I have been going to the Amherst Meineke for several years. The customer service is top notch! Bob and his team are very knowledgeable and super friendly! They explain any repairs or services needed any go over any options available. I find the pricing to be very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend this shop!

I always go to Meineke to get my vehicles inspected, and they are always friendly, professional, and accomodating. They would be 5 stars if the prices were a little more affordable. After an inspection on my F150, I had one brake pad that had hung up and worn prematurely (the other pads were 75%) and they said I needed wipers, and they wanted $598 to do it. I did it myself in 2 hours the next day for $86 for PFC carbon-metallic brakes and $64 for Bosch Icon wipers from the local auto parts store. Given that the tires were already off for the inspection, I would have let them do it for $300, but $600 is too expensive. Otherwise, good to deal with.

They were all wonderful. Friendly & professional. I would recommend this location to all my friends.

Frank was professional and efficient. They fixed my one issue quickly and for the other issue explained why they couldnt fix it and referred me to someone else. I would take my car here again.

This was my first time going to Meineke. I usually shop around to find the best deal before making a decision. But I thought Id give them a try. Most often when I get an oil change from other places, they push me to get more work done. Its like a grocery list of updates that I get on my car. At meineke, they simply did my oil change and the worker at the front desk suggested I get new tires at some point. No pressure whatsover. And their prices were great! At other places Ive gone, they charge $55 for an oil change and filter. But for a basic oil change at meineke, its only $25! I did get symthetic oil so it did cost extra, but I really like how laid back they are here, and will more than likely visit again.

My family has brought our cars here for years. We have a great working relationship with all the guys. Any work done is done right and doesnt require further attention after they have addressed the problem. We can get appointments on short notice when the kids come home from other parts of the country. I am personally very satisfied with their thorough care for our vehicles.

Inspection appointment easy to make online. No delay in taking my car in. Received text when inspection was done which included their findings along with pictures! My car was then parked right in front of door to the waiting room. I had a coupon to redeem but was given an even bigger discount.

I set an appointment for an inspection. Id never been to place before but that wasnt a problem. The morning of the appointment, I showed up, they got me right in and out the door 30 minutes later. The employees didn’t begin my NH state inspection on time. No one wore masks in the entire facility which made me uncomfortable so I was Forced to stay outside during the entire time required to complex their work. Overall I wouldn’t recommend service at this facility.

This is a great shop with great mechanics and managers. They give a detailed diagnosis and explain everything so you understand. This shop is very busy which shows they know what they are doing and I would recommend to everyone I know. I will be returning for all my car needs. Thank you Meineke.

Great job Bob and to your team. 4/19/2021, took my truck into the shop had an oil change and changed out my water pump. They provided a loaner vehicle while my truck was being serviced. The truck was done when they said it would be and the price was extremely reasonable considering the work being done. This place will always be my first choice.Update on 6/19/2021, took my wife’s car in for an oil change and Frank sent me a link to the potential issues with her car. With the link came photos and a description of the work that may need to be done later. I was able to let Frank know to move forward with changing of the air filter and cabin filters, while I was away from the shop. They also advised me that the back brakes needed to be addressed and in a couple months, along with the notification came photos showing me what they found. This is a great tool for anyone and makes the company more trustworthy in my opinion, photos speak a thousand words. Great job Frank and Bob and keep up the excellent service.

We have been using Meineke for the past 10+ years for all of our car needs. They came recommended to us, and we instantly saw why. The guys at Meineke are always courteous, professional, honest and they offer a very fair price. Ive never felt like they have taken advantage of us and tried to recommend a service or replace something that didnt need to be. They have worked on our Hondas, Nissan & VW. I have no concerns about bringing any vehicle to them for service, they know what they are doing. They are a busy shop, but the turnaround to get your vehicle in and out is always quick and efficient and they have always done their best to accommodate our busy schedules. We’ve been going here since we came to Amherst, 11 years ago. The previous owner of our house left a list of “reputable businesses to frequent” as a housewarming gift and Bob and Frank’s Meineke name was on there. We’ve never had a single issue with the service and continue with them as our first number to call when we have car troubles.

They are honest, prompt, and when large repairs/maintenance are needed they work out a service repair timeline that helps our wallets by spreading out the cost over time. Both times I have taken my car in for inspection they have been prompt and courteous. This last time they were able to reschedule me on short notice because I was apprehensive about driving in inclement icy weather with my kids in tow. Then, when i had absentmindedly forgotten my registration on the kitchen counter, they were understanding and helpful in suggesting my old registration might suffice, assuming it wasn’t expired. Nice, patient employees. Mommy brain is real, ya’ll.

Went in for oil change, tire rotation, and tire balancing on short notice, and was accommodated. They found I had a headlight out, and offered to replace, which I said yes. When they figured out it was a larger fix, probably an electrical issue, they did not charge me for a new bulb, or the work for attempting to fix it. all told, I was there for ~1.5 hours. They have a nice sitting area with coffee, water, a TV and some reading material. Every customer that came in was treated like a friend. When thought I had an issue with my car, I came back, and they came out to double check what they had done. All was good. As far as I can tell, their mechanical work is quality. I recommend this shop.

The mechanics at this Meineke are honest and wont try to sell you things you dont need. Also, the reward points are great, my last oil change and tire rotation were free. Highly recommended!

I love these guys! They are are the very best!! Every time I have needed their help, they have come through with friendly, trustworthy, and professional assistance. After having issues with a used car that I had recently purchased from a dealership, Meineke Amherst fixed the problem for half the dealership’s estimate. They also always have treats for my dog! I will never go anywhere else.

Have come here occasionally for a couple years for simple things like an oil change before I started doing all car work myself and then later for inspections. They have always been quick, honest, courteous, and professional. When my car needed rear brake pads and front tires to pass inspection they did not attempt to sell me any service, and didn’t even charge me until I fixed it and brought the car back and passed. People are often wary of budget car care chains but this is an example of one that is run well.

Great customer service, fair pricing, and genuine people. I had an issue with brake pads installed 40K miles ago (by them) and they replaced for free only charging for labor. With that kind of service I am happy to keep coming back.

I was shocked to see the price of oil up almost 1/3. In December I paid 35 dollars for 5 quarts. Yesterday, July 9th I paid 52.45 for 5 quarts. I will definitely shop around next time and get prices before booking an appointment.

Was real happy in the past. Currently not crazy about services done wrong or poorly, and having to go back to fix. Spent tons of money here. We went back to the dealership for dependable service and availability. Very surprised dealership charged us less than quotes recieved at meinkee and treated us better.

Typically I love meineke, however, this trip in wasnt as good as they usually are. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, so yes my oil was changed, however the tires were not rotated.The funny part, I dont always rely on the reminder stick for next oil change, however, the reminder states I need an oil change in 1000 miles not 3000 from now.
