I was told it should be 30-45 minutes to fix my cracked iPhone XR screen and I ended up waiting almost 3 hours. I believe this was due to the fact that there was only one person working.Besides the time, my screen sensitivity is literally RUINED!!!!! Using my phone for anything since then has been an inconvenience. Texting (typing/swipe to text) answering calls, using search engines or social media (recording videos and zooming in is impossible since my phone thinks I lifted my finger when I drag it from the capture icon).. literally everything having too do with using my screen (even swiping through home screens, trying to multitask or close apps) which is everything has become irritating simply because I have to retype and redo everything. I’ve had a field day typing this review.. I’m truly disappointed with the service I got from a place in my town that’s advertised as certified. I thought it would get better after a few days and I just want to throw my phone with each passing day because I spent $150 for a “fix” to get more problems.If you have apple products just go to Apple please do not waste your time and money here. I should have purchased a brand new phone than to trust this place. I am truly disappointed.

When I visited to have my laptop screen repaired, the customer service was magnificent! Richard, who is the guy who worked on my laptop, did such a great job; it works like new! The prices were reasonable too, not high enough to empty my wallet. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants their device repaired.

The experience of shattering the screen on my Surface Pro was quickly a pleasant one when I discovered CPR - I found them online and they were very responsive to my contact request, I think it was the next day. I am a tad stupid and I broke something in my headphone jack and tried many YouTube tutorials to get it out.. lets just say the lead to me making it worse with a crazy glue mess... The person who helped me was Nik and he was so extremely nice. He was very polite and well spoken and he had my phone fixed and ready to go in under 40 min. Was sent here through my phone insurance to have my screen fixed. This was the 3rd place I had been referred due as the others kept falling through. They were responsive, knowledgeable, professional and quick. Its been a few weeks and have has zero issues with the replacement screen. I would definitely recommend!

Best place for cell phone service on the Island. I will travel 50 miles to get phone fix in this place. Owner is such a wonderful person that he makes u feel like a family . Honest and transparent. They fix I pads, computers and all different types of I phones. I noticed people come from Queens, SI and NJ because of his reputation. They deserve 5 stars plus for their service. He worked passed his closing time to fix my phone, great job and good luck to them.

After searching hours for a same day repair I found these guys! They answered promptly and gave me everything over the phone. I came in within the hour and Ryan did a fast yet really awesome job at replacing my screen. I swear he it in under 10 minutes and put on the screen protector! Jake helped me out a ton and was very knowledgeable from start to finish. I have a last-gen Samsung Flagship phone. The Glass Curve Elite was discontinued by Zagg and they would not honor my warranty online. I bought one of the two available on Amazon for my model and it came broken, and generally deteriorated quickly.I called CPR as they were the closest Zagg warranty replacement shop around. They said they would be getting in a superior replacement soon and they would let me know.They did let me know, and not long later, I am typing on a freshly protected screen, even better than my last protector. Application is basically perfect, little to no air bubbles, and it did not take long at all.Customer service is exceptional. Great team. Take your phone here to get your screen fixed, or ZAGG device warranty.

It was a Sunday and I happened to drop my phone while getting out my car. Lucky for me CPR is open on Sundays. I called and spoke with Nick, he quickly checked to make sure they had the replacement parts in stock before I drove out to the store. Once I arrived Nick took my phone to the back invited to have a seat in the waiting area. Within 30 minutes my phone was repaired. No fuss no problems. CPR is great I highly recommend going there for any phone or computer repair.

Not the cheapest place on the planet, but they are very kinda and available in a pinch. Plus the quality of the fix is decent for the money. Love how they updated me after a week of waiting so that I didn’t get too anxious about things. Also they seem to be the only place close to where I live that fixes game consoles too! I had taken my iPad to another repair place for a no charging complaint They kept my device for almost three months and finally said they couldn’t fix it I then found cpr and not only did they say no problem to fix it but they actually checked first only to find that the charging cord simply needed to be pushed in further and to use the correct charging block CPR could have easily said they fixed it and charged me but they simply called me and no fee These guys are terrific I will tell anybody who needs repair to go to themI’d give 10 stars if I could

Moto e cell phone, wouldn’t charge on three cables in home, took to store, feared the worst, was just the cables, phone worked fine in store, new quality cable, out of there for $20 bucks. Jake, rep at counter, was not a “know it all” just knowledgeable and friendly, store is nice and clean. Recommend to all.

I came here with very little hope as my phone was broken and I was unable to get my photos and memory off it and I called other places who claim to be cheap but wanted 1000 plus to get data off but I called them and they said they would do it but they also stated it may work it may not but it would be 300 upon successful extraction if not successful75 and it was successful for 300 its a bargain and I got all my texts and photos back and Im so happy Ill definitely recommend them 110%

I have a Blu phone vivo XI that got left outside in the backyard on the trampoline the rain came down and the phone had water damage. I took it to another repair store and they were unable to fix my phone. I decided to try CPR in Amityville they fixed my water damage phone and returned it to me in 24 hours. Im so thankful the phone had all my 14 month old pictures from birth on them. Everything is still on video, pictures, audio thanks again.

Incredible customer service. I had called earlier today asking if they had a very specific part for an iPod Classic that I was trying to get working.
