The quality of their work was good. It took longer than expected due to the difficulty of receiving Mercedes parts. This was no fault of Sunnyside Automotive. The shop was very helpful. The only negative was the lack of updates, I had to call them for all information.

My husband took his truck to be fixed there at their mechanic shop. It has been a horrible experience. They lied to us over and over again about when they were going to be starting on the truck. Our truck set at their shop for over a month. In that time we got the run around over and over, with them telling us they were going to work on it and then didn’t. They never contacted us, we always had to call them. Sometimes they would answer, mostly it would go to voicemail. Finally they fixed our truck. Took them 22 days later than what they quoted us. The customer service has been horrible. Then they tried to charge us more than the original quote. We are never returning and neither our any of our friends. Do not recommend this place at all. Stay away!

Easy and painless! Best car buying experience and real people not corporatized robot salesmen that I cant stand. If you need a car from people that will give you a fair deal and be straight up about where all the money goes. I had a busted front differential, I had it towed in, Sunnyside Automotive diagnosed it to make sure that was the issue, gave me a fair estimate, and as soon as they were able to, fixed it up ship shape in no time at all! I really appreciate this amazing team! I give them 10/10 if possible, but 5/5 is basically them same. They met any and all of my concerns. Keep it up team! This was my first car buying experience from a dealer. I have always bought cars in cash, private party. Both Jamie and Stephanie were a pleasure to work with. They worked to get me financing, didnt pressure me into anything and provided me with excellent customer service. I suspect this car is going to last me a long time...but if I find myself in need of another car in the future, I know exactly where Ill be going. *DO NOT GO HERE* One of the worst experiences dealing with mechanics. They scheduled me for a Monday to look at my brakes. They didnt touch it till i called Thursday that week and told me it needs a new master cylinder and would call me first thing that next morning. That they understand why I would be frustrated and I promise to have it fixed by tommorow. *shocker* They never called. I called that afternoon for them to tell me they changed there mind and that they dont know whats wrong with the brakes. It might be the master cylinder. So if I want them to fix that they might have parts by Monday. These people are a bunch of liars with maybe one person that actually cares about the customers. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I visited this place on a couple occasions worked out a somewhat of an arrangement with the person who worked there and was told how much to bring back for a down payment I was a little bit short so I came back when I had the rest of the money for the down payment and once again had to deal with someone else cuz the person I dealt with the first time wasnt there and got told that my down payment wasnt enough that they needed even more so I felt jerked around and didnt go back just another typical used car dealership with typical used car dealership bullcrap

Great customer service!! I just bought a used SUV from this place. They were very easy to work with and quick with the paperwork. 35 miles into my drive home (2 hours away) the car died, alternator went out. Sunnyside quickly called me when they found out about the issue, they paid for the tow, and they fixed the issue as quickly as they could with no additional fee to me. They also had staff member drive my car and met me half way home so I wouldnt have to do the long drive again. Thank you so much for all you did. We will be coming back to get another car when my son starts driving this year.

Took my Honda to get detailed, they did an amazing job!! Got out the stains and car looked better then the day I bought it. Will be taking all our cars to be detailed here.

The AC went out in my Honda Odyssey. They fixed the compressor, but the next day the compressor they put in failed. It was a long, expensive ordeal, but they worked with me on it and I am very happy with how everything worked out. I really like that they stand by their work and they are honest. Sunnyside auto does good work.

Sold my sister a pickup when she brought it home it started overheating. Took it back in and they were nice looked at it but were gonna charge her to fix it. I personally am disappointed thats not how you should do business any person with minimal experience could have seen there was a problem you dont sell cars as good condition to people who have none when you know there is a problem i believe its called fraud.

I went in a few months ago and purchased a 2001 Ford Explorer Sport. My son came with me and co signed on the loan as he is going to be the owner. I have been a customer of Sunnyside Automotive for many years. We have used many of their services: Ive purchased 3 cars from them, used their car detail service, multiple oil changes, and when necessary brought my cars in for repair. I have always been appreciative of the way they have taken care of me, and how I know I can trust them. Good example was yesterday. I found some white residue in my oil pan, and was concerned I was going to need a major repair. I stated as such, and Tom eased my concern by stating that it wasnt uncommon for me to find that residue on the model of car that I have, and there is a good chance there isnt anything wrong. They ran their testing on the car, and did not find any issues! I wouldnt have known the difference, and they could have easily told me I needed to pay for a repair and would have gone forward with it. But they were honest with me and got me out the door in no time. I will always do business with Sunnyside Automotive!

We have had good experiences with Sunnyside Auto before, however, we recently were quoted $280 for a battery replacement!?!? $50 to diagnose that it was the battery, $120 for the battery, and apparently $110 for the labor to replace it! Im not very mechanically inclined but I can replace a battery in 15 minutes. Pretty lame, go to Oswalds Service, they dont try and take advantage of their customers.

Sunnyside was great. They were really good about not pressuring me, walking me through every step of the process, and helping me figure out the best plan to get the work done that my car needs and stay within my budget. I told them the amount I wanted to spend, and they honored that amount and kept my final bill below that.I could tell they did good work, too. I could immediately feel the difference in the quality of my cars driving when I left the shop. It hasnt run this well in years.I am new(er) to this area and had a poor experience with the first auto shop I tried, but Sunnyside gave me a much better experience, and I think they will be my service of choice in the future.(Note: When I asked, they said they are trying to lean away from loaner cars. I think they are only using one at the moment, so I wouldnt expect one and may consider another option if thats important to you.)

Every time I needed help with my car they were there, even if they had a full shop they always seemed to fit me in. Tom the head mechanic always comes out and explains what he did and answers any questions. Very friendly and gave me a ride home when I had to leave my car for a long period of time. Once when I had my older Subaru in for service, it needed a lot of work for its 100000 mile check up. Tom broke it down so I could get it done a little bit at a time. Great place to take your car.

This is a great place to get your car fixed. They are very courteous and knowledgeable. I took to them a problem I had a dealership quote me on and Sunnyside was 1/3 the price. I talked to mechanic about why and he said that they dont have to replace all the parts the dealers replace. They changed the bolt that had sheared and replaced the one that had not and that was it. He told me that the dealerships just replace all the parts whether you need it or not. He also knew exactly the problem right off. It was great to talk to someone who was both incredibly intelligent and also so honest about what the real problem is. He could have charged me a lot more than he did. Because of his integrity I take all my vehicles to them. They have earned my loyalty now over many repairs over the years!

Best car buying experience Ive ever had. Bought a 2003 Honda Pilot about a month ago and it drives like a dream. Coming from driving a 2012 CR-V, I was a little nervous about driving something older, but it is now my favorite family car. It made me so happy to be able to talk to the man in charge right away. Roger is no-nonsense, super chill, and the rest of his staff were helpful and friendly, while being really busy every time I came in. (Having worked in customer service for the last 15 years, Im pretty picky about where I do business.) I went to five different dealerships looking for just the right car and I should have just come here first. They had the exact car I wanted, priced below KBB, at half my max budget. It could not have worked out more perfectly. AND - Im new to Idaho Falls, so I was happy to have found an honest mechanic at the same place! Win win. Shop here!!!
