Blown away by how courteous and helpful the employee was. Fantastic facility that was clean and well cared for. Immediately made me feel far more comfortable about using their services than I ever thought possible. The reservation process was easy and quick. The prices were a bit more than I was wanting but given the facilities and the insurance provided on the units, I was more than happy to pay more.

Dustin was a great help, very professional, informative and helpful. The process was easy and quick! The storage we needed was not available so we were upgraded to a bigger storage unit at no additional cost! The unit was clean and very convenient! This is my first time renting a storage unit and I am very happy I decided to go with them. I reserved a unit online and got a call within minutes of what the process is and to confirm the reservation. I did the online registration to sign everything and pay and it was a very smooth process. Dustin was always a call away if I had any questions and checked in the next day after I signed everything to make sure I was okay and if I had any questions or concerns. I will be recommending this place to others when they need to rent a storage unit.

I just had a great experience at CubeSmart which was made so much better by the help of the incredible Dustin! He answered all my questions about the online reservation process and ensured that moving into the unit was as smooth as possible. ISU Parent, renting a unit for the summer. Facility is clean and seems well maintained. Customer service has been excellent. Dealing with the manager Dustin has made this a simple choice. Corrugated metal as walls means less chance of damage to stored items. Pricing is very fair and security system looks great.

Recently reserved a unit at this location. Nice new facility and the managers (Theresa and Dustin) made the move in really easy. As I was leaving it was nice to see Dustin walking the perimeter of the parking lot picking up trash which show they really care about the appearance of the facility. In my experience this is quite often neglected.

We have moved to a new storage unit! CubeSmart is new to the area. My DD is only the 16th renter to the new facility. She FaceTimed me as she was unloading her items and I am impressed!They have contactless registration online. They have 24 hr surveillance. Each renter has their own code to access the gate, building and elevator. They have moving carts available to help unload your items. When I called their customer service for a quick question, they were extremely helpful. Important to note, their website is very user-friendly.I literally reserved it online and had a response in just a couple minutes with further instructions. Within 5 minutes of submitting and finalizing our contract, they had emailed me with the information to get into the unit!Hopefully this helps anyone looking for a location.
