Great service and communicationCalled ahead and then they picked up my rider and push mowers for tune ups and service. Friendly staff and great communication even though theyre busy Thanks guys!
Been there several times. Repairing old mowers/edgers and buying new equipment. Theres a reason theyre so busy. You want the honest truth, this is where you go.
He has retired as a dealer and no longer sells equipment. This is now only a repair shop - but a fantastic one.
Great service at great price.
Had my old snow blower repaired by Hilker, which took quite a while after I dropped it off. I picked it up, paid the $95 for a carburetor rebuild that they recommended and took it home. 3 Weeks later it snowed. The snowblower wouldnt start. I took it back to Hilker the same morning. He couldnt get it started either and I left. I went back later to pick up the snowblower and asked for a refund. Mr. Hilker explained that the warranty period was 2 weeks and that he wouldnt refund any money. He stated that I shouldnt have an old snowblower -- I should buy a new snowblower and that my old gas was the problem. I told him that he had drained the gas tank, installed gas and that the gas was one month old. I also told him that he should have told me that the snowblower was worth fixing when I dropped it off. He has refused any help on this whatsoever and I strongly recommend finding another repair shop. Anyone that wont stand behind their work for more than 2 weeks is, in my opinion, a disreputable workman.
My lawn mover needed a tune up, new blade, and adjustments. The work was completed the same day with excellent service.
Its closed. No more business
Lawnmower runs like a champ after their tune up service.
Congenial and helpful
