I booked a Penske truck rental through these guys and it was a very satisfactory experience. I had to change my reservation a couple of times before I picked it up due to changing plans, but it was always well taken care of. When I did pick it up, I had to pick it up an hour and a half late, so I called them to ask them to hold it and they happily obliged. I dont know the likelihood that someone would have requested a 26-foot truck on the spot, so I dont think I would have actually lost the truck, but they were very helpful all the same.

They need new trucks at Timp rental the ramps are so weak they felt like they were unsafe to move heavy furniture on. The truck itself shakes pretty bad when driving.
