If there was away to give zero stars I would! DONT BY A PC ALREADY BUILT HERE!!!! It doesn’t come with a graphics card, then you have to go through customer service and it takes forever. And you have to hope they give you all your money back. It has happened to many people at Best Buy that it doesn’t come with a graphics card. Read the reviews and open the box in store!!! Ours didn’t come with no graphics card and it was broken on the bottom. So be careful what you buy now a days!!! That is what is happening to me and my boyfriend right now..
I went right near closing and a super helpful guy took all the time I needed to explain many details of the new iPhone i wasnt aware of and continued helping without complaint long after closing time. I was very impressed with his knowledge and honesty of where to find what even if it wasnt through best buy. Very good experience. Cant really get any better than that.
There was s friendly greeting when I walked in. I was clueless looking for what I needed. Employees walked past me without offering assistance. I had to track someone down. When I did find someone they were with me until I made my decision. Helpful, knowledgeable and courteous!
Its a Best Buy.The store was reasonably stocked, apart from game systems (nobody has them lately), and their prices were reasonable.It was amusing that right next to the sign that said that they regularly clean things, there was a demo speaker with what looked like dried up strawberry jam on one side of it.Their section for movies and tv series was a lot smaller than I expected, and not every space actually had a show available to buy.All in all, its a store that sells TVs, computer stuff, video games, devices, appliances, etc. If thats the kind of thing youre looking for, theres a pretty good chance Best Buy has it.
My wife took her desktop into the American Fork BestBuy Geeksquad after making an appointment for a general service and cleaning. She arrived early and was in the process of checking in. The person scheduled before her came in late. The person at the counter then told my wife to take her desktop (not a small machine) and wait while he helped the other guy. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened. We have canceled our subscription and will not be returning.
I had the absolute best experience at this store! Camden, Whitney, and Mel helped me find the perfect brand and size TV for our new house, helped me put it in my brothers truck, AND helped me secure it in the truck bed. They were extremely friendly, professional, and went out of their way to help me out with getting our purchase home. If you want incredible service, definitely go to this location!
It was seriously so awesome! I was trying to find a laptop that I can use for college, they were super great about helping me find the one that works best for me.Before I went in, I checked online and thought I had found one on their website that I wanted. Turns out they would have to order it and it would take 9 days to come in. Shasin was super awesome in finding me a better laptop for a similar price, just in Park City. I was impressed with how helpful he was. Overall it was a great experience, they totally killed it.

I was trying to make a purchase online and it wasnt letting me sign-in. On top of that after waiting about 45 mins and pressing refresh and trying both Mobile and Desktop they sent me to verify my account and finally got the item in my cart.. Well turns out they didnt have a shipping option so I was stuck with item not being able be purchased. If I buy electronics Im never doing it here.
Absolutely terrible company to have to purchase from. In the last 3 weeks I have had nothing but problems (american fork location)1) Sent me completely wrong PRODUCT (making me drive to their store location, wait in line, get a swap for the correct item) No apologies or restitution for my time.2) The curbside delivery at the store is total garbage. Waiting over 30 minutes for someone to bring an item out. Even more complications regarding pickup when you try it. Last minute policy changes without alerting customers (even their own employees no clue on the process). Now this requires a second lovely trip for pickup. No apologies or restitution for my time as of posting.3) No phone line to call if you have an issue at your local store. No Calls allowed for this to avoid having to make the drive and forcing you to deal with sub-par customer service instead.This is what I enjoy as a customer who has spent many 10s of thousands of dollars a year buying their products.AVOID BEST BUY! You will regret it.
I needed a laptop for school and I told the girl what I needed generally. Im not tech savvy and I dont know a whole lot about laptops or technology in general but she helped me and now I have an awesome laptop for school at a good price. I think she has pink or purple hair so I definitely reccomend.
I arrived at the store to pick up 2 already paid for iPhone 13 Pro Max. Just had to swap sim cards and give best buy my old phones. I arrived with my wife and 2 kids 45 min before the store closed and got into the mobile line. Told the guy I was there to pick up 2 new iPhones that were already paid for and to trade in our old phones to best buy. He told me that he wouldnt be able to do it, and to come back the next day. There was only one person in front of me, which was almost wrapped up. His reasoning for not being able to do it was that they were closing soon (45 minutes). It wouldnt have bugged me so much had it not been for the fact there was more than enough time to do an order pick up, and the fact that he seemed much more concerned about the time he could clock out and go home than helping a customer that had already paid over a thousand dollars for the phones a few days beforehand, and had already spent the time driving there..Obviously going back isnt a big deal. But the lack of customer service I experienced tonight will make me think twice about ever doing this through best buy again. Guaranteed that T-Mobile or Costco would have helped me regardless.
We went there to buy a fridge. We found one we liked/wanted. The employee had us fill out a credit application which was approved. THEN the employee tells us the fridge is back ordered and they dont know when it will be in
People here are friendly and nice. They were very willing to answer my questions. I came to buy Pokémon Snap. It’s a very popular game. They were more than willing to look in back stock when I couldn’t find the game on the shelf. I was able to leave the store with my game, so I consider that a success.
Best Buy has employees that are helpful and always up to any jovial comments I make to bring some fun to our transactions. Their Rewards membership is beneficial (improved return policies, among other things) and valuable in the percentage back you receive in points. Price Match makes it very simple to shop here, knowing that if they didnt start with the best price, theyll end with it, though I rarely need to invoke this due to fantastic deals. Online ordering is very simple and has a variety of options in delivery and pick-up. I also like how shopping here brings jobs to people I get to see and know in the area.
Best customer experience I’ve had in a long time! I went in to Best Buy to research a system I knew very little about. The assistant manager in the store, Whitney, helped answer all of my questions and gave me some ideas I hadn’t even thought of. I usually have a good experience whenever I visit this particular Best Buy store, but today was above and beyond.
What a waste of time, I waited for a week for my ordered item and was told I will get it by the 19th. I found it odd that after I talk to the customer service desk.I get an email about my order being delayed. No attempt beforehand about it. Now the best option is either I drive to another location or wait.The email says wait until September 2nd and if I still don’t get by then, they will cancel my order.What about my discounts applied. Do I get those back? No. This store is a joke.
Iphone Battery replacementMade an appointment for a iphone battery replacement, talked to the guy at the counter, said to come back in 4 hours!!! I took off work 1 and 1/2 hours early and drove 40 min OUT OF MY WAY only to be told to leave the phone there and come back in 4 hours, replacing a battery is a 15 min job and I had an appointment!! Where I am I should I go for 4 hours, I dont have time to run back and forth for this crapy replacement service. The guy asked to to reschedule, I live about 45 min away most locations to replace the battery, this is not a easy process and a waste of my time and gas.
Worst service ever. No one cares about their customers. All the employees that work are always busy. If we asked anyone who work there to help us they say they will send some assistance but no one ever shows up. The product we wanted purchase is never available in the store they ask us to ship it from online.
This was an awful experience. Came three times to buy a specific laptop. The first time we applied for and was approved for a best buy gift card but when we attempted to purchase the laptop we were denied. The sales associate tried calling to see what was going on and couldnt figure anything out. Said we might have to wait a bit for it to process. There were six computers left. We asked them to set one aside for us. They said that it would be fine they would have some left. Came back a week later to try again. Different associate, tried to ring us up, denied again. This time we called the bank and for some reason there was a security issue and we absolutely had to wait until the card got there which was scheduled to arrive in one more week, in the middle of which we were out of state for that week. Fine. Whatever. We asked again if they would set one aside for us as there was only two left. The associate assured us that it would be fine and there would be one left for us. Ok. Leave and that next week passes and the morning after we got back we had our new card, called and verified that it was good to go, go to best buy and with a different associate tried to find that laptop. Now out of stock in the entire county. Im livid. I start graduate school in three days and have needed the computer to do preterm work and after 2.5 weeks of delay and problems and patience, they sold all of them. This sucked. Wont be using this best buy ever again and maybe not best buy at all. Peace out.
Person at the door was very informative about the TV I was looking for. Prices were good. Wanted to check out other stores, which I did. But they had the lowest price for the same TV as the other stores. Their price was $50 lower than the others. Sales person was very knowledgeable about the difference TVS. The warrant was a far price for 5 years. Glad I was able to get a new TV that day. The sales person even carried out to my car.
Bought an open box tv from a location a ways away from me, (American Fork), but the savings seemed worth the drive. However, when I got it home it was missing ALL of the accessories. No remote, no feet, no power cord, no instructions. So, I called the phone number for the store to discuss this issue with them, only to find out that Best Buy has changed thier way of doing business, making it impossible to call the actual store. When you call the number you get to wait on hold for an extended period of time. (I waited 18 minutes for them to finally answer). Only to have the call answered by an apathetic National Customer Service Agent who, of course, could not look for my accessories or help me in any way at all. He suggested that I could order the missing things from the internet. He also informed me that there is absolutely no way to contact anyone in the store at all. All said and done, I got to drive 45 minutes back to the store to get the accessories. They did not know where they were and basically scrounged up a remote and feet and power cord, no paperwork at all.I will be calling the store manager tomorrow to complain about the whole situation.
I went into this location today thinking Id just discuss options for an upgrade but last minute decided to do it. Unfortunately, that means I was what retail-me would consider a monster customer and I wasnt prepared in the slightest; However, Kenny was very patient and helped me back up my old phone, explain everything well, and we were on our way to a new phone. The mens restroom absolutely needs attention. This place looks like a prison cell. It even has gang signs carved into the mirror. The walls need an intense cleaning. Please renovate this bathroom. One panel of a variety of external HDDs didnt have a single correct price or label for what was underneath it. Drone accessory had no price listing either.

Best buy is a joke, the people there either no nothing about the products they are selling or they disappear before you can ask them a question and you wonder why people shop Amazon instead.

Bought the items we needed online and then just picked them up at the checkout desk. This was nice because one of the items was the last one in stock. The staff were friendly even though they were busy. It felt like they supported each other and wanted to help customers.

I first went to the Orem location with a unique return situation and they were extremely unhelpful and rude (literally laughed at me as I walked away - how unprofessional is that??).Then I drove to this AF location and everyone was SO kind, pleasant, and helpful. They even went out of their way to help find the right product for me.Even though the Orem location is closer to me, Ill only ever go to this AF location. Totally worth the drive to have nicer, more knowledgable associates. Well done!

Best Buy is usually a company that has quality merchandise and service. We are very disappointed with how our situation has been handled. We bought a refrigerator in November 2020 from this Best Buy location as they had the fastest delivery time. When it was pulled off the truck, it had two large dents in the front. The worker that delivered it said they’d order a new one and leave the damaged fridge until the new one could be delivered. A week went by and we didn’t hear anything. I called and the worker informed me that an order hadn’t been placed but she’d do that immediately. We scheduled delivery for two weeks later. We waited on the day of delivery and no one came. I called again and our order had been mysteriously cancelled. We hadn’t received ANY notice. We were very frustrated at this point. We called again (waited for 2 1/2 hours on the phone) and they said they could schedule us for a new delivery in February 2021 (3 months after a damaged fridge was delivered). We booked a time and waited. NO ONE CAME. After calling, the order said that it was resolved. We didn’t receive any contact from Best Buy. It’s been 4 months since they delivered a damaged refrigerator without giving any way to fix the situation.
The service has gotten awful. Nobody that works there is paid enough to care. You cant even call a store anymore you just have to call a random nationwide number and hold forever. Ive shopped here and nowhere else for all my electronics. I think Im over it.

Advertised free delivery special. Messed up the bill charged delivery, gave refund to delivery and then several months after charged us delivery. I didnt know it was a delivery charge. Thought it was fraud. Went to store, was told its most likely is some annual fee of ms office, cant help us. Reported fraud to bank, cancelled credit card, confirmed it was for delivery to charge.
Purchased a GoPro tripod. I never use the tripod once. I pulled it out of the case and it was missing the screw that connects the arm to the handle. They said that they would not do an exchange. Ive been a pretty loyal Best buy customer since there are local but I think purchasing online is my future solution.
Orderd online, they had everything I needed in stock. Loved the curbside pick up. I waited less than three minutes before they came out with my purchase and the employee was careful while loading up my vehicle.
For some reason, this Best Buy still has “covid” hours and still closes at 7pm. We got out and started walking up to the door because I needed to buy a few things and I knew where in the store they were so it wouldn’t take long. Then as a me and another woman were walking up to enter in, they shut the doors and slammed down the closing gate. I checked my phone and it was 6:58. All this comes down to is poor management unfortunately. I intentionally try to purchase things from stores rather than off of Amazon, but I guess customer service isn’t important to them anymore.
Send like lately they never have what I need. Staff held how they could but there is like no reason to go in store anymore they have more online. Used to love going in and getting what I needed same day that had not happened in years now.
Fast friendly service. Geek Squad did exactly what they were asked to do and beyond to help prevent future problems. They were fast too, only had the two systems for a night. They were calling the next morning to say they were ready for pickup.
I’ve been using Best Buy for years when buying appliances and have always been pleased with their prices and service. Today we had a pretty huge mess up when it came to our delivery. Somehow the scheduling didn’t get put together right and the appliances were not here on time.In calling to figure out what was going on I called the number that was in the email regarding my delivery and basically got the run around all day. By the fourth phone call I finally got tired of all the excuses as to why they could not help and went so far as to tell them to cancel my order and I would take my business elsewhere.My wife, upset by the fact that she wasn’t going to get her nice new appliances, instead decided to call the store manager, and was able to work out a last minute fix to get our appliances here tonight. Moral of the store: don’t bother with Best Buy customer service when you have an issue—try instead to contact the store manager. In place of excuses, we received solutions to a very frustrating problem, and I once more felt that my business was important to them.The tech that they sent out, Kyle (out of Farmington) was top notch. By far, one of the best employees that I have had visit our home from Best Buy! This guy deserves a raise.We love our new appliances!
Bought a new computer online from the American Fork store, they would not help me without a mask. I chose to wait outside while they filled my order. Manager brought my computer out and was very nice. Lets get the masks off.

Sold me a 5G phone, failed to mention that my carrier (AT&T) doesnt allow that particular phone to use 5G on their network. The guy I spoke with was friendly and I cant blame him too much for it, especially since most AT&T employees dont know some phones are blocked on their 5G network, but if youre getting a 5G device and you have AT&T make sure to double check that AT&T wont screw you over for no reason before you buy the device.
Customer Service was really bad, I signed up for a lifetime warranty on my Galaxy 21 ultra and the screen protector needed to be replaced after six months I couldnt view my phone so I took it off and they wanted the old one to replace it this wasnt presented to me when I purchased the screen protector from them. I would say step up your communication employees at best buy in the American fork location.They could look in their system that I purchased not too long ago and they would not honor it.
Best Buy is ok. I do like that I was able to find what I was looking for. The frustrating thing was that I couldnt find where to go to checkout. The sign that actually says checkout, no one was there. Where all the people were, the signs said Customer Service and Customer Pickup. Needless to say I was confused for a bit until I asked. Orderd a new fridge. Revived 8 plus notification both by text and email about my delivery day and time frame. The 9-1 window came and left so I called customer service to get an update. I was transferred twice then sat on hold for over 45 min waiting for the girl to come back on the line with an update. Then the call transferred back to the main line. I started over, waited on hold another 15 plus minutes, then was hung up on. 2 hours later the delivery crew arrived…. Without my refrigerator. Now I’m on hold again waiting to talk to anyone who can do anything to figure out where it’s at and solve the issue. Wasted day off work. Buy from Home Depot, at least they have good customer support. Bestbuy is beyond ridiculous a I won’t shop there again after this.

I was love and enjoy my experience at the store comparable to the other ones in Utah. Scott in Mobile Department, was very helpful and was able to take care of my needs in regards to my iPhone screen installation. He was very personable and helpful. I highly recommend everyone coming into the store because of the employees. If I can give 10 star review I would for Scott!

We have bought from Best Buy before but never had a delivery until now. So I am specifically complaining about deliveries and the system they have set up. We ordered a freezer before the black Friday rush and it was supposed to be delivered a week before black Friday so we could avoid the rush. They had a 5 hour window to deliver and didnt make it. So we called after the window and the CS Rep said they would call us within 30 min. That never happened. Later that night while our family was out they showed up but of course we werent there. So I called the next morning to reschedule the delivery. That was call #2. Fast forward to today for call #5 were they still cannot help us because it is on the truck. They wont even let us cancel. We have a huge freezer order coming next week that we needed the freezer for. Apparently the delivery drivers even hung up on the CS reps trying to help us. Whatever delivery system they have set up IS NOT WORKING, all because a driver could not deliver within the time window and was 5 hours late. Save your money and dont get a delivery from the American Fork store. We are not happy at all!!! They are getting one star because the price was fair and the CS reps we have talked to have all been nice but not able to help at all.

We were greeted at the store front by a worker whom we asked to direct us to the washers and dryers. The worker showed us where to go and called a sales person to meet us. This man was very knowledgeable about the products and the current sales : Labor Day. He listened to our wishlist and then looked up the availability of that particular washer. In the olden days, it was less expensive to buy both washer and dryer but NO MORE! A family member recently bought appliances for a new house and found that the pandemic has stalled the manufacturer in making appliances. However, Best Buy has our top 3 washers in stock. Delivery is free with a $25 charge to haul away the old machine. We were thrilled to have a choice and to find that a washer can be installed in the next 10 days. We are excited to get a new washer as our current ones bearings are failing and its making a terribly loud noise. We recommend Best Buy for appliance shopping!!
Scott was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We went in to find out about the Motorola Razr and the Google Pixel 5, because 5g has launched in our area. They have options for every carrier, but T-Mobile creates a little extra hassle if thats your carrier. Scott didnt have a display for the Razr, but he talked us through the pros and cons of the phone. I highly recommend working with him if you can. An excellent experience, although as a final note this is a community store, not a big box store, so while they have a plentiful variety of options, their square footage and storage area necessitate less inventory than the big box stores carry.

Bought an lg washer several years ago. That washer was second to none. Price is very good also. Bought an lg 32 television from Best Buy around Christmas time. Very best picture for a led television. Hope Best Buy stays in business for a long time. Circuit city and Ultimate electronics have been gone for quite a while. For appliances and televisions love best buy

My son purchased a phone from this Best buy for his mission. They had a man there that said he knew exactly which phones the missions needed.When he got to Washington DC where his mission was they said his phone was the wrong kind. It was like a Galaxy 21 not a Galaxy 21s or something like that.....So we took the phone back to best buy, no box, no receipt, and 3-4 weeks after our purchase.As I suspected; they usually do not take phones back after 14 days but considering the circumstances they were very accommodating.They told us that they could look up the receipt based on our phone number in the system.I only gave 4 stars because I do have two minor complaints (they are really so small if I could have given 4 and 1/2 I would have) one was that they could not offer me cash back It had to be a best buy gift card. Its fine though because I will be shopping there at some point this holiday season.The second thing was I was a little bummed that they charge a $45 restock fee. (again not feeling this was our mistake) But considering they took the phone back at all it was still not a bad deal.Over all they totally earned 4 stores the two guys that helped me were named Hemi and Whitney. They were both sooo nice! I could tell they were trying to do the best they could! I really appreciate good service and they were very friendly.Honestly what I was asking was a real pain and yet they were so good to help me out. Thanks Best buy guys!!
After my experience at the American Fork Best Buy, I will never be making another purchase from them again. I called their store to schedule an appointment with their geek squad. After being on hold for 45 minutes I decided to hang up and call again. After another long hold time I decided to go down to the store and make an appointment in person.I walked over to the geek squad area and was immediately asked if I had an appointment. I replied no, I need to make one. I told him how I had tried to call and he replied that they were having problems with their phones. He went into the back to get a laptop, just as he started to open it someone else walked up in line. He told me to hold on and asked the guy if he had an appointment, he replied yes and the employee turned to me and said he needed to help this guy first. I then got back in line and waited for another 30 minutes. During that time 2 more people walked in behind me and where immediately helped by other employees.At this point the customer who got helped instead of me was apologizing for a second time that he did not tell the employee to finishing helping me first. I ended up walking out after I realized they had no intentions on ever helping make an appointment.I am still in shock that I was treated this way. I have made many large purchases in the past including 2 large TVs as well as several appliances. Today was the last day I will ever step foot in that store again!!!
