I think they do great quality work. However, I am always standing in line for 20-40 minutes just to pick up an order I submitted online. It’s really frustrating when I submitted it online and just need to pick it up and they are working on printing everyone’s stuff that is in line in front of me. They definitely need a pick up line and an order line!

Copy That is indispensable for my small business! They are prompt, courteous, and know me by name. Their work is always quality, and they are very helpful from the tech end of things so my documents print out well. I have used them for everything from quick printoffs when my home printer is on the fritz, to hundreds of copies of large spiral bound program books for Western US events. They do it all and they do it well!Note: they do a great job so they are often busy. Be prepared to wait in line to make or pick up your order 5-20 min. Still worth it.

I am so grateful to Copy That! I had a bunch of Come Follow Me activities to print. I sent them in different files hoping to make the craziness less confusing. They found a couple that didnt attach right, one I duplicated and they caught it and emailed me about it right away, the other never sent the attachment. I emailed them back at 8:45 PM planning on them seeing it first thing in the morning, but by 9:15 PM I had an email saying it was all printed and I could pick it up tomorrow. Thank you so much for being such a great, reputable company!

Copy that has always completed jobs I send them exactly how I want and in a timely manner. I email the attachments and instructions and they are almost always ready within 24 hours or less. They offer good quality and at a fair price.

Copy that is so quick and efficient. We have had numerous, very large picture prints done here for our bigger picture frames in our house and they always turn out for us and at a reasonable price! Very friendly and quick to help!

These ladies that work here are fabulous! They get your order printed quickly and the prices are very fair! Ive had my sons graduation announcements printed here, stickers for daughters wedding cookies, and they printed all our envelopes for our wedding for us for a great price as well! Friendliest place in all of American Fork. If you arrive during a rush (weekends before conference especially), be prepared for a 5-10 wait in the line. Off-hours, youll get right in and out as quickly as you can be prepared and know what you want done. Staff has always been nice, and is a welcome visit compared to other copy shops that Ive had to pay an hourly fee just for using a thumb drive to get my pictures from (UPS Im looking at you). Ive only gone to the office depot behind it when after 6pm, and that is not as good printing or friendliness. I have been going to them for 2 years and plan on going there for many more.

Amazing service!! We needed to make a program for a church Christmas party and knew it would turn out crooked and not uniform if we printed on our own. We walked in and Lucinda helped us pick a design, font, and perfect paper so quickly. The price was very reasonable and we will definitely be coming back.

They have awesome service but need more employees on holiday weeks or when they know they’ll have more orders. It’s so frustrating when there’s a line and one employee is with a single customer for an hour doing design work and that leaves the other to take care of the entire line. Since they only prep orders when you get there it can take half an hour to get through three customers

They are open, with a door window. Their service is still excellent. And the gal was nice.

Copy that shop has been fantastic every time we have used their services. I love I can submit my order online through their website and then get an email notification letting me know when its done. I love the ability to place my order online. They were very quick to get it done and when I had a question, they responded within 5 minutes via e-mail.

Nice copy and print shop with lots of options and print services available. Staff were friendly and helpful and I was pleased with how my project was printed. I did have to wait quite a while to be helped but I might have been there during a busy time. I will definitely be going back.

I dont have my own printer currently. I have been going to their shop for a number of years for copies, fun things for Sunday School and Primary kids, copies for myself and other events and things. Everyone is so kind and they work hard to make sure you are satisfied with your final product.

I had the best experience here!!! I am doing a service project with an elementary school to make Christmas cards for the Military, and I contacted Copy That to find out if they could give me a good deal on making copies, and they went above and beyond what I thought was possible compared to all other companies quotes. I went back in to pick them up and the owner even cut all of my cards for free! Their customer service was the best!!!

This is the best copy and print ship around. We go here for anything I cant print at home. Their prices are way lower than other places like FedEx Office. You can email them files to print in advance, bring in a flash drive, or simply copy. They have a large format printer and can bind books too. Theyll cut out cards and laminate with hard or soft lamination if you like. The owner, Amy, cares about each customer.

Update: Although the lines can still be long sometimes, the wait time is much shorter than it used to be. Thank you for speeding up the checkouts!!!I love this store but they always take forever to help you. The lines are always so long. They need one line for doing consultants and graphic stuff and one line for just checking out. Everytime I go in I have to wait 15 + minutes to just buy one thing. Please fix this!!

They pay graphic designers $10/hour. Basically slave labor.

They have so many services and great products to offer and theyre very friendly. It did take a little bit of time for them to be able to help me get some copies, but if youre fine with waiting a few minutes or having something to do while they get done what you need them it works great!

Ive been exceptionally pleased with this shop. The print quality is always fabulous and they are very professional, friendly, and quick. All my prints have been done seemlessly. I will be going back to this shop again and again!

Ive used Copy That Shop multiple times and their customer service is awesome and their prices are great. I highly recommend them.

My fiance and I were looking for a place to have our wedding invitations printed. We submitted a request for a quote to a few companies including Copy That. In each request I let each company know that I needed the invitations asap. One company got back to me immediately and said they could have the invitations done by noon that same day. I didnt hear back from Copy That until three days later. I listened to the voice mail saying they had a sample for me to come look at. I figured it was no big deal and I would call them the next day when I had some open time. The next day I recieved and email stating that they had been trying to get a hold of me and that they had samples of our invitations. I told them that I have decided to go another way. I got an tailback stating that they had already start6printing the invitations and that they like to be made aware of cancellations as soon as possible to keep frofrom product waste. I did not authorize this company to move forward in printing my invitations. They got the request for the quote and ran with it! What company does that!? Also when you get a lead asking for a quote why wait THREE DAYS to get back to them? Im so disappointed in this company and I dont know that I will ever attempt to use them again.

Unfortunately, After SEVERAL terrible experiences I have to give this copy store a bad review. I have used this copy store for many years without any problems, but I have always been helped by Amy, who owns the store. The past 6 times I have gone, someone has printed, cut, or wasted my time and supplies. I know that it is a copy store and mistakes may happen, but please have your employees know to print one example first so that 250 sheets of paper later you receive wrong fully printed items where they still expect you to pay for it. Do you even know what customer service is? I have spent over 15 hours waiting and reprinting and revisiting the store to end up with less than perfect items. I even had to rebuy $30 worth of paper at which they still charged me to print them again. I keep going back hoping that each time the previous problem wont happen, but somehow something goes wrong. Recently, I had someone cut my cards out...OFF CENTER..you should be able to straight up look and see that you cut it wrong, and then to not tell me that they are off center maybe hoping that I wont notice. You should be able to say something like, Hi, I am so sorry but it seems that I have cut these off center. Let me print them again for you. They also had crop marks on the paper to ensure that they would end up being center....and here I am with paper I can not use, at which they charged me $12 to literally cut 3 pieces of paper. If I had known that they would be $1 per cut per page, I would have cut them myself, making them centered and saving me 30 minutes of my time. I know that humans make mistakes, thats life, but 6 TIMES. That is a little ridiculous. Not only to mention that you should expect a simple printing job to take you 3x the time you anticipated. I have had 250 cards printed about 1/4 of an inch smaller than the actual size they were supposed to be as I had printed the others the day before, knowing the right size. It was literally the same file which caused me to buy new paper and a return visit to the copy store. I am so sad to have to change my copy store as I use this a lot for my personal business, but I can no longer waste my time waiting for mistakes to happen. I can not keep paying for the mistakes. I hope that they can improve on customer service as they need to rectify mistakes made to customers.

I have gone to copy that multiple times, employees are always friendly. But the service is always incredibly slow. I stood in line for 49 minutes with my 18-month-old son who was crying the majority of that time. To print off one piece of paper. During that time both employees that were working were working with bigger orders which held up the line immensely. Then people from the back of the line would ask if they could just quickly check out, and the employee would say sure. Which was incredibly frustrating to me as I was standing at the front of the line waiting my turn to print off my one sheet of paper . While being in the store with my 18-month-old son he was so sick of standing in line. Overall if you want to waste your time, efforts, and energy, for the same quality of service you could get anywhere else for a much smaller wait time then I’d recommend copy that.
