Ive picked up a few curbside orders from here and they always get them out to me as soon as I arrive and the products are always in perfect condition.

Awesome experience this trip. I really like that when I buy something from Ulta if I dont enjoy it I can take it back, I will go further just to shop at Ulta for this reason. I was greeted by friendly ladies who also wanted to show me where items I was searching for were located. When I was unable to get the item I was searching for they ordered it for me so I was able to get free shipping. I totally loved the extra customer service on this trip to the store!

Came here to look for a specific brand (Glossier) but turns out that they do not carry it. However I spoke to an employee and she gave recommendations to what the best sellers are when it comes to brow maintenance.Walked out with the Anastasia brand and trying out the brow wiz. I’m kind of excited to try this brand and see what the results are.Similar to Sephora layout. Clean, employees are all wearing masks, and hand sanitizers are available throughout the store.

I normally hate coming to these stores because I have ZERO clue what I’m doing half the time. Then I feel overwhelmed and probably leave and shop online.Kayla made me feel at home! She didn’t mind my questions and random thoughts about other makeup stuff I wanted.She explained the products also! It was nice. I had to call back and ask questions again (insert eye roll) and spoke to Kayla. She was more than happy to help!

I had a terrible experience with this store team. My time is so limited (as I work retail too) I finally had time to stop at this Ulta location to pick up a few necessities.I was in the store for a solid hour. I was in the salon area to pick up some hair products. It took some time to get acknowledged, but when I did, the girl was friendly enough.I moved across the store, where again, didn’t receive help, until I asked. Again, the girl was friendly enough, they just didn’t seek out opportunities to service their guests.There were several replenishment racks on the floor and I found myself shopping off of those instead of their location due to lack of products in their home locations.By the time I made it to the line, there were a couple lines forming and I got in line behind a customer. While we were waiting, I was obviously looking at the makeup and other things until my turn was up. All registers were running. The girl in front of me was called next, then as she was finished, I started to walk up ( I was next) and the cashier I was on my way to, says, “sorry the lines are wonky that lady has been waiting awhile.” I didn’t realize that me waiting in the line I was in was not the correct line, even though the girl in front of me was allowed to proceed I was an irrelevant customer (?).I chose to call and express my frustration, but the service manager I spoke to blew me off and instead of apologizing for the situation chose to push back with they try their best and she hates the way the company told them to lay down the stickers informing customers where to get in line (which I followed)To the Service Managers credit, she was made to understand that I had just walked up, because that’s what the cashier who blew me off implied, which was false, and they’d be able to see that on camera anyway.I elevated my call to guest services. I just received an email from guest services saying the store tried to both call and email to help resolve my poor service experience. No email, no phone call. I was home all day and had my phone with me.So, in essence, from start to now, I’m waiting to have my guest experience resolved to no avail.My time was wasted and I still have to find time to get my products. Lame all the way around.

Got a haircut at Ulta from hair stylist, Hailey~••nicest lady who has cut my hair ever: (literally)...and she cut my hair SO NICELY! Shes very talented and definitely going back (hoping shes still there)♡

Jessica provided really great customer service when I visited the American Fork Ulta today. Id been trying to find a really good texture spray or foam to get a casual beach wave look for my hair. When I approached Jessica for help, she was so nice and really knowledgeable of what brand would work really well. She explained how some brands make your hair feel overloaded with product and just not good. She recommended Sexy Hair Texture Foam Party. She said the foam was all Id need. I tried it, and its amazing! My hair doesnt feel overloaded with product. It feels very light while giving my hair the casual beach wave I was trying to get. If you go to the American Fork Ulta and talk with Jessica, Im confident youll get amazing customer service from her. She made my visit a great experience.

Oddly enough I actually liked my trip here this time. Ulta is my last resort for items I need now or just dont find elsewhere. Normally I hate it here because the employees are like vultures and the snobbery dial is turned all the way up. The store has always been pretty clean though and this time, ALL the staff were friendly. If that keeps up theyll get more business from me.

I am a platinum customer of Ulta but I plan to no longer buy any cosmetics or skin care there. I loved it when I could go to a nearby Ulta and talk to an actual product rep, someone who truly knew the product line of that brand and what would fit my needs best (suggestions from a pro of a particular product brand like Lancôme or Clinique). The young, inexperienced clerks at Ulta offer no help, have no clue about particular products, offer no suggestions because they have no knowledge of products in a particular cosmetic line or the skin needs for anyone over 30, etc.After another recent failed attempt to find what I needed at Ulta with the help of a clueless clerk, I went to a Nordstrom cosmetic counter and got expert advice, bought exactly what I needed and and received 2 gift bags filled with free products.So done with Ulta.

As a man, I dont shop here much, but my lady always comes out of here pretty happy even when they dont have everything shes looking for. Staff always seems knowledgeable.

SO NICE!! i came to grab something last minute before they were closing - drove a few mins away - and realized i had grabbed the wrong thing 🤯😳 the store manager let me come back in even though they were technically closed and let me exchange my product. definitely what i needed because i leave on a trip tomorrow! SUCH NICE workers and a clean store that’s always well stocked. would recommend!!

Today I talked with Gillian, the manager about a coupon that does not say valid online ONLY. I asked her to please relay this up the chain as it is important to be specific without having to click to 4 different screens. She gave me the impression that she didnt care and blew it off. She then went by the exit to text on her phone and not make eye contact with any customers. Chelsea the cashier was nice but I didnt like when she condescend to that I should read the fine print.Dont do coupons if its only going to upset customers and give them a bad experience.

Getting ready for my sisters wedding & even with all the covid restrictions Julianne was amazing. She was still able to color match & provide the best options for her to look her very best on the most important day ever!

I really like Ulta beauty because I think they have really affordable prices in a wide selection of beauty products. The only problem with this location as they are always under stocked and never have anything on the floor. If you’re needing to find something specific it’s usually not there and if you want to buy something popular, it most likely won’t be in stock. The staff is really friendly which is nice because you’ll be asking them a lot of questions and whether they can go into the back to see if an item is available. You would think with such a popular location they would have a lot of backstock and a lot more inventory but they don’t.

Love this store, employees are always amazing. However no one is actually enforcing people to wear masks. I walked in and none of the customers were wearing masks. Please make your employees enforce the rules. Some people have serious weak immune systems and that needs to be respected by others by wearing everyone wearing a mask.

The salon did a great job on my hair and its so easy booking an appointment.

The store is Messy and the customer service is terrible. I never write Negative reviews but I have also never been ignored and treated so poorly when asking for help and advice.

I truly understand the importance ofsafety First always! One employee expressed she didnt like the way I was wearing my mask and then went and got another employee to get after me.....that it needs to be tighter on my nose. On the front of the store it says that they suggest that you wear your mask and I was wearing my mask.... I was harassed by 2 employees so I left. I was compliant and my mask was properly on my face.

I visit this store to buy my Too Faced foundation. Of course, I always end up picking up other items. This store is great, but some of the staff could be a bit friendlier. I have had several interactions with staff that just seem bothered. I have also had many interactions with wonderful, smiley, staff...so I wont judge the majority based on the few. Other than that minor problem, the store is always clean and the prices are decent. Would recommend this store to others.

Not friendly to young moms. This pandemic is hard for everyone and some stores are dealing with it better than others. They were really mean to me about my 1.5 yr old needing to wear a face mask. Not even the pediatricians office we go to required him to wear one and they are in a hospital. Kids this age are too young to know to keep there masks on or to understand what they are for. So I came in I had a store credit that I couldnt use online and I was trying to get skin care products I needed. Every time my little guy took his mask off (which happened a lot) one of there representatives would come over and snap at me. I left without buying anything and almost in tears. Will not be shopping hear again and I hope my store credit works at another location.

Went there on a whim (my wifes whim). Too not be the odd man out, the only man, I stayed in the car and listened to a book (yep, not read, heard). It got through 3 chapters before she came back out. Add my wife says it was packed and lines were really long. But she got what she went for, just took a while. She rarely is disappointed after returning from Ulta. I keep calling it Ultra. I think it wouldnt take much to sneak a little r on the sign so were both right. ; )

A lot to choose from, items well displayed, very pricy on a lot of items but basically affordable on the upmost.

Definitely the best place to go and most accessible place to high quality makeup. At this particular one there are a lot of really helpful employees that can recommend good brands, especially if you are inexperienced with makeup. Love it!

Ulta is usually a great place to find makeup... I dont know what happened in this store. It seems.that there was just one girl helping all the customers. I asked one of them for help and she said that her shift was over, she pointed me to the manager who spend two minutes we us and then disappeared! We got over $300 in products and they wouldnt honor any of their coupons!!! They came with all kind of excuses and didnt offer any solution... We will definitely go to another store next time.

Staff was helpful, pricing was about as much as you can expect for high end make up, however some products are available at grocery and drug stores at a lower price point. Overall the store was well organized and kept clean. This location was less crowded than most Ulta locations.

This location is by far my favorite! It’s never ever busy and everything I want is in stock! The ladies are always so kind and willing to work with me! They are also so informed on free gifts and other fun things! Also this is the cleanest store I’ve been to.

Great place to try new things trends in cosmetics with out feeling obligated to buy everything you try !! ( I have a box full of cosmetics Ive purchased ...that once I got them home ... Were a FAIL!! ...The artist was super helpful . I needed foundation we tried 3 before I found one that was perfect for me. I also spent time with other cosmetics, I wouldnt usually try ... The young sales gal was very sweet .. we tried some new colors ... Its nice to have a different perspective on ways to put make up on eye shadows / liners everything(Lets face it ...I may or may not be stuck in the 80s )

The workers were completely rude about my toddler not wearing a mask. They harrassed me about it and I felt so awful that I left without even being able to purchase what I wanted. I will not come here again. The employees are jerks.

This location is definitely not my favorite. The girls are not very helpful and are kind of snooty. They get kind of mean and not so helpful if you aren’t interested in what their promoting. They’re not very knowledgeable on the products and they don’t have any recommendations. It’s frustrating to shop here when the employees are disengaged. I most likely will not be back and I most likely will not be recommending this location.

Staff unfriendly and doesn’t know their own product. My wife comes out of this store upset every time... nothing against ulta, but this location needs to step it up. Staff has an attitude as if they’re put out when you ask for help.

Normally I have good experiences at Ulta but today not so much. I went in there carrying my 9 month old because I was just going in to get conditioner because I had a $30 gift card. I went and got conditioner and went and waited in a long line with one cashier working it took a while to get to the front, especially when carrying a baby and product. I then got to the front and was informed that I could get another bottle for 50 percent off, I figured the cashier would go back and grab it for me but she didn’t she just told me I wouldn’t have to wait in line again I could just come to the front. So then I go back and grab the product and when I get back she’s helping someone else and another cashier is there helping someone else too. The lady helping me before is sitting there offering the other lady to open up a new credit card, taking forever. The other lady keeps helping other customers so I wait and wait and wait. When the other lady finally helps me she didn’t tell me if I had any points and told me the total was 30.03 my gift card covered all but 3 cents.... I did not have cash on me and told the lady I would have to go out to my car (with my baby) after waiting all that time just to get 3 freakin pennies.... totally ridiculous to me. I then go out to my car to get there every last dime (3 pennies) come back in and they are once again helping other customers and I have to wait For The Third Time With A Baby! When they finally help me again.... I asked if I could see if I had any points and the lady told me unfortunately that would not be possible since I already paid. Like okay thanks for telling everyone else their points and not me. They were rude and all that trouble for conditioner I could have gotten Anywhere else! Won’t be back super disappointed cuz I normally like that store.

This Ulta Beauty is always a very welcoming and comfortable place. Every time I come in Im greeted with a smile and a, How are you doing today? Usually I am in Ulta for a haircut and color. Their salon is always so friendly and Janelle is one of the best stylists. My hair is SUPER curly and afro-y but Janelle knows exactly how to take care of it. With my unique type of hair, its always hard to find someone who knows how to take care of it. So it was definitely a relief to find Janelle, who not only takes care of my hair but makes sure Im comfortable while she does it. Truly this Ulta is one of the better Ultas out there.

Its amazing!! Great service and even greater products! This place has everything I need in beauty, hair care, skin care, eyes, lips, nails, it has it all!! I love this place and will recommend it to EVERYONE I know!!

They have a huge selection of make up and hair products. The gems here are the Ulta brand products. I bought the eye liner and the matte lip creams and they are my go-to products because of how pigmented they are and how smooth they are.They staff are knowledgeable and willing to help you find products in any location.

Everyone here is really nice and helpful, but I got a facial and it was not great. The esthitian started 20 min late, and ended 20 min early. No extractions, just cleaned and rub products in my face. She never apologized for starting late either which bummed me out. Won’t be coming back.

My sister and I went to this location last week and were trying to find a shade of makeup to match us. The girls were helpful in trying the makeup on us but the next day we both broke out really bad on our face and neither of us ever does. So frustrating and obviously disgusting. They need to clean their brushes better.

Ive been going here for years, pretty much my go to place for most of my make up, the associates are always helpful and are willing to give advice on anything, pretty much they helped me learn how to do my make up and find the right shades and every thing else!

I’d live here if I could, lol! I love coming here, and the staff here is aways super friendly and very knowledgeable about all of the products in the store. They put up with my returns, too!

The day that I went there was a very pushy saleswoman that wouldnt leave me alone about buying a specific product, even after I mentioned that trying it on, it was burning my skin. It was very uncomfortable, so I left the store before I was done shopping and without anything. The only nice thing was that this location was much cleaner than other locations I have been to.

Every time I’ve been to this location I’ve been disappointed. I would rather order online and pay for shipping and I would still receive my product faster. Their customer servixe is non existent!!!! The employees constantly stand around Talking and there’s only ever one person on cash register who I feel like isn’t even trained! I’ve asked multiple times for help finding items or inquiring and they always seem clueless or respond with “I’m not sure if we have that, just look around”Do NOT go here. Drive to a diff. Location.

Oh man, where do I begin? This store is one of the nicest Ultas Ive ever been in. The salon is incredibly talented. I will get my hair and all my skin services done there from now on. ALL of the stylists there are amazing and the skin therapist, Olivia, is the best.

The store is always clean and items seem to be stocked, which is a huge improvement from the Orem location! I’m never greeted or asked if I need help, but that’s never deterred me from coming back.

Yeah you can find anything you need in there its a big store Im always sent in to find things for my wife so all I have to do Is ask an employee where something is and they lead me to it otherwise Id be lost in this store and in the sea of never ending powders and brushes

I gave this location a try since it’s so close to my house. BIG MISTAKE! They are always rude! I have to hunt someone down to get help and I get attitude every time I go in there. Now I know why Sephora is always busy and Ulta is always dead! I will go and TRY to return everything I bought since I no longer want to give this company any of my business.

I can’t even rate this one star. I am absolutely outraged. I went in today with a friend to get our hair fixed, from a previous failed ulta salon trip (at the sandy location which we talked to customer service, managers, district manager and have heard nothing back). We went in to pay more to fix our hair, showed her exactly what we wanted, she glanced very shortly and begin to work on my friends hair. We asked for balayage’s specifically blonde with dark roots. We are leaving with absolutely horrendous hair. Both of us almost crying about the damage that has been done. Instead of getting our hair fixed, we left with it looking worse than before. My friend & I’s hair is copper instead of blonde with dark roots. My friend more specifically had random spots of blonde throughout her hair, and her roots aren’t dark. My hair is noticeably copper with strands of red, and my roots are lighter than they were when we came in. We hate to say it but our hair was better when it was screwed up the first time. I am completely outraged & will not be going to any ulta salon anytime soon. We will be looking elsewhere to get our hair fixed. You are supposed to feel beautiful when leaving ulta, we feel absolutely ugly.

I want to spend all my money here! Some of the samples are all out and need to be replaced and some employees could use an attitude adjustment in customer service but they have any product you could need.

Most employees were helpful however some were standing around gossiping. The drugstore and Ulta brand section was a huge mess.
