Amazing layout with a very wide selection of meats and cheeses as well as sauces and seasonings. The store also has basic produce, dairy, and grocery staples along with alcohol and soda. Friendly staff and overall a great store.

Meat looked great, meat counter help was great. Guy checking us out at the counter was terrible. Apparently he didnt know youre not supposed to slam red meat down after handling it. Good thing my child was with me or it may have been a different story. Sorry you had a busy Saturday but really, respect my purchases especially when they are rare cuts of meat.

All Iowans know Fareway is noted for its excellent meat departments. The Fareway Meat Markets take it up another knotch. I know- hard to believe.. Outstanding meat, poultry, and fish options. Great steaks and salmon. If Im hosting something special - I go there. They also have hard to find groceries there as well. If you like meat - this is a must do!

So this happened yesterday, and I was going to let it go, but it has been bugging me all morning so here it is. This store has bad service. I walked in yesterday and thought I would get some sushi since I had heard it was good, but I came too late and the selection was gone, thats fine, its first come first served, right?Well, I then saw a soda that I hadnt had in a long time, and got real excited, and picked two out of the cooler, and headed towards check out. No one was at the check out or anywhere outside of the meat counter, which I hadnt noticed until I was standing at self check out. Well nothing scanned, and I tried both self check outs. I then hit the help button on the check out, and turned to try and get the attention of the people behind the meat counter. I was very surprised that they looked like they were actively trying to ignore me, the only customer in the store. This is when I noticed I hadnt even been acknowledged the entire time I was in the store, and probably have won the Buckle challenge here...I ended up getting no help, and decided that it wasnt worth my time, and left. There was so many places that this just felt off and I couldnt tell if it was the staff, the way they have been told to operate, or if it is just how Fareway likes to have things happen. Given that I have never gotten good customer service from any Fareway, I am guessing this is just the company, and that its just not a place for me in the future.Honestly I probably could have walked out with some merchandise and no one would have noticed.

Very good selection of quality meats! They also have amazing sushi that is made in house daily. Sometimes waits are longer than most places, but its worth it for the quality customer service and food you get!

Great service and great meat. Plus they will cut you what you want as opposed to another store in the area that only gives you what they want to cut.

Extremely clean. Nearly brand new building. Selection was pretty big for being a smaller building. Prices werent bad at all. Pretty large alcohol selection and the same goes for cheeses and sauces.They also have s little sushi fridge that wasnt anything crazy but its there.

Was just looking around. Found Ale 8 One on their shelf. Very happy to see this product from home making its way
