Best drive thru to grab ur libations for the week. Great staff makes a business and they have a great set of employees here.

Love this place. Everyone is super nice. I always give at least a $1 tip. Especially when it’s 98 or -20. The crew never disappoints. ❤️💕❤️

So Im not a negative person and I always appreciate the weather, I have never had a bad experience at the drive-thru. The girls are always high energy and quite enthusiastic to spark up conversation. The girls must be doing something right there because no matter when I stop there are at least 2 to 3 cars ahead of me. Ive asked for 20 bags of ice and the tall dark haired girl in beautiful yoga pants jumped into my truck while the wild child Robin helped load 40 lbs of ice. You cant ask for a better crew, yoga pants, creative hair designs and outgoing personalities. I always leave there with a smile and a little change in my pocket.

This is by far the very best drive thru in Lorain County..... these gals and guys do their absolute best to keep the line going and attention to your order.... NO COMPLAINTS HERE 👍👍👍👍

I go here everyday! LOVE IT! LOVE all the workers! They are amazing! Amy is such a sweet heart and is so patient with everyone no matter what you need from here whether it be one thing or 7 things! She has been there spring summer winter fall and never complains and does her job well and you can tell that she loves working there! If you’re ever in town stop thru Zip Thru! ❤️

Ive been coming to this drivethru for as long as I can remember. Ive never had anything but excellent service. Im always asked how Im doing, not just ushered out the door. The girls remember small details related to customers and their lives and always ask. I have never had that in a store before. The tall one with dark hair has been remembering my order for years, and has it ready when I pull up with a smile.She is always upbeat and smiling. In a job where it is soley about making sure the customer has minimal effort (you get to sit in your car and have everything brought to you! When its 100 degrees,or when its below zero! You never leave the comfort of your car!)these girls are the best. Having compassion and empathy for others sets us aside as humans. I am beyond grateful every single time I have things brought to me in my car. I will never stop coming here, and look forward to it every time.

Place is nice... Cool people, except on multiple occasions the woman that complains about how cold it is when i ask for a price. She says i cant give you one its too cold and runs back in like a 10 yr old. I told her maybe McDonalds would be a better job for her. I hate hearing people complain about their jobs when its a drive thru and there is walls blocking the wind. Their are people that have to work in freezing weather with nothing to block the cold. It didnt end there i had change to give and she said yeah dont worry its not like its cold out. Guess what princess i dont care deal with it, you spoild little child. Get another job. Ill be going to the other drive thru on Milan road. I spend a lot of money there but i guess Ill spend it at the other drive thru. 1/16/184:05 P.M.The other time about a week ago. I drove up and asked for a water and she says you want me to walk out here in this cold weather!!! and she is not joking i have a good sense of humor. She was dead serious. You work at a drive thru!!!! its part of your job its not like i had a list of things i wanted her to get it was one thing. If you cant handle it change your occupation. Everyone else there is cool. I never ever write reviews but this got on my last nerve!! once i can deal with, but every time and she was rude about it. She should be fired. Its the tall, black haired woman. That wears way to much makeup eye shadow.
