Quick service. For those with gluten intolerance these guys are trained to change gloves & clean surface used for food prep & use allergy friendly protocol. Only food with gluten here are the buns so fryer is not cross contaminated if you like fries (crispy, fresh thinly cut fries). Beverage dispenser is touchless (nice, hold finger between red dots on side about 1 inch from dispenser). I enjoyed their burger, delicious & juicy & no problem with gluten.

My boyfriend and I went here for the first time (it was all that was open so late) and had a decent time. There was a long line for the drive thru which is always the case, but surprisingly it moved fast. We ordered two large meals, one a normal burger the other a double, and it came to about $15. I was hoping to have ranch with my food but they said they didn’t serve that which was a bummer. Anyways, the food was okay but not outstanding. Honestly I prefer the $2.50 daily deal burgers from Sonic… but I did appreciate that the meals came with a lot of fries which were well salted and fresh. The burgers themselves came cooked medium (pink in the middle) and were rather flat/wimpy. The taste was that of a mediocre burger… unseasoned meat, lettuce, tomatoes- nothing special. Could make better at home.I don’t think I’d recommend this chain to anyone unless they were out of other options. For the price there is way better food that will leave you full and satisfied.

Been frequenting this location for a while now, but finally had the chance to do a review. When in doubt for a good, simple burger, but ever-so-satisfying, this is the place to be.This place was packed on the outside (we came for Christmas Eve dinner) with about twenty plus cars waiting eagerly for the drive-thru.We walked in just to beat the dinner rush about a quarter to six - and so we made great timing. Of course, at this time, its still social-distancing enforced on the inside too, so every other table and booth was closed off.A great thing to see yes, but if I were one of those people/families that walked in after me, youre definitely going to wait extra time, not just for your food, but also for a table to open up. This also led to people watching (seated) people eat, which kind of made the seated people uncomfortable or made them hurry with their meal as they were being watched like hawks - from the people who were standing, with their glares saying Hurry up and eat your food, are you done yet?So word to the wise, dont come here during rush hour (lunch or dinner) if you want to enjoy your food and take your time eating. When we did sit down on our table an employee was attentive to our needs and brought an extra chair from the outside so our party can all sit at one table! Food is always consistent here, very fresh, and always hits the spot.

I am Vegan. I love that they will make me a grill cheese animal style AND clean the grill first. A manager from another state told me to tell them I have a meat allergy. It works! I now can safely go from state to state enjoying my burger. Thank you SO much!! You guys are always great.

There are five In-N-Out burgers in a small area of Utah. Theres a line at least two blocks long at each of them during rush hour. Food is consistent.

Was impressed that when i asked for no salt on my fries i actually got no salt. Normally i have to send it back which i always feel bad for and have had a few employees accuse me of just wanting fresher fries by asking for no salt cause they dont understand that some people are super sensitive to salt and causes severe pain when eating even small amounts. But in n out gave me fries with now at all on my first visit. Was very impressed and very happy about that. Will definitely be going back more often 😁

I had the 4by4. Those who know, know. The burger was fresh and tasty. The fries are good bit I would still prefer them bigger and crinkle cut but the food was so good that Im looking forward to going back.

Kids loved the burgers, kind staff. Drive through line was crazy long during dinner time. They were doing free hot cocoa on rainy days which the kids loved. Everything was hot, cheese melty, and fries salty. Couldnt ask for more

Though the line was MASSIVE, the wait was small. From getting there to leaving with my food order was maybe 15 minutes. Very very quick for at least 20 cars in front if me. Try your meal Animal Style!! Tasty and quick!

This is a busy location like all of the other in-n-out burgers Ive been to. The staff was on top of making sure tables were cleaned as soon as people were done eating and they did a great job of getting food out in a timely manner. The food was as good as always.

I dont get the hype about in and out. The drive through lines are insane, but the burger quality is on par with Arctic circle. That means in my opinion theyre just below McDonalds. Yes,I just said that. Patties are small, topping are fine, but nothing special. Anyway, will I eat there again? yeah, Im sure I will, Im a burger guy. But will I go out of my way to go to in-n-out burger? Not a chance.

Good burgers for fast food. Its not some paradisical food of some sort. But neither is any fast food place. The so called war between whataburger, in n out, and others is a joke. They are all just fast food.. but for what it is this is good stuff. It was funny the other day some dummy tried to drive a truck under the drive through and got stuck.

In-N-Out is one of the few consistent things in my life. Anytime Im in Utah, I try to get to an In-N-Out. The burgers and fries are always fresh. The service is fast and the price great. Ive had $10 burgers that taste terrible and the burgers here are cheaper, but taste like they are worth more.Maybe its the nostalgia, maybe its just that good.

WOW WOW WOW!!! YUM youll be waiting in that crazy drive through of a line but the staff are 5 Stars!! and always helpful and so nice! the food is always amazing! In-N-Out is a fresh delicious treat you can get when you have a rough day or are feeling like you want a lift you up. But your stomach will be loaded with meat and soda, so not the lift you up like subway but the lift you up after a long day and you are hungry for something amazing!

My wife got a cheeseburger and asked for no onions and they didnt take them off. Other then that we love this location. 9/10 would go again for food. They need to work on their service a little

We went and got dinner here and overall it was a good, tasty experience. The burgers were really good and the fries were cooked perfectly. The shake tasted good but was pretty liquidy. The service was fast and the staff were kind and polite. I would highly recommend to everyone.

Fries were way too overcooked. I went to the drive thru, you would think that it would come in a bag and wrapped nope had to eat it in my car. burgers were dry worst burgers I have had in a while. the only reason they get 1 star and not less was the shake it was expensive for what I got. I couldnt eat the food and had to then go somewhere else to eat. I will not repeat not be back to In and Out.

People often compare In-N-Out to Whataburger, a comparison I never truly understood. Sure theyre both burgers and they both taste pretty good, but the only thing Whataburger has over in and out is the fries. Looks and taste wise in-n-out wins hands down. I think its pretty clear that the winner of this fast food war is shake shack.

Great as always. There were tons of people inside and in the drive through but they still got to our order in a timely manner. Employees are always chipper and happy to help. The only complaint I would have is the tables werent clean form the previous people. It was super busy and the tables were turning very fast so I cant fault them. I just wiped our table down myself and cleaned up after for the next group!

It was busy (as always) but they lost our ticket. I dont know how long our hamburgers sat on the counter before I went to find out where our food was. Good news is they gave us fresh fries. Most other experiences have been just fine hence the 4 stars.

I am one of those who love in and out! Apparently a lot of people do. This location the staff is friendly and fast. It has four stars because it is the only in n out around and is always very very busy so you will have a wait!

The food here is AMAZING!! Their icecream shakes are so good, my favourite is strawberry. The drinks are, well, just as the ones youd get anywhere else. But the burgers..... theyre SO GOOD!!! And the line for the drive through is usually pretty fast! It really just depends on how many people are in the line, though, obviously. I LOVE IN-N-OUT!!

Self declared In-N-Out fan. Poorest experience in quite some time. Always the same for me. Hamburger animal style and a fry.They were very busy(what In-N-Out isnt). Walked inside for a To go order. Weird for nearly 25 minutes. They bypassed my number for about 5 minutes. Finally asked about it. Employee said theyforgot it.Bun was burned not toasted. Poor hamburger construction. Fries were cold.As always employees were engaging and happy. Just a poor food and service experience.

Excellent food, excellent service, ADA problem. The drive up path for the drive-thru blocked access for me to park in the van accessible wheelchair parking. I parked elsewhere, and had a challenging time getting my nephew into the van as somebody parked really close, which is just fine for normal... But pretty challenging to load in the tight space.

I live in the East, so when I went on vacation out west, we had to try InnOut. The burger was delicious! I didnt care for the fries as much. The cheeseburger though was delicious and a great price!!

In-N-Out never disappoints, and the American Fork location is no exception! The drive through line was to the street, but service is so quick. I should have given the boy taking our order a tip, he was an absolute delight. Delivery was quick - they even cut our toddlers hamburger in half and put it in two separate wrappers AND gave him a sticker sheet. You just cant beat service like that, especially for the price. The taste of the cheeseburger, fries and spread didnt disappoint. If you keep this up, In-N-Out, youll forever keep my service.

This IN N OUT in American Fork Utah is our favorite! We really would like to give it 6 stars. Chris, the general manager, is awesome and so are all the employees there. They always strive their best to make it fast, fresh and if you have an issue, they will always make it right. The food is our favorite and we love everything there-especially Neapolitan shakes! We go there at least once a week to eat and it is always fresh and hot! Just look at how long there drive in is. Many people love this place! In N Out Rocks!!!

We have been coming to this in-n-out for years! We had our first negative experience last night and I emailed corporate about it immediately afterwards. I honestly figured they would just share my comment with the manager and that was it, but I was shocked to see an email this morning apologizing for the experience, and they went above and beyond to make things right for us! Not only do we love the food and atmosphere, but I was super impressed with the customer service from the top down…. Instead of souring us on the brand our experience has instead made us even more loyal customers! If they they make a mistake I can verify firsthand that they truly make things right for customers!

A fine addition to the In-N-Out franchise, bringing all the best flavors we love and conveniently located near the freeway. If you love them, theres no reason not to stop in at this location. If youve never tried In-N-Out, now is the time for a truly tasty experience.

Fast service and something about the burger and its freshness makes it appealing for a fast food joint. Animaly style fries and burger combo can be too much in one sitting though. Nonetheless, well kept clean establishment.

Generally, I love in n out, but the last time I went, the fries were old and cold, and my lettuce wrapped burger was just thrown in the little paper holder so it was impossible to pick up. Maybe they were just really busy at that time I get it.

We love coming here as a family. My husband is allergic to red pepper and Im allergic to dairy. This is one of the only safe food places we can both eat at. They are always friendly, they always get our order right, and its always hot and fresh. 10/10 will probably continue to eat here way too often.

Absolutely amazing. It was rainy and I was starving and was done shopping for stuff I didnt need. Well I had my first In-N-out burger! Off my bucket list lol. In any case I’m leaving this review as a comparison 5guys vs In and Out and my vote is 5guys! In and out burger was good, fresh and much better the the other typical chains. The restaurant was cleaned but the they weren’t very helpful with ordering. The toppings aren’t posted anywhere and they assume everyone knows of the secret menu and the different says you can order a burger. I didn’t have a clue so a little guidance would have been appreciated and if I knew of the toppings etc perhaps I would have tried something different instead of just ordering quickly as to not hold up the line. I realize that this isn’t the restaurants fault but seems to be what it’s like if you visit any other franchise. I. Either case, I’ll take my 5 guys any day 😊

Their fries are so good! We watched as the workers cut the potatoes right before they cooked them. The toasted hamburger buns really make their hamburgers amazing.

This location is consistently good, and has never messed up my order. I prefer five guys, but if its late and five guys is closed nothing beats a double double animal style.

Super fast for a small crew and long line. These guys and guys were killing it for a busy Thursday night. 70 cars long. Fast efficient assembly line. Maybe other places should use them as a case study for fast fresh service.

It is your typical In N Out. Very crowded on weekends and later at night. Service is usually pretty fast once you have ordered.
