The team at the collision center always does a terrific job repairing damage to our cars over many many years. It is high-quality work done in a timely manner at a very fair price. Jim and Ed are great to work with and we never imagine going anywhere else to get collision work done.

Jim was great! He kept me informed of the work that needed to be done, when I could expect my car to be ready and it was done on time. They even cleaned it for me!

Dropped car off on a Monday after scheduling a week or two in advance, allowing for them to get enough time to gather parts for a trunk repair from a read-end accident. They kept me up to date every day on where the cars progress was, and finished the car within the time quoted, which was important to me because I had to rent the rental out-of-pocket.

I had a lower hinge installed on my Mercury Mountaineer and the repair was excellent and cost efficient. No chipped paint and no damage on the repair.

They went above and beyond with their repair as far as orderi9 anew reflector for my bumber even tho it was only broken on the very end corner you would not even see it when installed. As of me there an awesome shop body repair.

Had a accident with a deer, called that same morning to autonation Amherst. The collision dept. Especially Jim, was very pleasant to deal with. He assured me that I had nothing to be concerned with and they would take care of everything from taking pictures of the vehicle damage and working with my insurance company.I realize that with the covid-19 pandemic going on that my repair may take some time. My insurance company recommended them to do work on my car after an accident, my car went in at the beginning of July it is now the beginning of August and I Am still waiting for my vehicle. They have not offered any form of apology compensation, only conflicting dates of when it will be ready. Upon speaking with them today I was told that they had to wait a few days for a part that came in and was wrong so they had to wait a couple more and they have only worked on it for a total of 60 hours this doesnt add up to a month there was no explanation no concern for how this affected me or my family no anything but another date. I would not recommend this place to anyone what so ever poor customer service unearthly wait times for your car and misinformation.

A minor fender bender, it was taken care of with no issues and when picked up the vehicle was VERY clean and the workmanship was good.
