When I first walked in, I was surprised to see they sell more than JUST staples.(I had to chuckle to myself because it seemed like an awfully-big store to be selling just staples. I mean, how many varieties of staples could there possible be? Lol. Silly me. 🤷‍♂️

Not a lot of stock. Signs everywhere saying available online. People there are all very helpful, informed, and attentive.

My laptop was so slow that I brought it the Staples in Amherst NH. Turned out the hard drive was failing. I had a service protection plan from a 3rd party purchased through Staples and it was an old plan they dont use any longer. With this plan I would have had to mail the laptop out, wait for them to fix and then send back. Staples didnt want me to have to wait so they replaced the hard drive, moved everything from old drive to new drive all within a few hours for $0.00. Thank you so much tech team!!!!

I was asked to get 100 menus for Ksones Thia restaurant, a new restaurant thats been open for a month, and had run out of menusThey were able to make them is less than 20 min. The quality was as good as the original, and 1/3 the price. They saved the night.Special thanks to Jason and Jerry

I went in to send out a few packages because I wasnt going to make it in time for a local Post Office. Thinking that Staples would be able to send out my packages no problem because they are an authorized agent of the USPS, was a pretty big mistake. First they wanted personal information from me along with what contents were in the packages, then they told me that the couldnt ship first class or standard (I would have to go to an actual Post Office). They would provide me with a tracking number for one of the packages and the others they only would ship priority. Do not ship from Staples! Take the time and go to a local Post Office.

Copy center sucks! I went to make a few B&W copies on card stock or on something heavier than normal copy paper. I couldn’t just put $1 in the copier but had to buy a copy card. The slightly heavier paper was going to cost me $.30 each plus copy costs, or I could buy their official card stick for $.80 to $1 per sheet. I left and went to the library where I made copies for .10 each on the paper I wanted.

Incredible customer service. I dont tend to shop at staples, but I will go back to this one because the customer service was fantastic.

Staff only care about selling their protection plans and dont actually care about the customers. I used to work there so I would know.

The manager here is 3 for 3 w me - not only answering questions relating to business computer networking - printing - etc but finding the right products each time.
