Asher and team provided absolutely exceptional service. I was 3000 miles from home and had a flat tire with sidewall damage and was towed to Discount Tire. I ordered new tires on a Saturday night online and they arrived around 11 AM Monday morning. I called up the store while I was at a hotel nearby due to this issue and Asher who I spoke to on the phone and several team members who I interacted with at the store were all exceptional in taking care of me and getting me back on the road saving my trip. No other tire place like Costco or Walmart was able to get the tires and install them so quickly. You guys save me thousands of dollars on a hotel rooms by getting the tires shipped and installed on my car in record time. Unfortunately there are no Discount Tire stores in New Jersey where I am from.

I have never experienced a better tire shop than I did with these guys. I had my hands full with a toddler and everything she needs and one of the guys came out to greet me and took my keys to get it in the shop and get started. It was Saturday so of course they were busy and there was a line but by the time I got to the front they were already close to being done! I don’t think I was even there for over half an hour before I had my keys back and my car waiting out front for us. I will never go anywhere else for my tires! Great store and super accommodating manger. My trailer shredded a tire and it was 4:45 on Sat. They had the tire I needed but I was full expecting the manager to say sorry I cant put it on. To my surprise he said he could have one of the guys do it. I was out of there at 5:10 thanks to the super quick service! Gave the kid a good tip for staying after.

Great experience! Long story short I was in a rush after getting a flat tire on the way to the airport and Britton (sorry if I misspelled it) personally took quick care of the flat and had it fixed and ready in about 20 minutes. They were busy too

I bought a used car and one wheel needed to be replaced.After talking with DT they ordered the wheel and told me it would be here in two weeks. I called multiple times for an update and they didnt really try to find out what the hold up was.Over 4 weeks later it finally shows up. I asked if I could get a break on the price and JAKE offered to take off the labor. Like thats going out of your way to take care of the customer!I ended up buying a wheel online for a lot less after DT strung me out for over a month while I could have been driving my new car.

Everyone there was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I got a flat on my Subaru and needed a new set, even though the other 3 tires had a lot of life left in them. Instead of just tossing the old set I had, they bought them from me so Id have a lot of credit towards the new set. They are really honest with what you actually do and dont need, and dont pressure you to buy anything.

These guys are the absolute best!! I can’t say enough good things about the guys that work here. Wesley completely took care of me even after some miscommunications with a wheel I needed. They did everything possible to make the process easy and didn’t charge me extra even after a few changes had to be made. We have been using Discount Tire for a couple years and will continue to use them! Such great service and just honest good people! Would highly recommend.

Great price on tires, nice people the only problem is when you need service you can’t get in. I’ve been trying to get my tires rotated and balanced for two weeks. They never get you in when you need.

On my way to work my car told me I had a low tire. I had enough air in the tire to get to Discount Tires for help. Without question they checked the pressure and got my car into a bay to fix the flat. I was in an out in about 30 minutes because they knew I needed to get to work. I was very grateful for the whole team getting things done quickly, even when I wasnt scheduled!

Ive been with Discount for over ten years. Spanning a few states and 5 vehicles. They were always my go-to reliable source for quality tires and wheels. It was second nature. This particular shop made me permanently cut ties with Discount and reevaluate where I purchase wheels and tires. I wanted a particular brand of tire for my family van. I was told it would be a month wait - back order. Fair enough. In the meantime I needed a spare wheel and tire for my truck, They had the tire but needed to order the wheel from out of state. Odd that a tire company in this part of the state inundated with trucks would have to order a basic truck wheel from out of state, but whatever, and again, Fair enough. I spent the money and waited a week, never got the call back, so I called them. They not only didnt have the wheel they said they where going to order and the Wheel I purchased, but offered a substandard product. A poor mans bait and switch. These corporations are sitting on piles of gold and can afford to turn away customers and offer inadequate service or make excuses. However, I work for a living and can not afford to drive around waiting for a spare tire that might or might not materialize or hope that the $900 dollars I spend on tires for my family van shows up a month later without excuses or deception. Stay away from these companies that have grown too big for their britches. Shop local smaller companies. Hell, order from Amazon, online retailers or China and just take them to a local shop to be installed. At least you will get what you pay for.

Love discount tire! We are traveling with our RV and had a nail in our tire. They were able to get me and and repair the tire the same day so we could get back on the road. Will always buy my tires from discount as I know they will take care of me.

Had a great experience here! I set an appointment up on their website, had my new tires put on that I had ordered and was in and out very quickly. Plus the lobby area is pretty nice! Definitely recommend them!

I try to only review places that are absolutely terrible or incredibly amazing and in this case If I could give Discount Tires ALL the stars I would! They go above and beyond and are SO quick. Ryan and Asher always take care of us and are quick to answer any questions. I have never spent more than 30 minutes waiting inside their shop. We have gotten new tires from them, fixed (several) flats and we have had them change out winter tires many times over the years. They are well organized, efficient and their prices are the best in town. I definitely recommend them to all my friends and family!!

Can not say enough good things about this place! I had a screw in my tire that’s wasn’t fixable. I was able to replace the tire but one lug nut would not come loose! Everyone took turns helping to get it off! They replaced all of my lug nuts so I never have this problem again 💕

These guys were amazing! We got there a few minutes after they closed and an employee ran out and still offered to change our tire for us! It only took about 10 minutes and they were all done! Amazing service!

Had a sudden drop in tire pressure at 5:40pm while passing through town. We dropped by just before closing and they took good care of us. They had to stay a little late, but got us back on the road in a half hour.

Helpful staff, even though they were very busy. We had a tire blow out while traveling to camp for the weekend. They helped us out quickly even though they were swamped out with other work.

This is the best Discount Tires we have gone to by far!!! Wesley went above and beyond amazing customer service to help us. During our moving process, our trailer need new tires fast and we were trying to make it to Ammon before the store closed. We made it to Idaho Falls (about 15-20 min from Ammon) just after 6pm. After calling to see if there was any way to help us (though they closed at 6), Wesley said he would stay late to help us! I know that when the work day is done, everyone looks forward to going home, but Wesley and his tech stayed later to help us out. We are so grateful for exceptional customer service and taking great care of us. We will definitely try to give them all of our tire business from here on out.

This place is fantastic. I love that I can schedule ahead. I also love that I can search online in the privacy of my own home for tires. It tells you the out the door price so there are no hidden fees. It includes installation and disposal. Usually the warranty that companies offer are gimmicks to make money. I have had my tire replaced three times with the $80 warranty they offer. They gave me no hassles and the experience has been fantastic! Top notch place.

I came in this morning right at 8am with a flat tire that had two nails in it, i was greeted very quickly and was immediately helped and reassured that the problem would be fix. They were extremely efficient and got me back in the road in no time, and i was on time for school thanks to there time management. Went in to get my tires rotated and aired up. Not only did they take care of it right away and SUPER quickly, but they found a nail in my tire that was slowly leaking air, and repaired that for free as well! Great service and did a great job of keeping me updated. Also, I had just bought a tub of ice cream at the store and they let me keep it in their freezer while they took care of my car! They really went above and beyond to help me.

Have used Discount Tire fir tires in every car Ive owned since moving up here. Would highly recommend. The staff is incredible, but my favorite out of them, Wes. What a guy. Full of energy, and passionate about getting his customers the help they need and getting them in and out in a timely manner. What a guy.

Place seems to have a good attitude, but after observing the way they are structured on how they actually get customers in and out is the least to be desired. Bought tires at 1pm, was told to come in at 3pm and still been waiting and it’s it’s 5pm. All due to them being so busy which is fine but instead of having 1 guy per vehicle, if they put 4 guys per one vehicle they could move some vehicles in and out fast. Other wise the prices are good and I think they wanna be good but they have some issues I think they need to work on. Mostly communication with customer and getting vehicles done faster.

The care and concern towards my old lady really impressed me. I could tell that customers, who were looking in from the windows, really enjoyed watching these guys demonstrate their skills and talents. Im updating my review. This Discount Tire location is great. However, they go through Synchrony bank for the financing for tires. This was a horrible mistake. Synchrony charges late fees for a payment made the day of it being due. Calling in to their support line only gets you a robot. Discount Tire needs to go through a local bank. I will not be going back to discount tire as long as they are using a greedy bank. Use a local bank, Discount Tire.

Fantastic group of gents who helped me chase down a set of tires for my wife’s Jeep. Upon arrival their professionalism and proficiency was unparalleled. At an early start, one of several early appointments that morning I was quoted 45min to get the old tires off and new ones balanced and on. Less than 30 minutes later I’m already on the road.Bravo gents. Thanks for the service, I’m planning on coming back with my other vehicles.

Ive been a long time customer of discount, I buy a set of summer tires yearly and a winter set every other year. However after my last visit I will be finding a new tire place. The discount tire in Idaho falls is a joke, they scratched one of my wheels, put improper air pressure in all the tires, and stole 25$ out of my center council (my fault for leaving money I spaced it) but I will not be returning im extremely disappointed in the service I received.

They got my tire balance issue sorted out quite well.

Very friendly service! I called before and were very accommodating. They werent pushy trying to upsell on tires. They were very quick too. The whole process took about an hour from start to finish. Great prices. They will help you compare different options with you if you are on a tight budget.

Went in to have my tires rotated and my brake line broke while I was there. Even though they don’t do brakes the manager personally fixed my brakes at no cost to me so I could get safely on my way. Based on the customer service I will update mt rating to 5.Hi, I wanted to reach out to someone about my experience at the TireDiscount store in Ammon, ID. I recently purchased a set of four Continental Tires for my Honda Civic. I ordered online, like the sales associate told me to do. I scheduled a day to get the tires put on, Tuesday October 27, and when I arrived at my appointment I was told they did not have my tires in store. So, I rescheduled for the following Tuesday, November 3rd, and again they told me my tires were not there but would arrive later that day so I rescheduled for Wednesday morning, Nov 4th. I arrived Wednesday morning, Nov 4th and was told that my tires were still not there but I could buy a different pair of tires. Having no other choice i decided to buy 4 pairs of tires that are too big for my car. My car needs 215/55r16 but i had to leave with a 215/60r16. To make things worse, during the installation process, the person putting on my tires broke off the lug nut and rod on the front left side. They then send me down the street to Grease Monkey to fix that mistake. In all, I spent 3.5 hours driving to and from the store location, and another 1.5 hours at grease monkey. I did not receive the tires I purchased and lost time from work. I am looking to be compensated for my time.I have reached out to Discount Tires and will update this post with how the customer service goes in the next couple of days.
