 530.

Advance Auto in Parts America did not have my part but never did period friendly service and knowledgeable staff always

Asked for identical hydrualic hoses to be made and all three hoses made were different lengths, but good customer service

Closed on Saturday at 130pm even though their own electronic sign says the hours are 8-4. No reason for it to be closed posted on the door
