Trey deserves a million stars! He was so attentive and helped me over the course of a week with many different things. From discussing plan options, device upgrades, and promos, Trey made all of these changes easy and he helped save me more money than I thought was possible. He provided the best experience I’ve ever had at any phone store and I will be sure to reach him in the future for help!
Went in to this Verizon store this morning at 10:00am. The 2 workers were with other customers. Never once did they look our direction and acknowledge our presence. We browsed for 10 minutes and still no acknowledgement of us. I’ve never felt so invisible. All they needed to do was look at us and let us know they would help us shortly. We walked out and went to the Verizon store on 17th. We were checked in and checked on several times before a customer service rep could help us. Made a huge purchase and am so happy I didn’t give my sell to the Ammon Verizon!!
I’m a longtime go wireless customer, mainly because of the amazing employees and their customer service ethic. Typically I stick with the location in Idaho falls, but this weekend we went to the ammon store. Never ever again! Our rep was rude, pushy, not to mention the horrible demeaning and condescending attitude she displayed when we asked questions and attempted to explore options.In fact, I should have left the store when we saw her previous customer storm out on her, instead i decided to be empathetic and stayed.I’ll never go back (at least to ammon store) and almost considering switching providers to a retailer who insists the employee has nether ethic.
The salesperson that assisted us was able to answer the questions we asked. If he didnt have the answer, he looked it up.
Reagan and Dolce were both very helpful in a three day long struggle. Both of them had great customer service and really tried to solve my problem. They found an easy solution. Thank you both!
My husband and I went in to switch our phone plans, my husbands was very quick and easy to switch over. My plan was very difficult to switch over and we had a lot of problems trying to figure out why we couldn’t get it. Kyler was the associate who helped us and she was amazing! This process took a couple of hours and she was very helpful and patient in making sure everything got fixed! Great staff!
Terrible service. Walked in and waited over 20 minutes and not even a hello or welcome in. There were at least two free employees doing nothing and not helping the other three people in front of me. don’t not recommend.

My husband and I purchased 2 new phones over the weekend. We were previously Verizon customers and came back after 4 years. We were recommended the iPhone SE, but were told we would have to wait until the middle of the week as there were none in stock. When purchasing the phones, we were reassured that switching everything over and obtaining new numbers would be extremely easy. Yesterday we were told our phones were in stock and we could come into the store. When we arrive at the store and Emily is assisting us, we notice the general manager, Sean, busy flirting with a coworker and disregarding customers coming in. It was obvious that Emily was overwhelmed, but Sean still left and Emily was on her own until closing. Not only did we initially sit on hold with corporate and Emily for 45 minutes, but we spent 3 hours at the store and accomplished nothing. We walked away without the phones we had purchased over the weekend and were told to come in today. My husband and I felt absolutely terrible that Emily was the only employee as customers kept coming in and eventually leaving because she was unable to assist them. Emily was amazing, but it seemed as if she needed assistance shortly after we arrived as she kept encountering technical difficulties and was asking for Seans assistance. Sean should not have left when he did, especially after blatantly ignoring customers as he walked out the door. We came back to the store today thinking that Sean would be assisting us. He did for the first half hour, but disappeared again with the same coworker he was busy flirting with the night before. His demeanor was completely unprofessional and without looking at his name badge, I would have never guessed that he was the manager with 7 years of experience. Being that he knew our horrendous experience from the night before as Emily had to call him for help, he should have assisted us from the second we came in until we left with our new phones. Maggie, who had helped us with the initial purchase over the weekend, was extremely helpful and picked up when Sean ran off with his much younger love interest. When Emily had corporate on the phone with us last night, we were told our activation fees were being waived due to our terrible experience. Upon checking before we left the store today, we noticed the fees had in fact not been waived, and we were essentially told to figure it out ourselves. My husband informed Maggie that we would not be leaving until this was taken care of. At this point I was regretting switching back to Verizon and am even currently questions my decision. Thankfully Maggie then called corporate and resolved the issue. In total we spent over 5 hours at this Verizon store over the course of 3 days. This was hands down the absolute worst experience I have ever had purchasing something. I have also never seen such an unprofessional manager before. The lack of professionalism on Seans end was both appalling and nauseating.
MAGGIE was the most awrsome and helpful rep! Ive been to every other store and nobofu else had the patient and nobody would look at my dads phone. I will not go to any other store nor speak to anybody else!

Aldo villasenor was absolutely amazing. It took us 3 hours to get through to a customer service representative while trying to get a phone on my account paid off. Aldo wasn’t a disappointment at all, he made my visit comfortable while we waited on the phone together and made sure everything was fixed before I left. I give him huge props and I will not go to anyone else, he went out of his way to help me, stayed after hours and I am more then appreciative of him and his time with helping me.
Do not go here!!! I bought a screen protector for $40. It has a unlimited warranty. They never signed me up for their go wireless program that nobody told about in order to get a replacement. They didn’t even do a good job of putting it in in the first place. So they said I need to buy a new one since I didn’t register for the go wireless program. Do not go here!
Went in the other day looking for a new phone upgrading since my old phone wasnt working for me any more and Maggie was very kind and efficient. She made sure I had the best experience at Verizon. Which I do think was probably the best service Ive had! Maggie was amazing!
Spoke to Dalton yesterday on the phone with questions about upgrading our Everything family plan to Unlimited. Dalton was friendly, courteous, professional and patient. Excellent customer service from Dalton!! He had taken the time to explain unlimited plans compared to our current plan. Breaking it down so we could make a decision that fit our usages. I live in Pocatello & when I tried getting my questions answered at our local Verizon about plans I was told to go online. She refused to help me, and I walked out of there more frustrated. In this crazy world we live in and lack of customer service all around, Dalton showed the exact opposite and I thank him for that!!!

I ordered an iPhone 11 Pro at the Verizon Go Wireless store on Sunnyside in Ammon ID. The phone was supposed to take a couple of weeks to arrive, but it came in a few days and they contacted me immediately. Sean W. assisted me with the purchase and set up when I went back in for my phone. Sean was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, friendly and just extremely helpful (I asked many questions) In addition to purchasing the new phone, I traded in my old one. Sean made sure I understood and received all of the credits and coupons available, such that I actually received more discounts than I thought I would. I appreciate Sean’s professionalism and customer service, and highly recommend this store and Sean W to anyone who has Verizon needs :)
Fernando was AMAZING helping my mom. I brought her in yesterday to get a new “flip phone”. She is highly opposed to a smart phone. It can be frustrating to be helpful when dealing with elderly people with electronics and he was so sweet and patient with my mom. He spent over an hour teaching her how to use her new phone, transferring contacts, and pictures for her. - my mom thinks he was wonderful as well. All around he had wonderful customer service and a great knowledge of his job. - Linda Miller

I had the best experience here! Nick was so willing to help me find the perfect phone for what I need for my business and personal needs. He helped get everything set up quickly and had me out the door on to my next appointment quickly. The best part was there was no pressure to buy a bigger/fancier phone than I needed/wanted, which I find difficult these days going anywhere else. We went in and upgraded our phone and got a Samsung A50. we received the phone Sunday around 2pm and we went home and used the phone for maybe 2 hours in total and all of a sudden the camera/flashlight came on and wouldnt turn off and after a few minutes the phone finally shut off and wouldnt come back on the phone was dead less than 5 hours after we bought it. we took it in the next morning right at opening and the salesman and assistant manager told us that the inside part of the flash was missing (inside of the phone) and that they wouldnt warranty because its our fault. I asked them how I could have possibly broke the inside flash of the phone when its on the inside of the phone and there is no damage to the phone, the plastic was still on the phone. THE ASSISTANT MANAGER SAID IT WASNT POSSIBLE TO GET TO THAT PART but he couldnt prove or know that it wasnt our fault or that It came like that. After that they said good luck its not our problem and offered us $15 for the phone. So we left and called Verizon customer service and told them the issue we had with the phone and told them what happened and they told us they were replacing the phone and sending us a new one next day air because it was clearly a manufacturer defect, and they were shocked the store treated us the way they did. Verizon on Sunnyside is a bunch of crooks!

Very positive with a great uplifting attitude and were able to get me the phone I initially wanted when another representative from a different location gave me the incorrect one as well as the new Apple Watch!They were fast and efficient and were able to work with me and exactly what I needed! If you ever go to this location Dalton or Fernando are the people to go to!

Great service! This was my first time visiting this Verizon location and was happy with how the process went. The assistant manager, Nick, was extremely helpful with my phone upgrade process and reviewed my whole family’s plan to get us the best deals. It was quick and easy! My husband got me a new screen protector for my birthday. I have been told that it is best to go in to the store and have them put it on the screen for you to avoid bubbles under the screen. So today I went in to this location and asked for their help. They asked for my account information to pull up my account. I thought that was strange because putting on a screen protector doesnt have anything to do with my account. When I asked them why this required them to pull up my account they both just looked at each other and said were just supposed to pull up everyones account. Weird. Since my husband set up the account I had to call him to get the pin. He didnt answer so then I had to text him and explain what I was trying to do and ask for the pin. Waiting, waiting, and the girl finally says she can send me a temporary pin to pull up my account. Ok. So we get the pin and pull up the account and she starts telling me that they charge $20 to help put on the screen protector. What?? I asked them why they didnt mention that when I first came in and told them what I needed? Their response uh, uh, uh.... So I told them in the future you may want to mention that before you waste peoples time. I think it is ridiculous to charge for such a simple thing, but more importantly you should be upfront with customers.

Paid for device so could do Month to month.Invoiced showed that we paid for device, and had the month to month on it. Then when checked the account found they put it on a two year contract. Have called the store to resolve but no one was there to approve. They told me would contact me back. Never did. Called Verizon who called the store and request a call back so could fix there mistake. Still no call back. It is our opinion that this reseller is not to be trusted in any way. Our opinion is never use this company, manager is in it just to line his pockets and does not do real customer service. Stay away far away, use a company store not this reseller. What a joke.
Brock and Miguel were amazing!!! They went above and beyond to help me out after a mess up at the other store. Brock gave me the protector off his own phone so I would not be without after the other store ruined mine and didn’t have one to replace it with. I will not go to a different Verizon store again. Quick to help and very friendly!!!
Lexi was amazing! We went in there after having rude customer service at the corporate office and Lexi helped us and we will continue to go back to her! She took hours out of her day to explain everything to us and get us exactly what we wanted!
We were switching two phone lines from another company to a business account. We went into the store to purchase new phones, but we were told that an account manager had to be present to add the phones to to the account. When one of the account managers arrived they didnt even ask for ID, so we could have just said we were one of the account managers and saved some time. We told the clerk which phone line went to each person, but he ended up mixing up the phones and had us sign into our apple IDs on the wrong phones - which we didnt realize until after leaving the store. And it was only hours after that and after they had already closed that we realized that our phones were also not activated. Make sure that everything is the way it should be before you leave the store.EDIT:More to add, so Ill be changing my 2 star review to a 1 star. Upon reviewing our what we paid at the store that day, we were charged $20 per line for Ready 2 Go Set Up. I called their corporate office to see what this was, and was told that it was for setting up our IDs and any accessories. I asked that because that was done incorrectly, we were not informed we were being charged for it, and we had to undo it and set them up ourselves, if we could get a refund. I was told that only the local store could process a refund and she emailed the store manager. I then called the store and explained the situation again, and he said that was to set up our sim cards. I asked that because the sim cards were also not set up properly if we could get a refund. He said he would have to call corporate. So the local store and corporate office just passed the responsibility on the other.Furthermore, once we got our first phone bill, we were charged for insurance and upgrades - two services we did not ask for, were not told about, and in the case of the upgrade, did not receive.

Unhappy with the service. We missed the BOGO by a day, but was told that we could still get $750 off our phones. When it wasnt showing on our bill, I went to talk to them about it and they kept telling me that it would come off on the 3rd bill. I received the third bill and it still wasnt coming off. I called Verizon customer service and they were extremely helpful. They said the only promotion that was running was up to $500 off our phones, so possibly not even the $500. Honestly, we probably would have waited to get our phones if we knew that we werent getting the deal that we were told. Not very happy about the situation, but if you have issues call Verizon customer service because they are awesome and will answer you straight up instead of just telling you the same thing and pushing you out the door.

I’m giving this store 1 star only because I came to this store to not have to wait for a long time like the one on 17th street. Although when I came here two of the representatives were already helping someone and there was this other representative who told me would help me in just a min but instead went to the back for the whole time I was there. I ended up waiting for around 20mins. He ended up being the manager his name was Sean but I don’t understand why he couldn’t just come out and help me when he was probably doing nothing in the back. I was very disappointed that as a manger he wasn’t able to give me the experience that I was promised. Although the other representative that ended up helping me very kind much better than the manager. Take into reconsideration new management!

Jon was so great when I went in to change my device over while I fixed my other one. He was very polite and the service was quick and hassle free. The other customer service reps there were also great with customers. They even walk you to the door and see you off. Friendly, but not very knowledgeable when it comes to Verizon deals. Be careful, ask a lot of questions especially when Verizon has deals. These guys sometimes don’t offer them. They are not Verizon. They are authorized to sell for Verizon. This means sometimes they aren’t offering the same deals. It took them two weeks to offer the iPhone X at the new retail price. They still wanted $999 for last years phone. Ask questions. Or order from Verizon directly.

Ryan was awesome. I had initially gone to the location on 17th across from the mall. I was disgusted with the laziness at that location, so I came to this location in Ammon. Ryan gave me excellent customer service and retained me as a customer. Thank you Ryan.

These particular people we worked with screwed us. We were attempting to move a phone off a group plan to its own plan, the nationally advertised $35 a month unlimited plan. The associate explained how its a pre pay as opposed to a post pay plan and the device needed to be paid off. After collecting $466 to pay the phone off to move to this plan we had discussed at length it turns out you cant do that particular plan with the type of phone we have. Convienently, the only options for this newly paid off device were the more expensive post pay plans. Instead of getting screwed further we took our newly paid off device and put it on an unlimited straight talk plan for a fraction of the price they wanted after they weaseled us out of 500 dollars.
If you want to be charged for something you didnt get then go here or if you want hidden fees and high connection fees and to always be hassling with your bill, then go to any Verizon really. Theyre so great at sneaking charges in on you and then explaining it to you in a way that makes you want to blow your brains out. If you love that, then surely Verizon is the place for you. I swear my life on it, it will happen to you if you have Verizon!
Wow what excellent service. They have worked so hard and diligently to get everything restored and working correctly. I am not a tech person and they have treated me with patience and kindness. Answered all my dumb questions and found the things that I needed to have a good experience and not become completely frustrated. Thanks for hiring such gentlemen. Brendan and Jake are the best.
I would like to let you know how pleased I am with my new phone and with Nick who sold my the phone. He answered all my questions and explained the new features on the phone. Nick even called me today to ask how I liked the phone and if I have any problems. Nick is very knowledgeable about cell phones an what Verizon has to offer. If I ever have any problems with my cell, I will have Nick help me.
This store is the best! A couple months ago I had an issue with Verizon that neither the corporate store or customer service on the phone could answer. Several hours dealing with both and I was no closer to an answer to my question and so incredibly frustrated that I was contemplating leaving Verizon. On the advice of a coworker who knew a couple of the employees here, I decided to give it one last ditch effort. Naturally with a small line I had to wait a bit, but after all the time I’d already spent I didn’t have an issue with that. And within minutes I had an answer to my question. It is literally thanks to this store and this store alone that I remain a customer of Verizon. Thanks guys! You rock! And I really look forward to seeing your new location!
