Picked up this beautiful vehicle from Gold Coast with the help of Felix to walk me through the process, there is 1 thing that needs to be addressed with the vehicle but the dealer promised they will take care of it and there is a 2 week window for them to do so, I’m hoping they hold up their end of the bargain and will update this review based on what happens.

Yesterday I picked up a vehicle from Gold Coast Motors. I traveled over a hour to reach dealer and had to wait longer than I expected. I actually wanted to leave, however staff there persuaded me not too. And due to the relationship I developed with Lawrence the salesman there I decided to return.Lawrence in my opinion is quite different from stereotype of “ car salesman “ we are use to hearing and seeing in movies or television. He was quite consistent, transparent and when he didn’t have answer said so.Once I sat down with Angie in Financing. Yes! One women department who quickly showed me that sometimes waiting isn’t just because someone is drinking coffee or at the water cooler. It can be due to them working in earnest to get you best deal that is good for you and them. Remember dealerships are not non profits. So yes I would publicly recommend this dealership.

This is the WORST! Experience with a dealer I ever had .... we tried to get a car, we went there and that day we didn’t have an answer for the finance team, they told us to wait for an answer during the week but they said we can put some MONEY DOWN to hold the car, we did, we gave them money and wait for the call but that call back NEVER came! And when we tried to call or talk to someone the kept us on hold so we got tired of waiting on the phone, that happened for about two weeks and when finally someone answer they told us that they HAD SOLD the car we we’re trying to get!!! What a Joke... and now after one month finally we got our deposit back, I DONT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER AT ALL! You will loose your time. BTW! The person who tried to sell us the car her name was KAYLA, worst experience ever!!

I want to start off by saying... if you do buy a car from this place. Make sure that everything they promise to fix is done before the sale. Otherwise they will never fix it. Another thing the warranty that they sell is through them. They are not willing to replace anything broken with something new. It’s going to be a used battery or used part. So the compressor... dent in my hood and radio antenna never got fixed. They wrote right on the original loan agreement. The owner said sue me. And now I see the company name has changed. Good luck people. I’m just going to let this one go.

Yesterday I drove 2.5 hours to view a car after confirming the car was still available. I was told the car would be out front and cleaned for me. i called back when I was 30 minutes away to be told the car was sold days ago. This morning the salesman’s was still trying to sell the car that was sold days ago. Stay away.

Me and my brother talked to an associate at this dealership multiple times throughout the day about a certain car on their website, even requested for a test drive (request was granted). Once we showed up, same associate we spoke to claimed she never spoke to us and then also said that the car we spoke about was not on the lot, rather was on a sister lot about 20 minutes away. Told us that she would call that lot and have them give us a test drive of the car. Once we got there, sales lady there did not have any knowledge of the call or the car and would not give us a test drive of the same model. Overall bad experience, dont advertise a car on your website that is not on your lot.

Contacted dealer about infinity qx80 online they have listed for 35,548 but when you go to dealer ship they tell me they want 41,000 this isnt right this is false advertising I even told the man I would give him 35,548 cash he said no he cant do it you should not put a price of a Vehicle on there in you cant honor it its not right

I came to Sunrise Auto Outlet last year interested in buying a Jeep Wrangler, after long thought my girlfriend and I decided to hold off for a little longer and let our Toyota Camry die before getting another vehicle. The dealer was very dishonest. He Advertised a price on TrueCar. We took the time to view the car, test drive the car and negotiated the price based on the true car report but when we went to apply for the loan, he instantly tacked on $3K in hidden fees and would not budge.If he had advertised the correct price, we would have bought the car from him.Its dealers like this that give used car sales people a bad name.

I went into Sunrise Auto Outlet used car dealership in Amityville, i was introduced to Jackie Marzano, my good experience started from there. She was very upfront about the cars i was interested in and gave me prices as well as information i may have missed in the fine print about monies down. There was no sales pitch or pressure as we test drove a couple of cars i was interested in she was pleasant professional and considerate of my time and opinion. I found this a very different and refreashing approach from a car sales person. I did by one of the cars i was looking at and test drove Im very happy with it and.

They are horrible. I brought a 2000 ford windstar i was that told that the car drives fine nothing wrong with IT and the previous owner took good car.. ALL LIES!! i had so many hidden problems that i pretty much paid for the car twice. I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY ANY CAR. JUST CAUSE THEY CHANGED THEIR NAME DOES NOT.
