I chose this place to get professional car audio help. Not knowing much about the radios that are on the market they priced me out a radio for $700 which put the total cost to install at $820. I found out the next day the radio they put in my truck is one of the cheapest radios you can buy. I asked for a refund the next day even said they could keep the labor cost. They just made fun of me and said they would refund what it cost on amazon which is between $130-$200 Power Acoustik absolutely the worst service Ive ever received.

Honestly I was kinda scared to get my windows tinted. I was scared it wasn’t gonna be dark enough but they went beyond my expectations. My car looks amazing, I did the better and it rejects heat so well and they did an amazing job applying it. 100% recommend. Plus they are all very nice :)

Made an appointment to get the DVD player in my car fixed. Got there and it turned out being a simple fix that just needed a remote and someone who knew what they were doing! When I went to pay, he brushed it off saying he wasn’t charging me for it! He could have easily charged me and I would have paid. Such good service and great staff.

I had an incredible experience with Ty at Jam Masters. A cd had become stuck in my car player and I was hoping it could be extracted. As an old widow lady, he could have tried to up-sell me when he discovered it could not be extracted. Instead, we talked about my options and agreed the car was too old to sink a lot of money into replacing the changer. I was dumbfounded when I asked Ty what I owed him for his time and he won’t charge me anything. He is an honest and kind business man.

Absolutely thrilled with our experience getting our mid roof Ford Transit windows tinted here. We needed it done ASAP (we have 6 kids in a huge van and they were just baking in the sun on longer rides) and they squeezed us in. Our windows were crazy difficult and they wasted a lot of their personal time and inventory to get it right. There were some bubbles and imperfections we took it back for them to fix. That was when we found out how difficult our particular windows were and how hard it was to get them to adhere over those ridiculous black raised dots around the perimeter of the windows. They offered to remove it and refund our money, because they don’t want anyone driving around with less than perfect tinting after leaving their shop. We decided to keep it on and they assured us in the future if there were issues that they would do as much as they could to help us. Couldn’t ask for a better place to do business with. The tinting makes a WORLD of difference, especially since we frequently sleep and seat all 8 of us in the van on our many road trips. In the photo you can see the shot we got of the van in Oregon on our first big trip sleeping and traveling in the van for 9 days, just after getting the tinting done.

Josh and his staff are amazing. We had someone refer us to his shop, I was a little wary to just use any shop out there, my husband is super picky. We took my husbands brand new Denali in and my brand new Tacoma. We picked them up and were so impressed we will be taking all of our vehicles back and have told everyone to use his shop. His staff is so friendly and helpful, the tint is super high quality, and it looks great. Josh took the time to explain the tint he carries, made suggestions to me for what would work the best and what would look good. They will have life long customers out of us. You wont be this shops quality and customer service anywhere else.We also had a sound system put in our truck. His audio guy was easy to work with and did a great job.

I am super OCD about my vehicles, I was referred to Josh to have my new truck tinted and the sound system put in. Youll never beat his quality. My truck looks awesome and people comment and ask who did the tint everywhere I go Im very quick to let them know they need to go to Josh for anything they need done. Same with the stereo, people hear me coming before they see me, just like I wanted, and they always ask who hooked me up. If youre looking for tint or audio guy this is your shop. He will not let you down or disappoint.

These guys have done over 10 vehicles for me!! (Yes I like new cars what can I say?) never had any issues or problems with the tint or car audio that has been installed! Make sure to get the ceramic tint! It 100% makes a difference!

Jam Master is the only place in Utah Ill go for car audio/video. Weve had 3 vehicles tinted and had Navigation, cameras, speakers and amps installed in all 3 over the past 3 years. I love these guys. They do amazing work, at a great price and its fully warrantied. We just had my wifes Jeep tinted all around and added a new Pioneer Navigation system and its awesome.

This place is the best! Guys are always busy so make sure to get on the books with them but they do the best tint work I have seen around in the Utah valley area. I have had them do 2 of my cars now and both are perfect! Guys there are kind and honest and always up front about what it will take for the tint on you car. I have not had them do anything else to my cars but I would imagine if they treat the other work they do like the tint they did on my car then I am sure it will be perfect. I was referred by someone that has gone through with this company before. I took her advice and I am glad that I did. They’re the cheapest deal for window tinting around Utah County that I’ve come across so far. I just went there to get my driver window and my front passenger window tinted. I was there for no longer than an hour, they’re quick. The employee that helped me out was Dylan. He definitely made sure that my vehicle looked sleek & clean and gave me the after care instructions, highly recommend!!:)

We purchased a $700 DVD player for our car in February that was one of their best and has a 3 year warranty. In the last 8 months they have replaced it 5 times... with the SAME DVD player. We notified them 3 weeks ago the 6th player broke so they ordered in a cheap replacement that has 1 star rating on every website you look it up on. They wouldnt tell us which one they were ordering in before they ordered it, even though we requested to know. Now were being told they wont refund us the money and still have no resolution for us. To top it off the person we are working with told us this is a waste of my time the last 2 times weve expressed our frustrations with this entire situation!! And good luck getting them to call you back! Dont recommend this company at all!

I needed to get Remote Start added to my vehicle because its freezing at 6am! I was recommended by my Kia dealership and continued making an appointment because of the 4.8-star rating. I made my appointment on Wednesday and they had me in on Friday morning. The update took about 4 hours and works great!

Update 4/20/21: I am blown alway by how awesome this place is. Josh is so great to work with. I have gotten at least 6 different cars tinted here, and they do perfect (literally perfect) work. They listen, and produce exactly what you asked for. If there is ever an issue, they are happy and willing to resolve it. I WILL NOT go anywhere else - if you want tint or audio GO TO JAM MASTERS!Always go here for tinting. They are quick and do a perfect job. They are a bit more expensive than the surrounding shops, but the quality of work as well as the warranty make it worth it. Will be back again!

I had our BMW windows tinted here. They were very fast and the end result looks incredible. I have had so many people complement them since.Before I had the windows done, I called around and this was the on the lower end using high end materials. If I need more tinting done, I will come back to Jam Master.

These guys are amazing! Jason helped me out. My Stereo and A/C unit went out in my car. Jason hooked a dash kit up to the A/C unit for me just to help test it out to see if it was the console that was the issue. I ended up getting a separate repair done on my A/C, but the fact that he was willing to help me test it out was going above and beyond. After I got the A/C repaired, I brought it back in and he installed a new Pioneer stereo. He does fast, quality work. They only carry quality products and do quality installation work, and still at a competitive price. I love how it all turned out. I highly recommend these guys!

I’ve been here several times, always with positive experiences. I’ve got a full install on a 2002 Honda Civic. And a sound system swap from that same Honda into a Subaru. They do clean work, and I’ve never had issues. One radio head even fried, and they dealt with the warranty process for me. I refer all my friends here and so far they’ve all had good work done.

Ive always used Jam Master for window tints. For my past 3 vehicles Ive had a Jam Master tint all the windows and each time have come out looking awesome! I searched around Utah County and couldnt find a more affordable well reputable tinting company. You wont be disappointed with their service.

They installed my subwoofer and amplifier in my 2016 mustang and installed my tint in my 2014 mustang wouldnt recommend anyone else but them to work on your tint or audio for your car they are the best hands down.

These guys know their stuff! I had a roof DVD system in the car when I bought it. The guy who installed couldnt even get it to work. But Jam Masters solved it in like 10 minutes. So then I asked them about options to add a front console screen and had them install it. It is awesome. Now have three screens in the suburban and all the latest tech capabilities. I love it. The aftermarket DVD player in our van died. We brought it here to upgrade to an in-dash model and add a backup camera. Jason was very friendly and professional. We werent looking for a super high-end system and he didnt try to sell us on a system that had options (and cost) that we didnt want or need. We were able to get an appointment just a few days out and he got the work done in the time frame he had told us. All the new equipment looked and worked great. Very happy with the work and will definitely come back next time.

I went in looking for some low end sound in my car I just bought. It is a new 2016 Fiesta ST and has a tiny trunk space. They had a custom box built to fit underneath the trunk shelf and you cant even tell it is there visually. They did a great job and hit the price point I was looking for. It was a fast, easy experience with them. I highly recommend their work.

After contacting multiple shops in the valley I received an unbeatable quote on a sub/amp kit from Jam Master Audio. Immediately upon entering the shop I was greeted by a very kind and knowledgeable technician. Any question I had was answered respectfully and in terms in which I could understand (I dont have much experience with car audio). Unlike the other places, they didnt try to upsell or pressure me into getting something I had no need for! Which was a huge relief compared to other shops! They went over my options with what I had to work with and hooked me up with exactly what I was looking for. You really couldnt ask for anything more.. I opted to stay on site and utilize their waiting room. It was very clean and even had a Wireless Access Point, as well as TV! Theres a 7 eleven and a few restaurants within a minutes walk. Their shop was in a very convenient location and had no problem locating it. They finished the job very quick and had me on my way in a little over an hour. The install was very clean and looks way better than I was expecting. Wiring was well insulated and had no profile whatsoever. I cant believe the sound quality they were able to achieve in my truck! I wish I would of known about these guys instead of going through the hassle of the other shops in the valley! Do yourself a MAJOR favor call these guys FIRST, save yourself some time and money!

I was recently in the market for a new sound system in a Honda CRV. After looking at some reviews on several Car audio places I went with Jam masters. That turned out to be a GREAT idea. I was after a specific sound and they got me the system I was after. They never did try to sell me anything I didnt want. I went in several times and they were usually busy but he always took the time to explain things to me and showed me how to adjust it to get the sound I was after. Customer service is great, installation looks perfect, the 8 sub box fits perfect and the prices were great, and it sounds great. Its amazing how much better this system sounds compared to my stock stereo. If you are looking for a custom stereo dont pass these guys up.

These guys are awesome! I shopped everywhere trying to find the quality system I knew I wanted, preferably delivered. My buddy pointed me over to see these guys, and it paid off big time.Jason walked me through all the options for my price range, and ended up getting my system installed with a backup camera cheaper than the other guys had quoted me on just the deck and speakers.

I have used this place several times now, they do great work at a reasonable price. Remember when you pay for shop work youre also paying for their liabilities as well. It is a lot cheaper for you to bring it in and have a warranty on their work, than try and do stuff yourself, and mess it up. Because if they mess it up theyre required to fix it, if you mess it up, it comes out of pocket. Besides that theyre all really friendly guys and all do great work.

Wow, What a great place. Jason and his crew are the greatest! My old car radio went dead, and they showed me a comparable model at a great price. They installed it within an hour, and it was super. Then, I decided I wanted MORE! They were so kind. We opted for a super upgrade with navigation and a back-up camera. They credited me with all they had done, and I couldnt be happier. The AVIC8100 is a fantastic unit, I love it. My wife didnt think shed like the camera since she had seen one that didnt work very well. When she got home from driving she said Its great, look at the smile on my face. Now thats saying something. Now for the icing on the cake! I got a call from Jason the next day and he said I overcharged you by $200 and to stop in and hed write up a new invoice. Now thats integrity. I would have never known. Way to go.
