I needed 2 sets of body products wrapped and sent to GA and FL. I had no time, no ideas, and no confidence that I could get them there safely yet beautiful. Not ever seeing anything in in or near my area, I googled gift wrapping services and found this store. It read too good to be true, but it meant so much to me that I drove the 20 miles to see for myself. Annette and her store were everything I needed and more. She was so warm and welcoming, and her store was FULL of beautiful and tasty options to further wow my packages. Annette was very informative, answering all of my many questions, and most importantly communicated with me from start to finish including tracking my packages and contacting the delivery company to address an issue (that was NOT her fault) on my behalf. My friends and family were overjoyed upon receipt!!! Thank you sooooo much Annette - you have made a customer, and a friend. I highly recommend WRAPPING IT UP!!!

Cant ask for better customer service and excellent product, too. I am out of state but wanted a custom basket for my aunts 93rd birthday delivered to a nearby town. I sent an email asking if this was possible and Annette emailed me right away and worked with me over the phone and email to put the PERFECT gift together. I kind of wanted a LOT for my budget and she helped me get put together something REALLY nice and unique. She topped it off with pretty flowers, a birthday hat and cute balloon. Needless to say, it was a big hit! My Aunt loved it so did everyone else. Ill be stopping by for more candy and treats next time Im in town! Cant thank them enough!
