As someone who is well traveled - Ive been to 29 states and 76 cities in the last 55 years of my life, I can honestly say this is a good UPS store. Very nice people - excellent customer care. Nothing bad to say. Prompt service. Very clean.

Cannot make proper sized passport photo.Then they will argue with you about not refunding until your after passport application is rejected.Do you want to risk the time and postage to get a passport, with a wrongly sized photo?Go to Walgreens at the North Grand mall. It is just half a mile south.

Customer service is not clearAmerican guy did not take my box because was not taped. he said buy one tape from us by $5. I went home to tape my box. when i was back to the store the recipient changed to Chinese lady and she took my box. what happened one customer was behind me and with untapped box and she accepted from her without saying to the customer you need to tape your box or buy one from us.

Absolutely the nicest UPS store Ive ever been to. I believe it was Ms. Shin that was running the front of the store and she was incredibly friendly.

Went to drop off an Amazon return. 3 small rugs, rolled up, individually wrapped (thats the way they came). Amazon only gave me one return label, so I guess they needed to be wrapped together. Asked UPS store guy if they could just tape them together, he said sure, then the lady said I would need to buy tape. Its a UPS Store and they cant spare a little packaging tape. Thanks for nothing!

New location is much more convenient than having to go all the way across Ames. Service was friendly and prompt.

OMG! I paid 10.33 to have my nephews birthday present shipped to arrive on the 25th. A week later we still did not have the package. I called this owner, who cannot speak English, and she just referred me to the 800 number. I would not use this facility.
