NAPA Auto is the go-to place for the parts that I have a hard time locating. I can go online and find out if they offer the part, then a quick phone call can verify where the part can be found. Unfortunately while the staff *seems* to be experienced, the customer service is tough. I went in to AF Napa Auto Parts and was told no to 3 of the 4 parts I needed. I had to forcefully ask that they check stock on specific part numbers and then they would retrieve them. I could tell that him telling me no then me asking him to look for a specific part number, followed by him saying, Oh.. I didnt know.. really irritated him. He seemed to have a wealth of knowledge that he kept tightly to himself until a couple of times blurting out something in frustration. If you know exactly what you want and first look it up online then call for inventory, NAPA is a great resource. If youre hoping on the folks working in there for help, you might end up with an old-school mechanic who has spent his entire life justifying his self-worth by hording information who will continue to make your job harder.

I like this place for some hard to find items that some of their competitors did not have or were at a higher price. I still think it has some higher prices than other Auto Parts Stores.

Dishonest. Wouldnt take a return for items purchased at another store. We took it back to the store we purchased it from and were told that ANY store should have processed the return. My husband has sworn off Napa.
