Why isnt ZERO stars an option? This plumbing supply company is run by careless, incompetent ninnies. In 2017 we undertook a complete overhaul of a 75+ yr old kitchen. No, we did not watch days of HGTV and suddenly decide to do this ourselves. All work was done by vetted, well known contractors and planned out in advance.1) We tried to view faucets, etc., at Water Concepts, but the manager screeched at us that wed have to wait weeks to get an appointment. An appointment just to look at faucets?? WTH?1a) Amazingly enough anyone can walk into Fergusons in Des Moines WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT and they are the nicest, most helpful people around.2) Plumb Supply told us week in advance, that our entire order was in, but when we picked it up, the faucet was not there. They promised to order it, overnight-shipping on them. They did not order it. When I called days later to inquire where it was, they suddenly remember they forgot to order it a SECOND TIME.3) We gave Water Concepts item numbers and descriptions to order, and they ordered the wrong model of faucet. The problem is, they look identical, so after the faucet was installed, the plumber tried to hook up the foot control, and thats when the error was found.3a) We should have ordered everything at Ferguson in DSM but our plumber typically works with Plumb Supply, so we let him follow his usual business model - - big mistake.4) Plumb Supply REFUSED to make it right. They told us the faucet was now used so its not their problem. Needless to say, this was an expensive faucet, and now Im stuck with it.5) I wrote a letter to the President of Plumb Supply, detailing my issues. I did not receive a reply.-> For as long as I live, I will NEVER do business again with this company of shoddy wankers.
