I needed some documents printed at the last minute. I was in the store no more than 3 or 4 minutes. The service was lightning fast. It was super easy to email my documents. The staff was helpful, quick on their feet and friendly. I even got to the post office with 3 minutes to spare. Great job guys!

Called to get a resume printed last minute (for an interview tomorrow morning) and the staff was so helpful! They told me to email the documents and in no time a rep reached out and said my resume (I had multiple printed) was printed and ready for pick up!! Talk about zoom, zoom. Thank you so much!!

FANTASTIC service, fast, and reasonably priced. We sent off the poster online, and they finished the order within the day. The first time, the poster came out a little blurry. We took it back, and they immediately printed a new one with no charge, and it was perfect. We go here for all our printing needs. Very good service, and they are well stocked with things like poster tubes, stationary, etc. We highly recommend!

Went in to get a couple prints printed off. When I went to the front desk I had half the staff look at me and say nothing. There were about 10 people behind the desk working and I was the only customer. Then one of the staff members asked, Can we help you?. I said I just had a couple things I needed printed off and would like some help with. They replied with Go over to the computer and you can do it from there. I went over to a computer to get them printed off and thought I selected the correct printer. After I printed it I went to the front desk and they stated that the printer was out of service and to try a different one. I went back and did what they said and printed both of them off. Went back to the desk where there was a staff member at the cash register who was talking to someone in the back. Didnt acknowledge me or say well be right with you or ask another member of the staff to come over. The one staff member was completely out of it and had no idea what to do. They said, Looks like it didnt go through and just looked at me. It was something that could have been done in a matter of minutes and instead of taking the time to help me and make sure I got what I came for, they just stood there. Without a solution and no one wanting to help, I ended up leaving and getting them printed at another business.

They provide 100% every time. I do a lot of business with them around the holiday with Christmas cards. They are always quicker than staples..... within 2 hours they reply saying my orders ready to pick up. Their customer service is top notch and they are always so friendly. I would recommend nobody else than Copy Works in Ames!!!

The design staff is amazing. They always assist with making my stuff look so much better and they are very quick as well. Always a pleasure to deal with them.

Created a design online for an invitation and had NO idea what I was doing when I went to get it printed. The employees were very friendly from the moment I walked in the door and all I had to do was send my file to the printer, pay $20, and they did everything else! They made 2 fit on a page to save me money and then cut the invitations with a white trim on the outside to make them exactly 4x6 just as I asked. They even printed a sample one to make sure it was how I wanted it to be. The whole process only took about 15 minutes. Overall, a great experience and would definitely go back in the future!

Have only had good experiences at Copyworks. Had them print my wedding programs a few years ago and they were wonderful to work with. Just had them print two posters for me and was so impressed with their customer service and willingness to ensure I walked away happy. I live in DM where lots of printing options can be found but my go to print-place is Copyworks!

I live more than an hour from campus and as PhD student who is done with course work but working on my dissertation, I have loved having the ability to send Copyworks a Word file, they print it and DELIVER it to my major professor. It saves me the gas and time to run to ISU. Theyre a great resource.

The biggest reason to go here is customer service and convenience. If you need to print something real quick, this place will work. Staff is usually helpful, but I honestly cant recommend getting business cards here. They printed my on flimsy stock, and way overcharged in my opinion. Use Vistaprint for that.

Be very careful sending FedEx from here, especially if the counter guy seems new. They may forget to send your package out. When you notice that theres no delivery update 24 hours later and stop by, you may find the package still in their pickup bin. At that point, they may first refuse to give you a refund if you dont have the receipt (even though your name, address, and the type and price of delivery are all on the airbill; even though the airbill is in their system; even though theyre willing to hand back the package itself). In fairness, they do a tolerable job with photo and other services, and are generally nice. zero stars + 4 stars divided by 2 = 2.

Staff burnt things I was trying to laminate with their machine and made it seem like I should have known that would happen.
