We are so happy that a family member recommended PMR. From start to finish there was ZERO pressure. No games. Just honesty and transparency from the dealer. No hard sell on a warranty. In fact, I had to ask if there was one they could recommend. Trade in and financing were a cinch. I love the Toyota Sienna that I recently purchased from PMR. I found the ad on ksl, called PMR, test drove, and purchased it the same day. The process was smooth and I felt that I got a fair price on my vehicle! PMR stocks quality vehicles in their business AND sells them. Years ago a bought a different Toyota Sienna that I loved. It was another great purchase. The vehicle ran for a long time and had a lot of cargo space for family adventure and driving a bunch of family and children around. I highly recommend PMR. They are definitely worth driving to if you are from out of town.

Amazing car buying experience!I discovered PMR while looking for a 2015 Honda Pilot. They had one for a great price with a clean title. They let me take it for a test drive and have my mechanic look it over. Everything looked great.The reps at PMR were never pushy about anything and amazing to work with. I purchased the car and there were no surprise fees during checkout. The doc fee was $300, and the price was the advertised price they had on KSL.After buying the car I noticed the Traction Control light was on and I couldnt turn it off. When buying a used car its As Is, so I was worried Id be shelling repair money on a car I just purchased. I contacted PMR and they told me to bring it back to them and theyd have a Honda dealership take a look at it. This is the part where they go above and beyond what I was expecting, they were able to get it to the dealership and have them figure out what was up with the traction control, but then they went out of their way to drive the car back to my office before I finished work.The next week I had the driver side roof molding (the rubbery strip on the roof of a car that goes from the front windshield to the back) come off while on a trip. PMR again was quick to get the part and have someone put it on.This is a used car and they werent obligated to do any of these things, but they did. I really think these guys are just honest solid people who really value their customers. Im super glad I bought my car from them and plan on doing more business with them in the future.

Stopped in to look at an older Dodge Durango and was not impressed with the help, or lack thereof, which was provided from the sales person. Had to go in to find someone, then after test driving the vehicle and going over the issues I was basically given the attitude of thats the vehicle take it or leave it. Perhaps if I were there looking to purchase a high end vehicle they would have provided a better service. All I know is I wont be back, and they will be the first out of my mouth to avoid.

This was the best car shopping and buying experience I could ask for. I was a little hesitant because they are a smaller dealer, but let me tell you why I would come all the way from Arkansas to buy from them again:-there was no pressure to buy, no pressure to hurry, no pressure to give answers-they knew their inventory. When I told them what car I was interested in, they knew details about the car in particular, as well as the make and model in general-when we asked a couple of questions about the condition of the car, he explained things we didn’t know about the car and taught us something, and offered a quick solution for the one thing that was amiss (remote for the DVD player)-He walked us through the inspection and maintenance they do on the car. It was very detailed and I felt like they went the extra mile to get the car in a condition that would help people feel comfortable buying a used car-settling on a price was a transparent and fair process. In the end, I felt like I was getting a good deal. We found his price to be more than competitive.-they were friendly, helpful and accommodating. And I mean they really wanted to help us and get what we wanted and needed. It felt different from other shopping and buying experiences I’ve had-the process of shopping and buying took less than two hours. Start to finish, looking around the lot, examining the car, test driving, settling on a price, paying, paperwork, and leaving. Last time I bought a car, I was there for about 8 hours AFTER I decided I’d buy the car...-it might seem like an insignificant thing, but they took the time to wash the car and fill it with gas (recent rains made the car a little dirty, but I didn’t care). Again, I know a lot of guys do this, but he definitely didn’t have to or need toThese guys proved me wrong when I was hesitant to buy from a smaller dealer. Last weekend I bought a Beautiful white Honda pilot from PMR Auto. Two years ago I purchased a Honda Odyssey from them also. We have loved both of our vehicles. I have had absolutely no problems with either vehicle. There was no pressure in buying the vehicles and they were extremely friendly and easy to work with.We will for sure be going back for our next car.

Just bought from PMR Auto and was extremely impressed. Worked with Dean and he knew his stuff, from his cars to his financing options. They gave us a good deal on our trade in and the vehicle we bought was priced really well. The location was a little tough to get into (looking at you American Fork) but once you are in its a great experience. The process was super fast, we were in and out in about an hour, no surprises and everything was smooth.

PMR was great to work with! They let me borrow the vehicle we were interested in for nearly a full day (including taking it the mechanics) with absolutely no hesitation. When we decided to make the purchase, they handled all the paperwork quickly and efficiently. They were open and fair with our trade-in. They never pressured us at any point along the way (though they offered an extended warranty, they didnt say an eye when we said we werent interest). Towards the end of the paperwork, another employee took our new purchase for a final wash off and filled the tank for us! It was a much better experience than our previous purchases, and we feel we got a pretty good deal to boot! We have already started recommending them to friends looking for new vehicles.

STUNNING. Car, experience, people. I have been to over 10 dealerships in my car search the past few months. The atmosphere here is extremely laid back with no pressure which I love, especially after the high pressure tactics at other places. The owner actually helped me which I thought was interesting given PMR Auto is a decent sized dealership. Im a little sensitive to race since I moved here from California. I instantly knew I would be treated well when seriously the cutest African American boy I have ever seen ran in from outside and jumped up his Dads knee (who was answering my questions) and asked my name. They have a sign posted saying that they were voted best in Utah for 2019. Something must have changed because when I went to look at and possibly purchase a vehicle from them I got little to no help from their sales rep. About all they did to try to get me to buy the car was let me look at it and test drive it. While I was out test driving the car the sales rep completely ignored my wife. We had to ask to be helped when we first went in. Nobody jumped out of their seat to help us. Overall just a bad experience. You may have a different experience, I am just sharing mine.

I have a very mixed opinion now. I found a great Toyota Tundra here and the experience was very good. So good, that I recommended them to a friend. They then also bought a vehicle here and have put almost $3000 in repair after they bought it (within a month). I feel very bad that I recommended them, especially since they told me they only sell thoroughly inspected and good quality vehicles. I cannot recommend them again due to this.

Im good friends with a guy who worked at PMR auto a couple years ago as a customer service rep. I came several times to look at cars since he would talk about their inventory all the time. I was never impressed by their integrity as a used car dealership. First off, they order cars from auction that have immense damage, both internally and externally, then hire extremely cheap repair shops to do superficial work in order to play cover up. If you stop by and see these guys take a look at the cars they keep in the south-west corner of the lot. These are the cars next in line for sale and their appearance is almost always shocking. Ever notice why their cars sit on the lot out front for a whole year before selling? Go drive one, youll find out why.

I bought a 2016 Honda Odyssey from Dean last week and it was hands-down the best experience I’ve had at a dealership. I went in knowing more or less exactly how the car should be priced, and having visited several other dealerships. PMR gave us the lowest price by a significant amount and treated the car with all the professional services (e.g. full inspection, clean, everything worked) I’d have expected from a larger dealership.Everything was transparent; they showed tremendous integrity. I’m very grateful we bought from them.

I dont think Ive ever taken time out of my busy schedule to write a review before, but after stopping in to see a KSL listing early last week I am going to have to change that. When I came in they were not busy at all it seemed, but I could not track down anybody to help me. You could walk into this place and the owners will literally stare at you until you finally feel the need to approach them. I called a Dean on the phone and he was no help, couldnt get him to verify that the car I was after was still there or not. Is it that hard? Looking at the last few reviews of this dealership its very obvious that somebody (probably the owners) create google accounts just to fabricate positive reviews for themselves. definately learn how to spell definitely guys. Customers, like myself, will do their research. 1STAR!!

I bought my 2008 Toyota 4Runner from them about 2 months ago. There hasn’t been any issues with my car, I really enjoyed it. The only reason they don’t have five stars is because they seem to be pretty immovable about price. Other than that, great place!

I could not be happier with the service we received while buying our van. I am a very research oriented person. I looked at all the used car dealers in Utah, Salt Lake, and Davis counties. My husband and I looked at a lot of vans.Apparently in Utah it is hard to find a van in good condition on the inside because it is a family car. We were greatly disappointed and honestly shocked by all of the places we went except PMR Auto. They had the cleanest and the best quality vans we looked at. Even the older models were in better condition than newer models at a different dealer.PMR has the lowest prices around and went above and beyond to make us happy with our new vehicle. They not only tried to make us happy, but if we pointed anything out that needed to be fixed they said they would fix it. The other dealers we worked with told us they would only fix it if we bought the van. PMR Auto said they would fix it no matter what because someone else would be buying it if we didnt. They arent just trying to get the minimum passed and earn a quick buck. They are actually running a good business with good customer service.We even took the van to our mechanic to make sure things we couldnt see were in good shape. The mechanic told us they see a lot of vehicles from dealers that are in terrible condition. This was the highest quality, low pressure, honest car shopping experience that I have had. They didnt try too hard to sell the car. I was able to test drive it without them, look it over, and not deal with a salesman rambling through the whole experience. They let the car speak for itself, and are willing to answer any questions.They work well for those who have to travel a couple hours to their store. I called ahead and they ensured me the car would be there when I arrived, even if someone else offered to buy it. They are respectable, honest, and reliable.

If i could have given more stars I would have. We stopped by because of the great selection of vehicles that matched what we were looking for. They told us what they would give us for our trade in which was thousands of dollars higher than another dealership. We loved one of the vehicles we test drove and the paperwork was easy and well explained. On the drive home we noticed one of the tire pressure sensors wasnt seeming to work, as well as the check engine light lit up. I was very frustrated having just purchased it. When we got home I also notice the DVD player wouldnt turn on. I gave Brad a call expecting a battle over the phone, but simply got a bring it in so we can fix the issues. Well we dropped it off, and my only complain is they had it for quite few days to fix the issue, but I also know that is not completely in their control. A few days later and we go back to pick it up to find out a sensor in the fuel system went out and instead of just replacing that, they replaced the entire fuel pump since once that sensor went out other problems normally followed. The tire sensor was fixed and they didnt just fix the DVD player, we looked to find a brand new DVD player that looked nicer than the one that previously was installed. The service at PMR auto was good, but the end result of the product and the way they took care of any problems was absolutely great. I would recommend PMR auto to everyone, and I hope next time Im looking for a car that they have what Im looking for.

I initially gave a 5 star review but have since lowered it to 3 because of some issues.I bought a car about a week and a half ago from PMR (Dean).I was ECSTATIC (still am) with my car, but slowly I’ve started to feel lied to slightly.Dean told us this car had a CLEAN title, no accidents, no flooding, no hail, etc.He showed us the CarFax which showed “damage” on the left 2 doors.My husband SPECIFICALLY asked what does that mean, does it just mean like dents and scratches? Dean said yes.Well today upon looking closer, those two doors are replacements from a different car.Ours is a blue CRV and you can see it has been PAINTED over red doors.So this vehicle has definitely been in some kind of accident to have it’s doors replaced and painted.I’m seriously bummed about that. We kept telling Dean OVER and OVER the price for this car seemed too good to be true.He assured us there was nothing wrong, he just simply needed to get rid of cars because of the virus.I still LOVE my car, but I’m sad I was lied to.Upon researching my VIN, I’ve also come to find out this vehicle has “frame damage” which Dean did NOT tell us this. I would have NEVER bought this car if I knew that.We’ve also noticed hail damage on the roof of the car (my fault for not looking close enough when buying) but he did tell us it had NO hail damage.I’ve already had to spend a bunch of money on fixing things on this car and I’ve had it for a week.I have learned my lesson. Do not EVER buy a used vehicle from ANYWHERE without having someone you trust thoroughly inspect it.While my car is still great and I love it, I just hate feeling lied to.I’m not saying you shouldn’t buy a car from PMR, but just be very careful.

I went to PMR looking for a Honda Odyssey. The selection was great and I found the perfect van with all the right bells and whistles I was looking for with the right mileage and price range. I test drove other Odysseys at another location with comparable or even fewer miles, and the cars were not in as good of shape and had obvious mechanical problems. PMR has quality inventory and their sales approach is no pressure and very laid back. They gave me top dollar for my trade-in and easily financed the remainder due with my own credit union. Flawless experience!

Im not going to say to never buy anything from them. But be cautious when buying cars from them over 5 years old. We bought a car from them 3 years ago and when we paid off the car and tried to get the title the lien holder for the title took them 6 months of constant reminders to send us our title. It finally came and had some mistakes on the title.Now for the second problem. We bought the car and had asked about the A/C. They said that it worked great and had no problems. A year later we were driving in Nevada and the A/C stopped working. We havent fixed it and just endured the heat until just recently. Turns out the compressor was never in the car that had been sold to us. And the hoses were just clamped off to the side. We are now finally fixing the problem and it is costing 1,500 to fix.We should have been more thorough in the inspection of the car before we bought it. Thats why we gave them 2 stars. But PMR shouldnt have lied saying the A/C works great when there wasnt even a compressor in the car at all.

I was looking at a BMW online and it seemed to be in decent shape from the pictures. When I arrived at the dealership and further inspected the vehicle it was in terrible condition. The pictures were taken to hide the damage and horrible attempt at repairs. The vehicles were also very dirty and didnt seem to be cared for. I would recommend staying as far away from this dealership as possible.

This was the first time we went to PMR Auto. My wifes friend recommended them and I was very impressed throughout the whole process. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a great employee. We told him we had a couple of cars we saw online on their website and he got us all the keys to the cars we wanted to see. He told us to just drive up the car we wanted to test drive and he grabbed us the dealer plates and we were off. We wanted to get an inspection on the car we wanted and they were totally fine with it. When we came back with the report, a few minor things needed to be done and when we showed the guy he report, he offered to fix whatever was wrong. We werent expecting that so that was awesome! And to top it all off, we drove out of there on a full tank of gas. I would highly recommend this place if you dont want the pressure of the bigger dealerships and want excellent customer service. Quality cars and excellent people. You wont be disappointed.

We recently bought a car from Brad at PMR. It was a great experience. It is a very laid back, casual atmosphere which was really nice. Definitely not the typical car buying experience. They are very easy to work with, knowledgeable about all of the cars on their lot, and were willing to do everything they could to make sure we were satisfied with our trade and new purchase.There were a few things that we wanted fixed on the car we were buying, but the price was so low that we decided to fix them ourselves. Brad arranged the repairs/upgrades at his cost and made sure they were done promptly.We will go back to PMR for our next vehicle and have already recommended them to a few of our friends.

I have bought 2016 Honda Odyssey couple weeks back. The Experience was not so great. But I liked the vehicle and so had get things going.I had to visit them thrice to get all the things fixed in the van before I took the delivery. I got the new brakes and router on the van after a week of multiple visits.I was confident enough and took the van to Honda for Inspection right after a week and had to pay $420 for fluids and filters.I think filter and fluids should have been taken care off by default. Weird think is I have got new brakes on the van but not fluid.Hopefully the van will not cost me anything huge in future I am ok with it now.

Ive bought 4 cars there and wont buy anywhere else. I tell them what Im looking for and they always deliver. Dont waste your time playing the games and paying the big $$ at other dealerships. These guys are honest and fair. Thanks guys (I love my new Audi)!

Probably the best car-buying experience we have ever had. Super low pressure. The deal they gave us for our trade-in was more than we could have hoped for and the price they sold us the new car was super reasonable. They bent over backward to make sure we were happy with every detail before we left. I adore my new car! Honestly, go see them if you are looking to buy a car, they were amazing!

PMR Auto has a wide selection of vehicles and there is something for everyone. Just dont expect a lot of cleanliness or customer service. We looked at one car that had a half empty can of soda in a cupholder, what liked like melted cheese dripping down the inside door, random wrappers and a used Kleenex on the floor. The employees werent very helpful and looked like they had the same cleanliness standards as the car we looked at. The office wasnt much better.Update (response to owner): You are correct, the Sienna is the car we were looking at. And I apologize if you feel my statement on the cleanliness of the employees was a personal attack. I intentionally left names out of the review to avoid attacking any individuals. However, I am a firm believer that an employees cleanliness is a reflection on the company and their dedication to the job. It also helps differentiate the employees from the customers. That is why many companies have a dress code.

I no longer trust PMR and I haven’t even made it up there yet. I was skeptic about going to them at all because almost all the bad reviews said the same thing about a vehicle they “thought” was clean that wasn’t. Well I found a beautiful car on KSL advertised as clean and since my dad flips cars I had him run the VIN. That vehicle they want $10,000 for has title problems and has been in 2 reported accidents. How is that considered clean? I will not do business with them as clearly they try to sell wrecked vehicles like they’re in brand new condition. Avoid them the other negative reviews show that most people don’t find out their vehicles title isn’t clean until they try to sell their vehicle and suddenly realize it’s worth thousands less than they expected.

Amazing experience. Low Pressure. Amazing Prices. I didnt feel like I was getting sold on the car. I was a little hesitant to drive 4 hours because the price was so good that it must be too good to be true. I dont normally write reviews but PMR exceeded all my expectations so much I had to! Customer service was great, they are not pushy at all. Never felt like I was being forced to buy anything. Excellent service. We went in looking at one van specifically, no sales pitch, relaxed test drive. Clean vehicle. We ended up buying that van and it was an easy and seamless deal. Would buy from them again. It got busy while we were there and the did an excellent job and keeping up with the crowds.

Kevin helped me get into a new Chrysler Pacifica. They were extremely clear and straight forward about the car letting me know it had been in an accident. It had been fixed and the van is beautiful. It was easier to have PMR finish my loan through my credit union than it was to go to my credit union. Everything was so easy. 5 Star Plus. They had 3 of the vans I was interested in. No pressure and super clean vans. I was running late because I stopped at another dealership with similar prices (even though I found that their quality was not even comparable). They stayed open 45 minutes past closing time (you would have never known they were closed). They even washed and filled it up for me. I even got better financing terms that my credit union. I will never shop for a car anywhere else! Thanks again PMR.

I talked to these guys in the phone and even asked if they had anything hidden, and they said titles were clean. The first van we looked at had horrible visible repairs. Im an amateur car mechanic and I could do FAR better body work. I gave him a chance to explain why he even showed this to me but nothing came and no explanation on why the title was clean or why it was repaired poorly. We were out of there.I dunno whats going on over there, but didnt feel honest. After driving 30 minutes and taking the entire family and screaming newborn, it would have been nice to know beforehand that there are issues with the vehicles sold here.
