Extremely rude male working at the front counter!! He refused to wait on me because I was on the phone, proceeded to continuously tell me I was rude & because I stuck up for myself he refused to sell me the products I was trying to purchase!! He then threw the product on the counter while telling me I was rude & that they didn’t need customers like me in their store & told me I should leave!! This place doesn’t deserve any stars in my eyes after being treated this way!! I was actually able to purchase the products elsewhere while receiving MORE products for less money & the same quality!! This place is over priced & I will NEVER shop here again & will be sure to tell others about my experience!! If your looking for party supplies Party City is the place to go as they are very PLEASANT to deal with there!!

Awful! I would give this a 0 if I could. I was treated so incredibly rudely by the man working there, probably the same man mentioned in other comments below. Customer service used to be fine there; I dont know what happened.

Could not complete our order for 8 balloons in 2 hrs. Which is fine. It was a last minute order. When my wife called to cancel (after he said he couldnt have them ready in time) he was very rude and unreasonable to her. I called to cancel the order after hearing her talk to him. He was rude, short, and lied about what my wife said to him on the phone. When I said I wanted to cancel he threatened a $25 cancellation fee. When I told him I will call my card company to dispute the charge he threatened to fine me $100, with a $50 late fee and 18% interest if I filed a dispute. Who the hell does he think he is?Do not under any circumstance order anything from this store. Read all the online reviews. This is not an isolated incident. Im going to be contacting the Attorney General to file a formal complaint as well. Just blows my mind that this is all over 8 balloons and $36.

I think J&J is family owned and run they always have been the stuff you can’t find anywhere else. And the lady’s at the front desk are very nice and willing to make sure your satisfied and get everything you need! Are for a more than fair price

Extremely unpleasant experience with a male member of the staff - not worth the headache. If you’re looking for an equipment rental, I highly recommend Balcom Brothers in Milford instead, who have a polite staff and any equipment you might need. Amazon has better deals on everything else. I like supporting small business, but not if I’m going to be treated poorly - I will happily take my business elsewhere.

I paid for sanitizer, never received, no return emails or phone calls. Super disappointed, was looking for a vendor for a small business.

We rented tables/chairs and hot dog machine for a party. Great prices and great staff. Everything was very clean and helped load and unload the car! Highly recommend.

Ive been having a hard time finding hand sanitizer thanks to Covid 19; J & J has it in stock but they gouged me almost $70. for a gallon. TALK ABOUT A RIP-OFF. Ill never go back there for ANYTHING.

Wow! What a great place. Huge selection and inventory for ALL your party needs. Masks costumes, favors, paper, plastic, the list doesnt seem to end. Believe it or not I found a few janitorial items that seemed reasonably priced that are difficult to find @ the big box stores.

Not bad, however their selection of baking and cooking supplies has drastically shrunk since the last time I was there. They had mist of what was needed, but not all of it, which required me to go to Walmart, a thing I avoid when possible.

Needed dry ice to keep some precious AZ venison frozen while I picked up a chest freezer and she stayed open shortly passed closing just to accommodate me. Thats customer service!

Great place with a lot to offer. I wish it was organised a little better to help the average customer find things. Also the front entrance is way too busy.

I have used J js in the past for catering in things like that and found thret prices to be fair I was very disappointed to see that they were selling 5 paper mask for $11 I thought price gouging was illegal not to mention $2 for a roll of toilet paper

Great customer service and good variety. I couldnt find a pokemon pinata anywhere and when I went to this store they didnt have one either but the woman custom made one for me in less than 20 minutes.

Nice selection of Janitorial supplies, I picked up an authentic Ostrich feather duster, some cake decorating supplies, containers for leftover food and some tableware supplies, they also have a good supply of party goods, Tons of Funware Hats and Dry Ice.

Cyn was the most helpful person to run into. she literally walked around the store and help me pick out everything I needed for my daughters 4th birthday party, even help me color coordinate tablecloths and everything. Just the best experience I could have asked for. Ill definitely be back for our next party. Thank you so much Cyn!!! ❤️

I went in to this store not knowing what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. They answered all questions I had about some janitorial products and actually knew what they were talking about. I have gone in several times and each time they could not be more helpful. Im not sure what some of these other reviews are talking about.

Received my item late, but the frustration came with the customer service. In the end I received my item.
