Hadnt been here in years.... not much had changed, but the lady working was so nice and the ice cream was great. The ice cream cookie sandwich my son got was too big for even his teenage appetite to finsh. No frills, just good cookies and ice cream.

Everyone ate the cookies so fast, I couldnt even take any pictures! They had a special Red Velvet w/Cream Cheese Frosting that was a HIT! The family loves their Sugar cookie 💕

Interesting experience as they were completely sold out when I went there on Saturday! But great customer service as she put together what she could. Flavor was still good.

Their vanilla frosted cookies and frozen hot chocolate are my constant craving! Its also become a tradition to pick up a few for each holiday.

The cookies were good but I didnt feel they were better than any other places nearby and was disappointed to learn they no longer sell frozen hot chocolate even though its advertised all over the store! Theres a decal on the window, its mentioned on the site, and its still listed on the menu. I picked up pizza nearby and saw the window advertising frozen hot chocolate which is the only reason I went in so I was disappointed when the employee informed me they havent sold frozen hot chocolate for a couple months now!

Best cookie shop hands down! Crumbl and Chip are nothing compared to the vanilla and almond sugar cookies they make here.

Stopped by after seeing a movie at the Cinemark across the street. Really good location and really great prices. I got an ice-cream cookie sandwich and I was not expecting the amount of ice cream the guy put on it. The cookies tasted great! And they use Leatherbys ice cream which is super great tasting good quality. I highly recommend it if you have the time to stop by during any part of the year.

I went at 10:48 last night lights were on and there was a worker in there but doors were locked. Closed at least 12 minutes early at a cookie shop??? Went back to my car and the worker ran and hid. We then made a loop and passed by and all lights were off at 10:55. I will never go back if you’re open til 11 doors should be open til 11.

We came here on a double date with my wife’s brother and his wife. It was awesome. You can build your own cookie. Or build your own ice cream sandwich made of cookies. They are delicious treats. Super sugar rush for those sweet tooth people out there.

Went with my wife and overall it was good. My wifes cookies were pretty hard but mines where perfect. Its a lot of sweets to take in so I didnt finish mine. I recommend sharing one if you are thinking of going with someone.

Smart Cookie has, in my opinion, the best cookies out of any shop out there that I’ve tried. My two favorites are the red velvet and the peanut butter chocolate chip, but you really can’t go wrong with anything you try. Their prices are very reasonable, especially compared to some of the other specialty cookie places nearby.

OH MY GOSH😍😍 I’m pretty picky when it comes to cookies My boyfriend love cookies but we wanted to try a new place out cause I haven’t been impressed with a lot of the places I’ve been. So we ordered some online. I got the lemon sugar cookie and it was magical when I took a bit it wasn’t to sweet or sour the cookie was soft but not crumbly it was amazing and he absolutely loved them too! I can’t wait to come inside the store and check out the rest of the options you have!!

High-quality treats for a reasonable price. I dont have the faintest notion how they stay in business at these prices, but that is what endears me to this little shop.First, the not-so-perfect. The cookies arent to-die for, and I cant stand thick layers of icing, but there are plenty without icing and they have a wide variety to suit most tastes. They are baked on the premises, so are quite fresh.In my opinion, the two gems are the ice-cream cookie sandwich and the shakes. You pick any two cookies and any of their Dreyers hard ice-cream flavors to sandwich in between the two cookies. The cookies alone would go for $1.25 to $1.69 at most shops, so thats about $3 worth of cookie. The gal who built my sandwich put on four large scoops of ice cream, making it incredibly huge and thick. Thats about $3 of ice cream at most shops, making it a $6 cookie being offered for $3.25! What a steal.This is one of two places I know of in Utah Valley that offer real milkshakes made from hard ice-cream, not that liquid-based shake junk everyone else uses. Id expect to pay $5 to $6 for a real hard ice-cream shake. But they only charge $3.75! As if that werent enough, you can turn it into a cookies and cream shake, by choosing any cookie they sell to mix in, and it doesnt cost extra. AWESOME!

Always a tastey treat! I called over to ask a question about a coupon I wanted to use, the gal that answered phone didnt have an answer for me but took my name and number and said the manager would get back to me shorty. The manager, Rick, called me within the hour, answered my question about the coupon, he was kind, friendly and helpful! The frosted sugar cookies are a favorite!

These guys make the BEST cookies! The flower shaped sugar cookies are the best I’ve ever had. The chocolate chip cookies are delicious, crispy around the edges and soft in the center. I wish they’d use a different brand of ice cream (hint to management, BYU ice cream is the best EVER!) as I feel like Leatherby’s ice cream is watery.

No place to sit. Ice cream is average at best. But my biggest issue is if youre a COOKIE place, YOU HAVE GOT TO MAKE GREAT COOKIES. The cookies are just average. I dont get it.

I stop in every time Im in the area. All my friends love Smart Cookie cookies. I can expect a crowd of friends at the house of I announce Im bringing some home. The ice cream sandwich makes a great treat for movie night and plain or frosted are perfect for work parties. They are sweet and flavorful, perfect for anyone with a sweet tooth.

The best cookies... but at least every other time I have gone in no gloves are worn to pick up the cookies. I watch them touch our money, touch the register, then retouch my cookies 🤢. If they are doing that in front of me it grosses me out to think what they are doing when people aren’t around.

I decided that it was time to update my 2 year review. My husband and I love the cookies. In fact my husband and I arent really big sugar cookie fans but there cookies are out of this world amazing. Best sugar cookies ever!! So we come get them often when we want a treat. Also I love there frozen hot chocolate its amazing.Reason Im knocking a star down is because the costumer service and them always being out of stuff. Seriously when you walk in you get the attitude like they dont want you there. I never get a welcome and they like drag there feet to help you. Honestly owner is probably should do a clean out and hire all new employees because seem like all of them dont want to be there. Also every single time I try to order frozen hot chocolate I always get the same response were out of it... when your pregnant and thats your craving its a big deal everytime you go into there and there out. HahahahaAnyway my husband and I would probably come more but because the service seriously lacks and being out of stuff I usually go there for its hard to go super often. I hope they make adjustments quickly because products are 5 stars if you can get them.

We had heard great things about this place and were excited to try it. The 2 stars go to the girls working, they were very nice. The peanut butter chocolate chip cookie and the triple chocolate chip cookies we tried were not fresh. They were dry as though they hadn’t been covered properly and sitting out too long. The ice cream was mostly icy and not so much creamy. I didn’t try the sugar cookies, but I heard they’re delicious. Not planning on going back unless a progressive dinner ends there.

Always running out of cookies and ingredients to make frozen hot chocolate. This has happened to me at least 5 times! The employees are always super embarrassed. The girl working the counter was very nice, however, you could tell the girls making cookies had absolutely no respect for her. She would ask a question, they would berate/be rude to her and do the opposite of what she asked.I got ice cream (cake batter, it was delicious) and a italian soda for a co-worker. Unfortunately (AFTER they started making it) I was informed there was no ice in the building. Okayyyyy.... if you stir the ingredients of an Italian Soda (which I was told to do, I know they were just unaware however, it was funny to me still) your soda will start to over flow. I also got a dome lid (for whipped cream, I assumed, but no. I got a roll of eyes when I requested whipped cream. Im not sure if ill be back. The food was good, but the service wasnt, and you shouldnt have to watch someone be put down while theyre at work.. in front of 3-5 customers. Not okay.

Its like Crack but its a cookie. A really soft, tender, sometimes chewy, sweet, delicious Crack, I mean cookie. Side effects include, euphoria follwed by deep depression, anxiety, and nervousness.

Aside from never being acknowledged (no glance, no head lift, no hello, no nothing when entering the shop), theres also always only one person working in the whole place and it takes quite a while just get a damn cookie.
