I just placed an order with them through Doordash and we were checked the app 30 minutes afterwards to check on the status..... they still haven’t even started our order and I called them to ask about our order.The gentlemen replied, “we haven’t started it yet.”I didn’t need to hear anything else after that. I just canceled the order and wasted half an hour waiting for nothing.This restaurant seriously needs more employees or better equipment to get orders out at a timely manner.Didn’t get to taste their food and not interested in giving them another chance.I don’t think it’s worth anyone’s time to order and waiting an unreasonable time. What I ordered was a cheeseburger, fries, pasta and a drink. I don’t understand why it should take them long to even prepare that? Let a lone even start it!!!!! They couldn’t even start working on it for those 30 minutes we placed the order.

We ordered a steak and cheese with peppers calzone.it showed up with onions they argued with my wife insisting she ordered it with onions.after 25 years of marriage and me being allergic to onions she told Busy Bee there was no way! they showed up with a replacement calzones and insisted on us giving back the original one with onions before they gave us the Replacement.absolutely unacceptable I advise everybody to avoid that place!!!

Tried to order a pizza 90 minutes before close multiple times. They told me they never received my order over and over. In a pinch do not pick these guys. reliability is 0. Would not recommend. Way better options in this town

I order a lot of gluten free food from Busy Bee. The pizza is always great and crust is crispy. Chicken fingers are tasty, seasoned, and crispy. All the subs and sandwiches Ive had are awesome. The prices are good and the service is wonderful. Delivery is always fast and always nice! I order from here all the time and havent had a bad experience.

I have ordered a few times and both times Ive ordered the same turkey club and fries . The food is horrible . The fries taste like fish and the bread crust is so hard you need to rip it off cause you cant chew it . I paid $30 + for this order . So not worth the money will not order from here again .

To me, this is the best food in amesbury. Best pizza, best dinners, best wraps. I love their marinara sauce (and I am very picky about that).If you havent tried their grilled chicken caesar salad wrap youre definitely missing out.Their delivery is pretty fast.

Sorry to say but The only thing good about this place was the nice delivery guy. They dont have paper menus the menu is online which would be fine BUT......its not very clear, the prices you get charged are not what is says online and its unclear the way its written. I order a fisherman Platter which came with tons of unnecessary fries, 3 or 4 scallops and shrimp, a few clam strips and 4 onion rings (for 24$ mind you 😒)I also ordered a roast beef on a bulky roll. I asked if the roast beef was rare and was told yes.... When it arrived it was not rare and the bulky roll wasnt soft. So needless to say after spending 35$ I was a unsatisfied customer who wont be returning

Stopped here for a quick bite on a busy day. Honestly is was gross.. wont ever go back.

Menu can be a bit confusing, but they do great gyros and their fries are never greasy. I havent tried their pizza, so I cant comment on that. Classic hole-in-the-wall shop: not much on ambiance but weve never had a bad meal here.

Food is always great and the owner is always pleasant even whens hes short staffed.
