This place is beyond a joke. Never in time, if you can get your vehicle in, or even worse get ANY human being in the entire building to answer a phone call; youll go home annoyed and infuriated that you wasted your time even trying this place

Every time I call this store they never answer!!! Or leave me on hold till I hang up!!!! What’s the point in having a phone if you don’t answer it.

I just called and was on hold for 8 minutes. I work for a small local, family owner, retail flooring business. We dont have a computer to answer the phone, we answer in person. I was calling to see what the cost is for an auto repair. I will pay more and take it local.

Can you not put a sign out saying closed??? Current signs say to wait for an attendant. How hard would it be to hang a few signs on the garage doors that say CLOSED! Good hell Wal Mart.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! They do not know what they are doing. My car was working perfectly fine, I go to get my oil changed and they tell me it’s going to be an hour. So I start walking around Walmart, an hour goes by and I go back to check on the car and they tell me it won’t start. And when I ask why they have no explanation because they told me they didn’t even start working on it yet. There was nobody else in the shop so I have no idea what they were even doing. I had to tow my car home. Come to find out, the air intake what completely disconnected. They told me they didn’t even touch it but that doesn’t make any sense because I just got my tires rotated at Costco and drove it to Wal Mart for my oil change. Someone there disconnected it. I am never going there again and I wouldn’t recommend it. They have no idea what they are doing.

I dont understand why Walmart refuses to open their tires and oil center.Is ridiculous!!😡😡

Ive been very happy with walmart tires. Prices are cheap. The wait might be a while but I usually go when I need groceries. One time they stripper my oil pan but they paid in full to have it replaced no questions asked. I always call them first now with any quotes.

I brought my car in for a battery exchange and I told the worker, Trenton, that I had the battery tested the night before. He told me he would check it again just in case. I said, great and asked for an oil change as well.He said that if the battery was bad (which I already knew it was) that he would just go ahead and swap it out. That was fine by me.I go up to the check out after over an hour of waiting and they ring me up for just an oil change. I asked about the battery and the worker said they did a battery check on the paper. So I asked if the battery was okay to Trenton. He said, “we couldn’t get to it to check it so we don’t know”. He never called me or anything to mention this.I asked if because my battery was hard to get to, if I had to install it myself and Laura (who is great) said no and that they could install it. She was as confused as I was. So now I am waiting again here on a Friday night for my car to be serviced for a battery I thought I was already getting.Back to Saratoga Springs Walmart from now on.

Havent been to the auto care center because it hasnt been open I usually buy my tires there

Its a retail business people come and go policies change. I have noticed they have newer technicians and have gotten so much better. They are releasing appointments for new tires only. That will help with tire wait times. Every business has its flaws.

I had the best service at this tire center of anyplace Ive ever bought tires. Courteous, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I love the people and the service.

We took our car in to get 2 new tires and they told us it would take an hour-which we were fine with because we needed to do some shopping. They took cars in that came in after us and they didnt finish our toes for 2 1/2 hours! We needed to get to a reunion and we were late because they took way too long! Then they didnt even switch the tires like we had talked about. We were not happy with the service and will never go to a Walmart Auto center again. We will stick to discount tires.

Went in for an oil change. The guy that checked me is was good but was questioned by another if they could change the oil on my TDI. I was ensured they could. I headed back after I recieved a text saying my car was complete. I got there and was told they had bad news they couldnt do my oil change but they charged me $25 for an air filter. I said I wanted to see the old one. We went out and the old one was in great shape. I will not spend another dime at this particular auto center again.

Arrived at 5:30 to get an oil change.Was greeted with bad news, we are booked out the rest of the night and they turned me away. THEY DONT CLOSE UNTIL 7!!!!! No sign says that no walk ins after a certain time. Honestly, its ridiculous. You are open until 7. Jiffy Lube was happy to do an oil change for me after I left your place, and they have the same hours and same amount of business. Wont come here again. Really disappointing.

They didnt have the filter for my car that I was looking for. The staff was friendly and willing to help. The sad thing is that they dont price match. Amazon had the car sit filters for ~50% less than the asking price at here.

Laughing stock of car care centers. Go here if you dont mind getting your oil pan bolt stripped out, and then your car sent down to Tunex in Springville to get it fixed. Also dont go within 3 hours of them closing. Took my car into get new tires, 3 hours before they closed. They said they were to busy to be able to get it done that night. They had 2 cars in the bay for oil changes, and 4 employees sitting in the corner not doing anything. You mean to tell me that between the 4 of you, you cant do 2 oil changes and a new set of tires in 3 hours? This place is worse then Jiffy Lube..... That is saying something.

I was pleasantly surprised at the speed, quality and pricing of the service. Theyve done an oil change and installed some new tires for me. I have no complaints, so far theyve been great.

American Fork Auto center is a joke. Only 1 competent person here and others standing around talking. Came for a replacement tire and cant believe how idiotic these people are. I should have changed it myself.

Nice people but extremely slow. went and got my oil changed and the gentleman that helped me said it would be 30 - 45 minutes and I was there for 2 and 1/2 hours. I’m extremely disappointed

Went for a oil change start driving back home and lots of smoke came from my car. The people that change my oil didnt lock the oil cap and when I drove the oil splashed all over the engine. I know the prices are tempting but believe me it will be more expensive trying to fix what they did. The red haired manager is fishy.

Consistently disappointed at the wait times. Today, I dropped off my car at 9:40 for an oil change and tire rotation. I took extra time with my groceries to make sure I could just load and go and they hadnt even started on my vehicle when I went to pick it up at 11:30. This is not the first or even second time this has happened. Im done with this auto shop.Update edit: Two days later I was contacted by one of the managers from this auto shop and it was revealed that there had been some major miscommunication errors between the employees and myself in regards to what was done to my vehicle. After they had reviewed the security footage they realized they had in fact changed my oil but hadnt rotated my tires.After speaking with the manager extensively she offered to comp the oil change for the resulting inconvenience that this caused me for that day. I am grateful that the manager reached out to me to find out what my experience was and how they could make it better, however, I am still hesitant to return to this Auto Care Center for any kind of repair or service.

I am so grateful for the staff at the tire center today checking my RV tires. They were over inflated by another business, which could have caused severe damage. Thank you

Eric in the auto shop was very short, very rude and completely uninterested in helping me. He actually walked off on me while I tried to ask questions and explain that I have already done what he suggested I do. I will never come to Walmart for auto needs again.

You get what you pay for. This location employs a slew of very young inexperienced techs. They spent 10 mins on my oil change just finding the right socket wrench. A 45 min oil change turned into 2 hours+ and the place was empty! Went from bad to worse when they handed me back my car keys afterwards - in 6 pieces! Theyd shattered my chipped key and when I asked no-one would admit to it. They told me it came that way.. I asked if they really thought when I checked my car in if handed the guy 6 pieces of a key.. Just dumb expressions. The best they could do is try sell me a new key! Just a pretty poor experience all around.

Charged $6 to install wiper blade. Last time they only charged for the cost of the blade itself. Consider other options...

Took forever to replace one tire. No sense of urgency. People just standing around. It was over an hour before they even brought the car into the garage, and nobody was in line. The savings in tire price aren’t worth the wait. Won’t be coming back.

The service was good. The problem we had was that they do random audits and require a manager to check their work. Well the service people paged their managers and they did not come by the lube location for over 45 mins. So the total time it took was a little over an hour and 45 mins just for a simple oil change. We couldnt leave at just stuck there waiting. I will not be coming back to any Walmart lube for anything.

People like to mock Wal-mart, but I think they are just upset at Wal-marts success. Also, I havent found a cheaper oil change service anywhere, and Ive looked.

When we arrived there was another customer that was checking out. So it left just me i needed only my battery replaced they said it would be about 20 minutes and it took over an hour. With the service i got, i will go to the competitor next time.
