Very personable, friendly, helpful staff. I brought in my Ford tractor PTO shaft to have the seal replaced. They managed to replace it for me the very same day. So thankful and grateful.

Excellent, the staff were all very helpful with a pleasant attitude. The piece we bought was in very good condition, and we are happy with our purchase. Salesperson we worked with went far above what was needed to help us out and treated us and our children we great respect. Next equipment we buy we will check with Born first.

The staff is super friendly not only in person but on the phone also, especially when I make a wrong turn and get lost. lol. The employees fixed the tractor I just purchased, and did more than I expected. Cost? $00.00 Also I didnt have to ask for help loading the 1949 Massey Harries Pony tractor. The sales manager just right in. They are great.

I bought a 6150 Massey Ferguson tractor in the spring of 2018. I talk to Bart and he said the tractor was field ready and nothing wrong with it. I bought the tractor sight unseen. After 5 hours of use, the tractor had major problems. I talk to Bart and he gave me one of my trade in tractors back to offset the cost of the $10,000.00 that I put into to repair the tractor. He also admitted to me that he knew it had a problem but did not know the extent of if after I put $10,000.00 in repairs. After putting all that money into the tractor repairs, there was more wrong with the tractor and would cost several more thousands of dollars. Bart said that he was not going to do any more. I wanted him to take the tractor back and give me my money and other equipment back. His reply was we do not want the tractor back. He paid me $500.00. I was lucky that nobody got hurt with the tractor. This was not a good experience for me with them.
