Decent store. You can tell different departments atleast try to keep it clean and organized, but if you know anything about working in retail then you know that can be almost impossible in a busy department. I love their online option and do that often. Its a hit and miss as far as whats in stock online but its still convenient and the employees who load the cars are always kind and helpful.

Update on my last review from a month ago. Walmart grocery delivery has improved. First, the local shoppers have done an awesome job on my last four orders. Everything has been done in a timely manner. The shoppers choose great substitutes. Also, I can now see when the driver is on the way. The drivers that delivered my grocery have had pleasant personalities and great people skills. Keeping their safety and mine in consideration, I tape a tip to the door for them to express appreciation for them using their time to bring my groceries. If you are pleased with your delivery arriving on time, bless the driver when possible.

The three gentlemen in the automotive shop are very nice. And to all those who knew my son, Jeremy, thank you so much for the love you shown during our familys time of sorrow.

Zero customer service. Had to page someone to help me get paint from a locked cabinet 3 times. Then had to ask another associate if she could help me get someone. She responded as if I was interfering with her day, sighed and said “I’d have to page someone”. Several minutes later, finally got someone.Went to checkout. Lanes open with lights on but no one there. Associates chatting away in the aisle but no one comes over. Went to 3 separate lanes and finally someone came over. She proceeded to slowly open each bag on her carousel one after another while I loaded my entire cart onto her conveyor belt. I was finished and she was still opening her bags without getting a single item from my order nor saying anything at all. I asked if I needed to go to a different register and she replied, “No I’m just opening my bags.” Really?They make you feel like you’re inconveniencing them by showing up to their place or work to buy products from them that pay their salary. I don’t understand.

Went to the service desk to have money put on a card and the employee walked off. When asked if she worked back there she got mad and refused to serve us. Nice background checks Walmart! You only hire the best!

Variety of some items (ex. fresh baked breads, more cheese options, herb selections) could use improving, but options outside of the food area are pretty good. This place also NEEDS hand-carry baskets!! If Im only coming in for a few items, I dont want to be pushing around a giant basket OR dropping things on the floor because I cant hold them all in my hands. 😒

Shady at night. All sorts of people hanging around the parking lot and entrance asking for money and looking into cars. Shelves in the grocery section were bare, especially bread and meat. I’ll stick with Harvey’s and DG when I’m in town.

Too much to type. They screwed up so bad and left me with no groceries and refused to help. The employee asked my name like he was going to help and literally clocked out. Went home. Didnt say a thing. Locked the door.

Take to long to get checked out of the store and most of the works are kids with no manners at all and the managers are just as bad, thats why I gave three ⭐ you all need to do better at any cost

Eastside of Albany is horrible. Im trying to figure out why Walmart have 20 registers & none are ever open🤔 every self checkout is credit card only w/no cash back. They very seldomly have a real register open. When they do, its ONE (smh).

About 5 minutes in, I asked the young lady on register 8 was there anyone over here. She said to give her just a minute. She had been waiting on these 2 guys for a while. I waited, then this other guy came up asking if anyone was back there. I said no. He went over to register 8 talking to the employee running that register. Im guessing hes an employee. The young lady finished up with the 2 guys, and came over. I said they have you running 2 registered. She said Exactly rudely. She didnt say thank you for waiting or anything. She opened the door to let the guy in and went back with him. I waited, but ended up leaving because I had to get to work. Now I will have to go back to take care of the business that I needed to take care of. My time is valuable, and it was more convenient for me to take care of what I needed to this morning, when they opened.I was here, Friday, July 31st shopping. I needed $40 cash back off my card. Mind you, I hold a Walmart Money Cash Card. I thought I missed seeing it when I made my 1st transaction, so I purchased a candy bar. The cash back option never came up. So, I went over to the customer service desk to get the money off my card. I let her knew that when I was checking out, the option wasnt offered to me. She said they no longer have that option due to money shortage, and people abusing it. She said no one can make more than a $300 withdrawal per day at Wal-Mart now. I completely understand that, but its a great inconvenience for those who are not,and those that have a Wal-Mart money card, like myself.9/29/20 Once again, I stopped at this Wal-Mart, to pay a bill through customer service, and the workers were not on time. In fact, as I was walking out at 7:10 two employees were walking in, I asked by any chance if they were running customer service, both said yes, but the had to get setup and all. If youre trying to pay a bill here in the morning, and have to be to work at 7:30, dont, else youll be late for work too. Because of what time I get off. I had to use my 30 minute lunch break to go all the way back to Wal-Mart to take care of my business. From where I work, it takes about 15 minutes to get there.

I called twice and the only time someone answered, they hung up in my face. The workers are always on their phones whenever I need help and it’s just horrible customer service.

I have went to this Walmart twice and both time the employees have had bad attitudes and after shopping for a hour I couldnt pay for my items because I wasnt using a credit card. I only had cash.

This review is for the grocery pick up only. Superb! Everything is always right and my shopper does a super job! WM pick up associates are super friendly and courteous! They are nothing like the associates that work inside (rude and unhelpful). Pick up service has always been seamless and super speedy. May never go inside a Walmart again because this is the way to shop!

Only 2 cashiers and the lines were long. The self check out lines were also quite long. Did not have the bra extension strap that I was looking for - the tag was there but the bar was empty.

Poor stocking in groceries, customer service around the store is horrible. Dont bother asking for help. They either dont know squat, or say ok and never help at all. I only use this store when I must, and for basics. The restrooms are always broken tore up and filthy.

Decent deals, good customer service. The bathrooms are actually clean too. We were able to get a unique colored Keurig... Not a big deal to most, but my kids think its the coolest thing on earth.

The only reason it got one star is because thats the only way I could get to the review part of this survey. This was not only the worst Walmart Ive ever been in but the worst store of any store Ive ever been in. You would think that out of the six people we ask for assistance one of them could have stepped up. Even when I ask for the Mod no one could locate them. I finally just left. You just cant fix stupid. Who hired these people?

If all walmarts was like this 1 Id never shop again. Where us the management in the evenings? That place is a wild house. God forbid you have an issue with debit card or walmart gift card. These young girls cant do anything but stand and look at you.

I wished the Walmart in Americus had more items to shop for not enough items to choose from anymore.

I went in to buy a pool. They only had one. I attempted four times to get someone to help me including going to customer service and having them paid someone in order to get this pool no one showed. After about 45 minutes of waiting for someone I took it off the shelf and pushed it to the register myself. The entire time other employees are looking at me push this pool and neither one offered to help me the guy at the register did not offer to help me I paid for the pool got it out the first set of doors as they checked my receipt still did not offer to help me I got it out the second set of doors and the guy pushing the grocery carts back in asked me if I needed help. He then proceeded to go get one of the carts and help me get it to my car. I have since tried to talk to a manager about the situation no managers are in the store no one can tell me what a manager can be in the lady at customer service was rude and snotty when I asked when someone would be in all she could tell me was shortly. And all of this happened by several employees were just standing around talking amongst themselves not doing any work. Worst experience with the Walmart ever!

This has to be one of the worst Walmart stores in all of the United States. The employees provide the worst customer service I have ever seen 1/2 the time they dont even know what theyre talking about. The nice lady in the Delhi should get a raise because shes the only one who can answer a phone theyre also. 3 times it just rang and rang and rang. 2 times she picked up and tried to transfer me to customer service desk. I dont think Ive ever been to a store with worse customer service. Not to mention rude. I wish 0 stars was an option.

Went to americus to tour college campus for my kid, had to make a stop at Walmart and needed some direction as the store is set up alittle different than at home. Customer service was rude beyond measure and the other employees were equally as rude. Great way to be towards people when you are a university town and wanting revenue.

This walmart is not one I normally visit but I can say the service I received when I was returning an online purchased item that was damaged was very good and it was a quick process. I would return to this store.

Nobody answers the phone in any department !! Wanted a cake from bakery ...no answer . This is very common in Americus Ga
